Went to Seasons 52 during restaurant week. The special included an appetizer, salad, main dish and two of their delectable desserts. The flat breads were crisp and covered with the perfect amount of toppings. The chef was happy to use a different cheese than on the menu. The salads were fresh. The Cesar salad was ok but the green salad and spinach salad were perfect. The half chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies was delicious. Crisp skin and moist meat. Didn't need a knife to cut. The shrimp and grits had lots of flavor. The pork loin was slightly tough but still flavorful. Of course the desserts were delectable. Our server was sweet and professional. All in all a meal well worth the price. Returned to seasons 52 for their new fall menus and $29.95 three course special. Three of us at the table ordered the lamb shank. After our salads a manager came to our table to tell us they we out of lamb shank. How does that happen on a Saturday night when you are advertising a special menu? This meal only went down hill from there. Steak was raw, short ribs were non existent and the carrots were cold and hard. Brandy our server tried to help in any way she could and was delightful . Tom the manager tried to make amends as best corporate allowed, and did compensate us for their mistakes. This was not the first time this particular Seasons 52 has run out of items. Who's to blame here? The chef , corporate, who does the ordering and who collects the data on supply and demand? For a chain restaurant this was probably the best in town. This whole experience was very disappointing. We go to Seasons 52 often, but this makes us rethink another visit. read more

Very disappointed for the second time in a row. Service was bad. Food was ok, not great. We've been here many times & thought our previous visit was an exception not the norm but the story was similar last night again, couldn't get waiter to respond for drinks, brought the wrong salads, picked up silverware after salads & didn't replace it when entree's were delivered, the girls were sharing a salad but didn't have a plate to put it on, etc. won't be in a hurry to go back. read more

I was in right after the hurricane for a later lunch. The bartender had just about the entire bar area to service alone. I actually felt bad for her. That said, I typically find Seasons 52 to be great and excellent service but in this instance was left a bit disappointed because it was a long wait for a drink. I did do the 2 glasses of wine and lobster flatbread and corn chowder. The food was as expected in quality and taste, excellent. I have been to this location more than once and certainly will be back and hopefully they were just a bit off game since the storm had everyone attempting to return to "normal" state. read more

We love Seasons 52. This restaurant is one of our top picks in the area to dine at. My husband and I try to avoid the crowds and this is a very popular spot, but they are always on point with reservations. We came in during prime time 7:00 and we're pleasantly greeted and our table was ready. We did make a quick stop at the bar because our neighbors were also dining here. The wine menu is fabulous we ordered a bottle at the table. Service was great, our waitress answered all of our questions and was very helpful and we did not feel rushed. Unlike at many places were the restaurants try to get you in and out quick for covers. I love the flatbread here is delicious! The scallops are amazing and steak cooked perfectly. The manager Johnny even stopped at our table to check on us and he was fantastic! Although I'm on a diet he turned us onto the desserts key lime and cannoli..yum!! Amazing food, ordered the steak salad came with tomatoes, corn, and three chunks of steak. My husband ordered the lettus wrap fish tacos... Came with 3 tacos had chunks of fish and tasted alright, he orders (mashed potatoes) they forgot them so after 10 minutes asked a worker passing by to grab them, our waitress finally brings out some potato balls so we told her we wanted mashed, SO she takes them back and smooshes them with a FOrK!!! Had to ask the bus girl multiple times to refill our drinks, which isn't her job... What's bothered me was they had food sitting under the heated lamps for well over 20 minutes..... The employee was cleaning silverware with a rag that she REPEATEDLY cleaned tables, chairs and anything that was unsanitary to be cleaning silverware with.... Again food is good but maybe they ought to retrain the staff and find another manager to get these workers up to spec read more

Came here and their menu and their food are quite delicious! I had a strawberry basil cocktail and that was quite refreshing and their Caesar Salad and Pesto Chicken Flatbread was amazing and to finish the meal off they had a COOKIES AND CREAM dessert mousse that was to die for and tasted like a McDonald's Oreo McFlurry! I have been here several times and it seems each time I do it gets worse. I had the basic burger this time and it was dry, small and somewhat tasteless. Also, their Arnie Palmers have changed for the worse as well, not sure I will return to many other better options within close proximity. read more

