I give my stars for the service which was really good. The food was mostly bad.. We had the trout and everything was burned from the grill, the fish didn't taste anymore because of the grill. Don't know if they didn't clean it in a while or just over-grilled the food. The butternut squash soup tasted good but was watery. The tuna tartar was too sour. Friends had some salad that looked nice and fresh. Another thing that bothered all of us that they don't serve bread unless you order an appetizer that has it included. The calorie count on the menu is a nice touch. We have been here 3 times and every time we were disappointed with the food quality. And I want to mention that we never went during happy hour. We reserved for Thanksgiving lunch. Nether of us had been to a Seasons 52 and we had moderately high hopes. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, it was very affordable, service was quite good, ambiance was comfortably upscale. My boyfriend wants to make reservations for 2018 Thanksgiving now! Our server when out of her way for us and we felt at home on this "family" holiday. We will be back for dinner soon to try that out too. Food was great! However, that is the only positive. We had reservations for our party of 11, they failed to have a table or a server for our party. Then took 30 minutes for the first round of drinks. Ultimately, it turned into a three hour dinner not including the 35 minute wait for the bill at the end of dinner. Worst service ever. read more

A very unchain like chain restaurant. Food was very good and portions were bigger than I expected based upon the calorie limiting menu. Nice interior looks like an expensive steakhouse. Food is great. The air conditioning system is not. The restaurant suffers from dirty sock syndrome. The smell is very distinct and is caused by bacteria and mold in the air handler. They probably have a Daiken system which are notorious for this because of their poor design. They need to get the system checked and sanitized. read more

Delicious. Amazing atmosphere and ambiance. I was pleasantly surprised by the live piano player in the bar area and found a cozy booth to enjoy the music and delicious fare. I love the vegetarian options and hope to see more in the future. The mushroom soup was stellar with ample fresh and delicious mushrooms, a creamy broth and just the right touch of sour cream to round it out. I highly enjoyed the Vegetarian Winter Tasting. The tofu was delicious, the soft taco was flavorful and tasty and the quinoa salad was also light and refreshing. The broccollini/broccoli raab was a low point - under seasoned and under cooked, but the overall dish was very good. I also enjoyed the creative cocktail options and enjoyed the berry bourbon drink I chose. Overall a great experience and I'm looking forward to trying the new Seasons 52 back home in Colorado. read more

I really like this restaurant and the quality of their food until my last visit. Went for lunch late afternoon on a Sunday. The server was extremely slow and not in-tuned to our table. We had to wait over 10 minutes for a refill of water. I had ordered the chicken cabrese sandwich, which had great taste but the bun was impossible to cut through. Definitely had that feel of previously frozen and thawed. The outside of bun was hard as could be and inside was soft. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. read more

Took a group to the Resturant last night. A reservation is a must. We were fortunate to get a table in a side room of the Resturant as the noise level in the main room was deafening. I am not sure we could have been able to carry on a conversation without yelling at each other. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was good and the sea bass is definitely an entree to try. I really liked the calories listed on the menu. It was definitely a healthy choices approach to dinner which I really appreciated. The best part of the dinner was the desserts. They presented at least 12 options which were just the right size for one person. I would say definitely try this place but ask for the side rooms where the noise is late. read more

Bar service is ok, nothing spectacular. Occasionally have to ask for drinks after bartender walks by a few times without noticing. Food is average at best. The filet is terrible at all Seasons 52. Always undercooked and a moderate cut of beef at best. The cedar plank salmon is very good but a little small. Better options in Naples. read more

Service was terrific. JJ, our waiter, was great! Food was very good, served quickly, with a beautiful presentation. It was my birthday - which I was trying to keep quiet - but, my son mentioned very quietly . . . JJ picked up on the fact and we got the whole birthday celebration!! The four of us were overwhelmed (as was every table around us) Just couldn't believe what a classy presentation that was!!! I have never in my 76 yrs. seen such an elegant way to have a birthday!!! I am a regular at Seasons 52 and have been since they opened. Love the restaurant and the food! However, last night I experienced the worst service I have ever had there! The food was correct, arrived on time, and was the right temperature. However, our waiter almost completely ignored me the entire evening while fawning over my dinner companion. He forgot my requests, and when asking how we liked our dinner, never looked at me. He came back and asked my dinner companion if she needed anything else and never asked me. I have never been treated so rudely! Although she made the reservation, she was not paying my part of the bill. I am usually a generous tipper, but halved my usual tip and really think I was too generous. read more

