I've ordered delivery pizza from Season's Pizza (1112 Kirkwood Hwy) a few times now. Tonight's order (as it always has) arrived right on time. Their crust is so good. The sauce is flavorful and just right, tomato flavor but not overpowering, and combined with their crust is a solid foundation. The toppings were nice and fresh and the cheese is perfect. It's good pizza remember I am a hard grader. I got the NY style pizza half cheese and half jalapeño, black olives and mushrooms. The NY style is thin crust which is very airy. The crust must be made fresh in house. Very rare crust don't think I have had crust like this before. It's nice for a change but not my favorite kind of cruse. The vegetables have a good flavor. The cheese taste fresh. The sauce is mild. Pizza had lots of flop. The pizza overall is light. I give total score of 7.1 out of 10. But he service was good. I give the service a 9.1 out of 10. By the way this pizza in my opinion is better than Dominoes, Pizza Hut and Papa John's. read more

Ordered margarita pizza which did not have fresh mozzarella and green liquid on top that had slight taste of basil. Wings ordered well done had fleshy skin and the cherry cheesecake was pretty good which gave this review a star ! read more

Recently moved back to Delaware from Philly so I'd like to think I've tasted some of the best food. This is by far my favorite pizza place in Delaware. It's definitely thicker than philly pizza but the ingredients that they use must be high quality. They put exactly the right amount of cheese and sauce. The other food is delish too. I love their chopped antipasto salad! Spinach dip and wings are always great. Be sure to get them Hot because mild is like no spice at all. Sandwiches are great. I've dined in multiple times and it's always been a great experience. It's always pretty dead in the dining room so everything is fast and their portions are huge! So you'll have enough for the next day. read more

Ordered a medium 2 topp pizza last Thursday. The worst pizza we ever had!! Almost no sauce and only enough pepperoni to put one on each of the 8 slices. The onion topping was almost invisible... had to look closely to even find some. Never again, Seasons. Waste of $$$! read more

I've never been a Pats guy because I worked next to one for 10 years. Always enjoyed Ninos for their wings, nice and crispy. Seasons was always in between before I encountered the Elsmere Seasons. Called them for their 'Za and Wings special, asked for them both extra crispy. They were prompt with their delivery estimate and what they delivered totally face-punched Pats and Ninos(now Cosi or something?) it was hot AF and exactly like we ordered. I even called to let them know they nailed it and the manager dude was super cool and offered me a coupon or something. If this was high end Italian, it'd be what I expect but This is what's known as mediocre pizza chain around here. And they smashed a grand slam in quality customer service, delivery, and of course the food was bangin. Ok, that was a heluva rant. I'm just sayin it's nice to getting your moneys worth in life especially if everyone thru the process is super cool. I wrote a separate review about their crabcakes, which are insane and out of this world. About the menu overall..... I used to scoff at Season's Pizza as a restaurant, thinking the whole menu was the same caliber as their pizza, which I really don't like. It's the same caliber as Dominos (sorry Seasons). We end up ordering from Seasons a lot for work because they have a big menu and they deliver. Over time, I've come to see that it deserves a break and some recognition. I recently found out that they make thin crust. and believe it or not it was pretty tasty. And get this, their alfredo is made from scratch by the order. They really do make quite a few things in house from scratch, which was a big surprise to me. Their salads are big and fresh made as well. Give them a try and you might be surprised. The best thing on their menu is DEFINITELY not the pizza! read more

They're okay. They mess up a lot of orders, and I'm sure a lot of other people too since we order 1-2 nights a week. And they don't know what well done hot wings are but this place is still better than 3 stars if you live around the area. I wish they had better specials. (Just changed my review) now have a 1 star because they still mess up orders and try sticking up for their workers when they're totally wrong. If you can't speak full English and don't understand something, ask for help. Not like that you ask the customer multiple times ‍ like seasons is running down ever since they remodeled. Terrible. Not even close to the Seasons it used to be. My orders used to take 30min now it takes an hour and a half. Now they have implemented an $8.00 minimum order for delivery when their subs are all $7.99. Like who the hell wants to order two sandwiches just to wait over an hour and a half for the food. This is my favorite restaurant and the one I visit most often. All of the restaurants in Delaware are beautiful and very clean, I love the way they have remodeled them. The staff at all of them is very friendly, fast, and accurate, which is very rare. And most importantly the food is AWESOME!! read more

This was my first experience here and it was great! I ordered online to pick it up. The online ordering was super easy and my food was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. This is by far the best Season's Pizza location I've found so far, but they do have some faults. In the past some employees have been rude, but that hasn't happened in a while. However, yesterday, one of the pizzas I got was not cut at all. I understand that all establishments have faults and make mistakes, but these are a bit too much to still give a 5-star rating. I would definitely recommend this place over any other Season's Pizza locations, though. read more

This a generic pizza chain around Delaware. Nothing to be excited about, all their food is pretty below average. Their pizza is really weird. I used to eat at this one every once in a while becuase they are one of the few places that have service a little later into the evening if you don't want the national fast food chains. The food isn't bad by any means, but the place needs a hearing-aid! One of the most important things to be carefull of when working for a food business is Screwing Up the Order! You are risking someones life for goodness sake! My friends and I ordered two strombollis to share (cheesesteak with ketchup instead of marinara sauce). Both had marinara sauce, and both had pepperoni. I personally am picky about my sauces (that's why the sauce was substituted with ketchup, also to remind me of home, Philly). My friend on the otherhand, he doesn't like pepperoni. After picking it up, and realized their mistake, we made a complaint, they were willing to remake the order (but sounded confused about it, I don't see how, the order wasn't that difficult!!). We then picked up our second order, this time, they got it right, EXCEPT for one thing, they put pepperoni in it again! Perhaps my friend was allergic? Are you really willing to get sewed? No? I was very satisfied customer til this evening, I placed my order for pick up and when I checked the tracking of my order it ready for pick up before I left my house, I understand it's a Friday and it's busy , I totally understand I've worked in restaurants and I work in customer service so I can totally understand. I also respect the social distancing due to Covid and I don't want to have to wait around other customers inside the store especially if my order indicated it was ready, I get inside to pick up my order and paid and my order was NOT ready like it stated on the status. I told the lady at the register I checked the status on my order before I left my house and it was indicating it was ready, and ask to speak to a manager she was very unprofessionally and rudely told me " I am the manager " I told her I was sure there was another manager I could speak to and again she very unprofessional and rudely stated " I am the manger " I'm so grateful there was another lady that was able to assist me. I have always ordered at this location food is great and I've never had a problem, tonight I was a very satisfied customer and I'm not sure I want to go back or even recommend this location. read more

I ordered online to get a large pizza with half bacon, half pepperoni. When i recieved my pizza it had no cheese on it. I then called back, and they offered me a new pizza which was wonderful. -- Heres the kicker -- When i recieved the pizza, the driver must have been chain-smoking because i could TASTE the cigarette when i took a bite of my pizza! I've ordered from seasons a number of times. I always put specific directions as I live in a split level home that is shared. I have my own private entrance and I am very clear on it. Every time, they knock on the other persons door, then the driver has the nerve to have an attitude with me because they went to the wrong door. And today, they forgot part of the order and again when I called, they were pretty rude. This got two stars only because the pizza was at least decent. Lesson learned. I'll call someone else who isn't rude to paying customers next time. read more