Atmosphere and service were excellent but the food leaves much to be desired. This is my second time eating dinner at Seasons 52 and both times I ordered a fish special. Both times the fish was bland and unexciting. This past Friday I ordered the mango snapper curry. It came topped with a very bland sauce, not even remotely resembling or tasting like curry. I was extremely disappointed. The price tag for that was $25. My husband had the roasted chicken which looked great but was dry inside. Bummer again. Oh, and the appetizer of stuffed mushrooms with shrimp was a joke. It came in an escargot dish which meant the mushrooms were tiny, not hulled out and the whole dish was covered with a mound of Panko and dried tiny shrimp. After waiting aprox 40 minutes for a table of two I did a walk through and did notice tables open in one of the back rooms (near the kitchen) . As a person who works in the industry this aggravated me a lot because I ask if the table was open the response was that it was.This seemed to be fault of the (female) manager in charge because she was rude and condescending with her answer when I asked if we could sit at the available tables. If she is a the unprofessional representation of the restaurant and the company then clearly it should and will be avoided. Shame on you Seasons read more

What isn't there to like about this restaurant? Everything is 475 calories or less, everything is delicious, wait staff is friendly and knowledgable, wine selection is extensive, decor is warm and inviting with perfectly dim lights and everything is reasonably priced. My rack of lamb was huge delicious and only cost $26.95. I've easily paid twice that for same at other places. The scallops/risotto plate was very large as well. Very satisfying. You would think the portions are small to be able to keep entrees below 475 calories but I did not find that to be the case. Will be back for sure. Now I know why the one in Miami is always full when I walk by. read more

My husband and I usually love Seasons 52 and have had many wonderful experiences in the past. We have gone to Seasons 52 every year for our wedding anniversary and they have always made it extra special, with the exception of this year. We will no longer continue the tradition or come to Seasons 52 ever again. James, the waiter simply didn't listen. He kept suggesting things we said we didn't want. He didn't know any specials. He was rude when I handed back dirty silverware. I didn't make a big deal but simply asked for another. He didn't bring bread even after we asked. He suggested the lamb the way he liked it and obviously brought it cooked the way he liked it and not the way I ordered it. I didn't complain, I ate it. I love lamb and I wasn't impressed. read more

For a special occasion, this is our favorite restaurant. The food is always good and the service is the best. It can be a little pricey and for that reason we don't go as often as we would like. I usually order the trout and my husband loves the scallops. Their spinach salad is delicious as is their flatbreads. It is a bonus that the food is healthy and not full of butter and calories! After we feel so good about eating healthy, of course we order their perfect sized dessert! This is a great choice! I'll go anytime I can get a reservation. read more

Very nice ambiance, a little dark in some spots but the booths seemed to be more lit up. The menu was interesting, very creative yet I had a difficult time deciding what to order. I ended up going the safe route and ordered roasted chicken and it was good but not omg this is delicious kind of meal. My husband had scallops and risotto and honestly was like an appetizer portion. The place is really too pricey but like I said very nice ambiance. This would only be a very special occasion place for me and even then I may pick something on 5th Avenue or downtown Naples just because I like omg kind of food. read more

The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff welcoming & friendly. I am thrilled to have a restaurant around who serves healthier food in reasonable portions. I love the servings being under 475 calories! I hate how most restaurants slather the food with tons of cheese & sauces. They cover up poor quality foods that way. Seasons 52, however, doesn't need to camouflage their food - it's just plain delicious! The other characteristic that's nice if the menu changes based on the seasons - hence the name. I attended a surprise birthday party held at Seasons 52 last night. As this was my first time in the restaurant, I have to say that I was very impressed with their party room. There was room to mingle and we sat comfortably at tables of 8. There had to be about 60 of us. Guest were given a printed party menu. I had the seared scallops and they were out of this world. So many times I've ordered scallops that tasted rubbery but these scallops were cooked to perfection. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive. After my first taste of the scallops, I had already decided that my husband and I would come back again for dinner. Thanks to my hosts and Seasons 52 for a wonderful evening. read more

