Unfortunately the reality didn't line up at all with what reviewers were saying. After we put down the deposit, Rebecca was virtually impossible to get ahold of, each time giving a different excuse (she disappeared for 2 weeks saying she caught a fever then another week saying her phone was in the shop). I had to ask repeatedly for her to deliver the most basic things (confirmation of the latest plan, a run of show timeline, contact my vendors, literally anything) and she never did, often getting upset with me for even asking. Most of my vendors said they didn't hear a word from her til they met her the day of the wedding. So what should have been a seamless process was all over the place. The day of was worse. They didn't play our song as we walked down the aisle, left the ceremony venue a mess (so much so that my wife and I had to return to clean the venue ourselves the next day), messed up our seating chart despite several emails with super clear instructions and dropped the ball on almost everything we asked them to do. You truly get what you pay for here. Unless you like working on your wedding hire a different coordinator.

He set up our decor just as we'd envisioned (and sometimes even better), and at the end of the night packed it up just as carefully. We especially appreciated how attentive he was to our parents and to our guests with dietary restrictions. Whether it was reworking floral arrangements to create an extra boutonniere just before family photos, or enlisting the venue coordinator to repair our cake topper in the middle of the reception when we thought it was beyond saving, we were consistently impressed with Luis's dedication, resourcefulness, and professionalism. I am naturally a very anxious person, but as soon as I saw Luis in action I knew that I could relax and that he had everything under control. At the end of the night he even personally followed the delivery driver back to our hotel to ensure our decor was returned safely. She is super laid back and easy to get along with and is always so calm and composed. She really helped us stay balanced and grounded during the entire process. We hired Ness as a full service planner and she helped us plan our wedding in less than 9 months which was a pretty incredible feat. My husband and I also had one of the busiest work and travel schedules we've ever had this past year, but Ness was super flexible and held late office hours so that we could schedule meetings with her at our convenience after work. Ness also helped us assemble the most amazing team of vendors. We are very indecisive in general, so Ness helped us by listening to and understanding our vision and presenting us with a few options for each vendor category so that we weren't overwhelmed with choices. Each vendor was so perfect for our vision so we really couldn't have gone wrong with any decision we made. Ness also had great relationships with our vendors, and even if she hadn't personally worked with one of our vendors before, she knew someone who had. And we were literally obsessed with every single person we worked with throughout the planning process, and then even more in love with them after they took such good care of us on our wedding weekend. We are so thankful for the team Ness assembled for us! Because of Ness we actually enjoyed the wedding planning process. She did all the hard work and we just had to make the fun/creative design decisions! We also felt less guilty/worried about spending money because we trusted Ness and knew she was keeping us on track and on/under budget. We loved working with Ness so much we also hired her to plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks the night before our wedding. So worth it. We was especially grateful for Ness because it poured the night before our wedding so everything had to be changed to Plan B. But we didn't have to worry about anything because Ness spent the entire night and wedding morning coordinating with our vendors and venue to pivot all the plans seamlessly.
