I was only here for a 'private event' (the restaurant is closed during certain times during the winter), but the food was fantastic! We had a cream-sauced raviolo with sliced chicken and chicken teriyaki with lime wedges, alongside bruschetta, prawns cocktail, house-made guac and salsa and a fabulous cheese and veggie assortment. Tried this awesome place out in April for a family memorial celebration. We each ordered a hot pastrami, grilled club wrap, the Californian but with sourdough, and the Turkey cranberry cream cheese sandwich with either potato salad or anti-pasta. Each item did not disappoint and was delicious. The customer service was great and I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out. Was genuinely interested in our feedback on the food and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything else. This location is tucked back but not hard to find. We bragged to our remaining family members who weren't able to join about this place and would definitely come back again. read more

We were absolutely lucky to find Season's for our last dinner of our Cannon Beach trip. Our family of 5 from picky 4 year old to ravenous parents had a wonderful meal in the peaceful courtyard. The pita with hummus was an incredible surprise as our starter and it clued us in that the rest of the meal was likely to be spectacular. It was fresh, flavorful, and with great texture. The pita was freshly toasted and plentiful with a gorgeous assortment of vegetables. The teriyaki chicken was a varied and delicious bowl filled with flavorful chicken, rice, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, and other veggies. I've had great experiences coming here and LOVE the vegetarian/Vegan wrap. It's loaded with fresh veggies and is very filling. They also have delicious soups that are often vegan. My amazing partner and I was out on a overnight trip. We stopped here for lunch it was amazing I had a BLT sandwich with this home made pasta and a lighter beer The toast was perfectly toasted, the bacon well peppered but not over powering, the Tomatoes both used on the sandwich and pasta was fresh. We sat outside since COVID we thought it was going to get colder but not bad we sat where the sun caught us as well. The staff very friendly you can order online or in person, they were masked, offered a free sample of beer which is always nice that way your not stuck with a crappy beer choice - even with the sample I didn't like the beer chosen because it was a little more hop than I like and it was picked because it was the lightest one available - so it would of been nice to have a few more lighter choices on tap. Overall all the food was great, close to the beach not beach view but after lunch you can always go down to the water If you would like. They bust your table for you and made sure you had water refills which is a plus because some places forget that so it was comforting to see that happen. We were looking for a sandwich shop because the thought of a heavy meal before driving back to Portland was not at all appealing. We wouldn't have noticed Seasons Cafe if it weren't for their sign along Hemlock St. The cafe is tucked back in between shops but was easy to find. For lunch we were told to seat ourselves but I doubt this is the case for dinner. We ended up at the end of the hallway which turned out to be the busiest spot to be in because of the kitchen and bathrooms. We didn't have to wait longer than 5 min for a server to stop and take our orders. The wait for the food to arrive was a little longer but not enough to bother complaining. I ordered The California ($11) but was not all that impressed. It's large in size but light on taste. The flavors were separately noticeable on my palate and unfortunately the cream cheese spread on cinnamon swirl bread didn't make up for the blandness of the sandwich. For me, the cinnamon swirl ended up being an odd choice of bread for the turkey sandwich. It didn't hold up well and it was hit or miss with the cinnamon. Speaking of misses, the potato salad. A single herb they used ended up suffocating the batch of potato salad. The side dish could not be eaten because of it. The reuben ($12) was fantastic. The marble rye was lightly toasted and lathered with house-made thousand island. Then the turkey, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut were stacked up to complete this hot, flavor filled sandwich. We split the two sandwiches in half to share and agreed reuben all the way. The California isn't a sandwich I'd seek out but I think it's something they could experiment more with and I'd be willing to try again. Seasons Cafe did make at least one delicious sandwich I'd come back for. Serving beer, wine, and coffee helps, too. read more

Perfect? No. Very good? Yes. It pained me not to go back to Seasons Cafe for our beach picnic after a really positive experience a few weeks ago. Instead, we went to a deli in Seaside and it just made my heart grow fonder for this place. Six sandwiches in our group. We had a mix of sides (chips, pasta salad, potato salad), drinks (they serve beer and wine and have a full coffee bar) and a few modifications and there were six satisfied customers. Not that everything was perfect. They almost gave me another patrons order in addition to my own (I checked, so no bonus sammies for me), they charge $1 extra per dish for take-out orders (really?), these are Cannon Beach prices, and it took awhile (25 minutes) to make our order. But it was a peak summer weekend and they told me in advance, so no biggie. The location is nice with a sunny outdoor patio in an alley just off the main street. But, why eat in a restaurant when you can dine al fresco on one of the coast's prettiest beaches? My sandwich was the Aussie Dip, essentially a French dip made with lamb instead of roast beef. Stellar. The other orders were a mix of veggie and meat sandwiches and went from the average (ham and cheese) to the more interesting. I say focus on the interesting items from the large menu. This place has four/five star potential and the Aussie Dip gets that rating from me. But the service miscues and take-out charge bring me back to earth. This is a review for a take-out order, after getting a recommendation from the Imsomnia coffee shop barista. Friendly staff. After placing our order, food came out in 10 minutes. The sandwiches are BIG! Therefore, a half sandwich with soup or salad would be a good call. Ordered the tuna melt, which was very delicious but messy. I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. The turkey cranberry cream cheese sandwich was good too. Take out orders are an additional $1. read more