This place is really busy. We dined here last Tuesday night and the place was jammed. Of course, south Florida is at the height of "the season" so if you don't have a reservation anywhere, you're not getting in. First of all our server was perfect, as he knew everything about the menu and the wine list. The menu is limited but really great. I would have eaten almost anything on the menu. Portions were just right and the open air kitchen makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Even the small shooter size desserts were impressive and we had to have one. Finally got to dinner here after hearing raves from friends and spouse. Sad to say I was a little disappointed. The flatbread appetizer was a big hit and one serving was enough to share amongst the four of us. My entree of grilled shrimp and risotto left me underwhelmed and I probably should have returned it. The shrimp was overcooked and dry; I know the portion sizes are carefully calibrated but a tablespoon sized (maybe) portion of risotto that was dry, tasteless, and gooey-really? The mini dessert glasses were excellent but I agree with another reviewer it would be better to choose from a mock display and then served a fresh and COLD dessert from the kitchen. Just went for late lunch today. The place was pretty empty but the main dishes took a very long time to arrive. First the appetizer which was a chicken pesto flatbread had great flavor but upon my husband's 3rd piece he realized he bit into a chicken bone and it was pretty painful because of the way he bit into it (and so unexpected)Then our food took about 40 minutes even though there was hardly any customers there. When the waiter serves my sons plate ( a kids meal of grilled chicken) he bumped my sons arm with the super hot plate. He even mentioned he didn't realize it was so hot because kids meals usually aren't on hot plates but that makes no sense to me since he had to carry it to the table with a plate holder! He quickly took the plate away and re plated it on a regular plate. Then we had to deal with our son complaining about the burn. (He's ok though, it wasn't major but again so un expected) I had the trout and it had good flavor. My husband and daughter shared a flat iron steak and it wasn't bad. Nothing special though. Although the waiter didn't actually apologize about the bone in the appetizer he did take it off the bill without us asking which was appreciated. Still our overall experience was not the best and the reason for only 2 stars. read more

We had a spectacular lunch today at Seasons 52. We were greeted by Carl who was acting as manager, host, greeter and take out order taker. He smiled and said he'd be right with us. His demeanor was humble and friendly. He could have ignored us but, he acknowledged us and told us he'd be right with us. Our server Dominic was great. He was patient with my fellow diner and I. He took all of our requests in stride and managed our table spectacularly. Ok, let's talk about some surprises, the grilled artichoke and lemon hummus. The description was a bit odd for me, I didn't know if I was getting grilled artichokes with lemon hummus on them or what. What came out was a board with radish, celery, grilled artichoke hearts, a spectacular hummus and flat crackers. I couldn't stop eating this. It was fresh and light yet complex and delightful. The artichokes I thought were best by themselves and then the hummus was there to enjoy with the remaining vegetables and crackers. The Caesar salad was large and delicious. The golden beet salad was very nice albeit a bit heavy on the balsamic, I would ask for it on the side next time. The wood fired filet mignon was nice, properly cooked, hot and tender. Ok, the pork chops were out of this world. They were one of the best pork chops I have ever had. I admit I didn't have that high of an expectation but, wow. They were moist and tender, cooked perfectly and did I mention moist and tender. It is so easy to make a pork chop dry and tough, this was what every pork chop aspires to be. We arrived to be told that the able would be 30 mins, after 45 mins we were told it woukd b at least another 20-30 mins so we decided to eat near the bar. I ordered a fillet mignon which was Luke warm. The waitress did not come to our table to check on the food. When I complained that the steak was cold she said she woukd refer to the manager. She ten returned with the chck for the full cost. I asked what the manager had said about the cold meal and her reply was he was too busy to deal with it. Don't bother with this restaurant - we had heard good things about this chain but the staff here in Naples let it down the best service came from he valet raking guy. read more
