I had just started at a new office and ordered flowers to be delivered at 9:30am. After receiving an email notice that my followers were delivered, yet neither I or my co-workers could find them, I called to find out where they'd been delivered. The lady told me the address they had, it was then I discovered I had then delivered to the wrong street. Nothing I could do, as the event was about to start. I needed an arrangement delivered on very short notice and was delighted when Seattle Flowers was able to meet my need. The flowers arrived in record time and the recipient was very pleased, and sent me a picture. I was disappointed. While it was a very pretty arrangement it lacked some of the specific flowers I'd asked for while first discussing my order. I sent a short email to that effect to Seattle Flowers and received a very gracious reply, acknowledging where they dropped the ball. That was unexpected! The staff at Seattle flowers couldn't be more helpful. I ordered a flower delivery for one of my friends, and although I received an email saying it had been delivered, she had not received it. I called Seattle Flowers and they immediately went into action: they called the delivery person who said they had delivered the flowers to the concierge. They then - and this is where I think service went above and beyond - called the concierge themselves rather than suggesting I did it. They told me that the flowers had been picked up by the resident this morning, and I should check on it - but if they didn't turn up to let them know and they would make sure the situation was resolved. Anyways, it turned out the concierge had let some other resident pick up the flowers accidentally, and this person returned the flowers to my friend. But that was the building's mistake not theirs - so overall very impressed with this service. And my friend said the flowers looked great too! read more

Called to send my wife flowers to work for our anniversary. Bill, the owner of the shop, took the order and ordered the wrong arrangement, and when I called to get it fixed after I found out, he told my options were to either get the correct arrangement sent, but not sent until their next truck goes out, which is after my wife leaves work, or get a refund, and they'll come TAKE THE FLOWERS FROM MY WIFE. (And I'm sure they won't need to "wait for the next truck" to do that.) There was no desire to make things right, on an error that was completely his own, and that he openly admitted was his own. I walked-in one morning and asked for a bouquet in the 40-45 dollar range, a little unsure of how many flowers and how large the arrangement would be. I asked for a specific color theme and was asked my opinion several times about it while the florist built it up. That was nice to ensure I would be happy with it. The bowl pictured online is what grabbed my attention, so for a bigger, plainer bowl to be delivered was a bit of a bummer. I didn't think ordering flowers for Monday delivery would be a big deal...hopped back online & noticed the date on the calendar was greyed out. I called @3:30pm. Bill answered the phone. I asked if they would be open on that day & doing deliveries. He said they would, but were fully booked for that day...then he paused & asked what area the delivery was for. I told him & he said...I think we can squeeze you in. We walked through my flower order. He knew which flowers were available & what colors, the delivery schedules & how long it takes for gladiolus to open. I have not had customer service like this in some time! I ordered flowers for a friend through them recently. The bouquet was beautiful and I thought priced well, however for the cost (a $200 bouquet) the delivery was extremely disappointing. The arrangement was delivered on the day as requested however it was just placed outside the front door. I then received an email saying my order had been delivered. They did not knock or ring the door bell and when there was no answer no one was called (not myself or the recipient). The flowers just sat outside in the weather until the recipient HAPPENED to walk outside to take out the trash. I just wish a phone call had been made since I had to provide the number of both the recipient and myself. read more

Ordered Teleflora's Dream with me bouquet. My family member in the hospital absolutely loved the bouquet! She was so happy to see them and experience their beauty. Even one of the nurses commented to her how beautiful they were. This bouquet is (in my opinion) perfect for any occasion and will incorporate into any environment due to the colors which are in whites with a very pretty gold vase. I called them the day "before" and they did their utmost to get them delivered at 10:00 a.m. as she was to be discharged at 11:00 a.m. the next day and I wanted them to get there and for her to enjoy for a little time before she had to pack for home.
