We didn't know what to expect going into a flower shop for the first time, but Seattle Flowers was great. We walked in and asked for a bouquet. They do not have pre-made bouquets but depending on how fancy you want it, it takes about +15min. Our florist was following social distancing procedures and asked all the right questions (price, occasion, want flowers hand held or in a vase, final call for how we want the bouquet to look, and etc). She even suggested us to pick out a card for our recipient (they have a lot of cute and lovely cards as well as a few other things that goes with flowers). We decided to get the hand held, hand made bouquet which came in a few wrapping papers and the bow. Our recipient loved the flowers and even on our walk to them we got compliments on the bouquet. I called the shop to file a complaint regarding my original delivery. They offered to redeliver in about a week which I really appreciated. The odd thing is that when they redelivered, they attached the original card I wrote plus an apology stating, "Sorry you last delivery was not 13' tall". Ordered flowers to be delivered. The picture displayed on their website was colorful but asked that they add little white to make it even brighter. I've also paid additional and upgraded to deluxe. Not sure if the flowers look anything like what was displayed on the website. :( I know it's seasonal and they can only accommodate to what they have in stock. However, the actual flowers delivered was nothing close to being bright. That was what I specifically requested, bright and cheerful colors. So i knocked one point. The other point was deducted because I never rec'd confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Previous experience with other flower shop, they sent me a picture of the finished product. But I didn't get any update of the finished product nor the delivery confirmation until the recipient sent me a picture. read more

Worst customer experience I can remember... I ordered some flowers for my wife for her very first Mother's Day. Not long after they arrived, and well watered by us (it's not the first time we've gotten flowers), they were wilting and looked terrible. I took a picture and contacted the company. They replied back and essentially made me feel like I was trying to shake them down. Asked me for a picture (which I had already provided), accused us of not watering them (not the case), defensive, and claimed that they had no other complaints (which proves nothing - this could maybe be the last batch they watered, it sat somewhere different in their building or on the way, how would I know?). I've ordered from this place 4 or 5 times, with no issues, so it's not like I'm a serial complainer. The person who responded offered to refund me 50% of the purchase. Never saw a refund. Replied back (didn't think I needed to do this) to confirm that I'd take (the best they could offer) refund, and many days later, still no refund. For over $120, this was abysmal service, not just unresponsive, but hostile and lied to me. I'd have been much, much happier picking up some flowers from Pike's Place for $15. It's easy to put statements like "Our customers are important to us and our friendly staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. We will always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect!" on your website, but this was absolutely not my experience. Prefer to order from local companies, but will definitely not order from them again. read more