We visited Seasons Cafe today for a late lunch and had more food than we could possibly eat! The fresh green salad, hot Philly sandwich and a turkey sandwich on gluten free bread all tasted good. The server was really attentive and even made special substitutions for one of us who eats a vegan diet. The only downside was a dirty glass that looked like it had made it through the dishwasher with a bit of food stuck to it. When I noticed and asked for a clean glass with fresh water the waiter was very apologetic and immediately fixed the problem. I'd go back if given the chance. read more

We brought our dogs and sat outside on the "patio" under a beautiful blooming cherry tree that would "snow" its petals all over us every time the wind blew. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and weren't at all annoyed at our dogs as some places are! They brought the dogs water and cookies and gave us ample time to order. I would like to add that the food takes a while to come out, but quality takes time so I get it -just don't come here if you're in a rush. The kindest service. Can tell they love what they do. The chowder was definitely unlike any chowder I've had before, i'm the best way possible--showed their style and care. Their sandwiches are huge! After we ordered, one of the staff suggested we add avocado cause that's how they ate it, and didn't even charge extra for it. My friends and I were unexpectedly *extremely impressed* by the excellent scratch-made food and warm, personable service at this tiny café we took a chance on on a day trip out in Cannon Beach! We ordered the tomato soup and bread basket. First of all, we were delighted that there was a *gluten-free* bread basket option! Second, that they lightly fried the bread in oil, and not butter, which meant my dairy-intolerant friend and I could still eat it! We apologized for needing gluten-free and dairy free, like we're used to doing, and they were so positive and encouraging, and not at all put out about it, like so many restaurants are!! It made us feel completely at home and accepted. Second, the tomato soup was so, so good! I was honestly expecting typical heated up store-bought tomato soup with some extra garnishes... but it was completely homemade from scratch, and the BEST tomato soup I've ever had! Food good but service was terrible. My husband and I ordered sandwiches with soup as a side. At the time of order, there were no other customers there. It took 35 minutes to get the food. The food was good but not spectacular as the other reviews have stated. I'm not sure what others are talking about when they say generous portion sizes-they we're normal for a sandwich and the soup was in a tiny bowl. The ambience was nothing special. And I agree with another reviewer regarding tip-not sure why we would tip. We ordered at the counter, paid at the counter. The food was delivered to our table but no staff talked to us and did not appear friendly. We bus our own tables, too. Pricey-$22 for a sandwich and small bowl of soup-but that seems to be the norm in Cannon Beach. Overall I would not recommend. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff but our experience was nothing special and more on the bad side with the wait. read more

The worst service I've had in a very long time. I know everyone is understaffed and I am understanding of that but 55 minutes for deli sandwiches is ridiculous. The counter/wait staff spent most of their time just talking to friends who popped in to say hi. When my friends' sandwiches finally arrived, I was told mine would be right out. 10 minutes later I had to flag someone down to ask where my sandwich was. Finally got it with no apology for how long it took or real explanation of what happened. I had deli turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato in a wrap. It was good but it's just a basic sandwich. Won't be going back. Literally could have walked to the market, bought the fixings and made several for the same price in well under half the time including the walk. read more

They opened late, which is annoying when they already open at 11:30. However, the most annoying part about this place is they automatically add 18% gratuity for to-go orders. Order at the bar, pay at the bar, pick-up at the bar and self serve water...what am I tipping 18% for?! They also don't mention this when ordering and then have a place to add another tip when you pay! So unless you notice the teeny little sign, you're double tipping. Not sure how has that kind of extra cash to double tip for ZERO actual service. Oh, and the kicker, no paper towels in the bathroom. Disappointing visit all around. read more

This is a lovely little spot to stop in for a good and healthy lunch. We walked the entire beach town before settling on this place. We were parched and hungry! I'm vegan and gluten free so I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to find a place that would accommodate my dietary needs but this place did so wonderfully. I had the vegetarian wrap which had lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper, avocado and a vinaigrette dressing. It was simple but it tasted so good! My husband had the same thing but with a regular wrap and potato salad. He enjoyed his lunch as well.