We had a little snafu with our reservation at this restaurant the other day, but we were impressed with how the manager, Brian, handled it. However, the hostess who we originally dealt with had a bad attitude and definitely did not meet my expectations for service. The food and Brian's handling were a 4, but the hostess was a 0 Star experience. We were visiting Naples from New York. When we arrived at Seasons52, my grandmother gave her name. We were promptly told by the grouchy hostess that there was no reservation under that name and demanded to know if my 82 year old grandmother had received an email confirmation. Of course she hadn't - she had called the restaurant weeks earlier on the telephone and had expected that the person she spoke to had entered the reservation. Unfortunately, that person must not have entered it into the system correctly. My grandmother was visibly distraught, but the hostess just shrugged and said, "I'm fully committed until 8:30pm." (This was at 7pm, already late for my grandma.) She was rude and short with us, and she made absolutely no effort to problem solve or to apologize for what was clearly the restaurant's error. She didn't offer to look for anything else, speak with a manager, nothing. I was appalled and my grandmother was distressed. I have been a hostess before, and this was NOT the way things should be handled. I'd recommend that Seasons52 retrain their hostesses on basic customer service. She was probably having a bad day - it's a busy time during the holidays - but honey, you've gotta suck it up and deliver customer service regardless! Thankfully, I asked to speak to the manager. He was apologetic, and he wound up getting us seats in the bar around 10 minutes later. They also treated us to a complimentary flatbread. Ultimately, I was impressed with how Brian handled things, and how he made an effort to accommodate an older lady and her guests. We're now teaching our grandma how to place the reservation online so that she gets a confirmation! read more

The menu was fantastic. We of course had to make it a 3 course meal, starting with the prosciutto flatbread. It was amazing, as were my husband's lamb chops and my pork on polenta entrée. Try one of the desserts. They are mini and just the right ending to a perfect meal you will long remember. Our waiter was well trained and attentive also. Where has this been all my life!!! My husband and I stumbled across this (who knew it was a huge chain owned by Darden Restaurants ie red lobster, yard house etc) The food was AMAZING. Decor.. swanky. Service 2nd to none and the prices... ridiculously low for the taste explosion provided from the Flatbread to the best golden beet salad we have ever tasted right down to the dessert shooters. Consistently good food and service. Great for calorie counters....all meals under 500, but it doesnt taste like it. The menu changes seasonally and they have a very good wine list. This is a solid 5 star restaurant. We made a reservation on opentable. We get there, they say "we already seated you." um, no, i'm standing right in front of you...."oh...we must have clicked your name by accident or something." crap. the place is super crowded, tons of people waiting outside, and they basically just lost our reservation. just crap. we get a buzzer thinger and "just wait about 15 minutes." crap. 5 minutes later the manager seats us at a great quiet corner table in the back room. very nicely handled. the food is straightforward. we got a bottle of wine, about what i expected. flatbread pizza appetizer was good as the waitress reocommended it. i got the prawns and pasta, husband got the scallops. both were good size, not too much, not too little. taste was decent, not the best food in the world, but pretty darn good. we opted for three of the little dessert shots, all were awesome. get the peanut butter chocolate mousse for sure. our waitress tried very hard, she came off kind of annoying, but A for effort. I'm a hands off person, don't need the chatter. I was really impressed with the management here, people were scooting in and out pretty quickly, table next to us sat and talked for about an hour after their bill came and they got no hassle, and it seemed to have zero effect on the flow of the tables, very nice. the prices are very reasonable. older crowd, not sure why, i'm pretty young and i liked it. i'll be back if we return to naples. read more
