He said he asked for proof of delivery and to keep the line open because they would call me back. I waited but got no call. I called back the next day and was told the same thing again. I'm mostly impressed how fresh the flowers were AND they literally lasted almost 5 weeks! Last week I got myself in trouble with the Mrs and the folks at Seattle Flowers were able to not just get a delivery completed for me same-day, but they were also able to get the flowers out to my wife before she left work at 3pm (I called just after 11am). I'm really really not good at picking things like this out and the guy I spoke with on the phone (I think his name was Trevor...?) picked out something beautiful for me, and it blew her away. 10/10 would recommend. I just can't get enough of Seattle Flowers now that I know it's there. I actively have to try to NOT walk over there when I need a break from work during the day. Last weekend I was feeling sick and really exhausted. My fiance took me to lunch and then walked me over to Seattle Flowers to cheer me up. I came in thinking I might just grab one thing. But I ended up leaving with the cutest, little 4" variegated palm, an orbea semota (succulent), and the owner, Bill, even sold me his prized Burro's Tail succulent--and for such an amazing price. In fact, all the plants were great prices--in fact, way cheaper than what I've seen out there. I also snagged two pots while I was there. I got a really cute one with little feet for my new orbea semota. And technically the one the Burro's Tail was already planted in. I honestly cannot wait to come back! read more

I flew up to Seattle for the first time and wanted to get some flowers to surprise my girl. I yelped the closest place to my hotel that had the best reviews, and Seattle flowers came up. Out of all the florists in Seattle, I decided to go with Seattle Flowers for ease of online ordering and the reasonable pricing of the flowers as well as the delivery charges. After my bouquet was delivered, I received an email confirming the delivery. Why not 4 stars or 5 stars? Email conformation of delivery is nice, but some florists also send you a photo of the actual arrangement they delivered. In this digital age, it's an easy thing that they can do for their customers for free. It seems they almost always do a great job, but I did notice there are some Yelpers who are not happy with the difference between what they saw online and what was actually delivered. I was stunned when I saw the pictures posted by Lima C. To be fair, I want to share with you that Seattle Flowers did offer a new bouquet in their response. Would I order again? I probably would not order from Seattle Flowers again until they start attaching a picture to the delivery conformation email. I gave this place 2 stars because they were prompt and easy to deal with on the phone, but that's really it. I ordered flowers and chocolate for a coworker for her birthday. When the flowers were delivered, the glass cube and arrangement were really small. The website indicated something a bit larger than what showed up. And to be charged $49 for the arrangement, $20 for 2 tiny bags of chocolates, and an $11 delivery charge for a delivery that is 4 blocks away.....I feel like I was grossly overcharged. My total was just over $94. I guess that's the cost of ordering flowers to be delivered from a shop in downtown Seattle. You get that Seattle surcharge. Never again. My fault for paying for this, but I honestly thought I was going to get more for my money. Whomever reviewed this place and said it was reasonably priced wrote a misleading review.
