Since starting track, I really needed new shoes, so came to the store on a Wednesday, around 6 pm…read more Because of low team member counts, they had altered closing hours to 7 pm. The store was pretty empty, and I was almost immediately helped by a staff member, though this would probably vary depending on crowd size. Max lead me through the foot-scanning process that showed the size, arch, width, etc. of my foot, and gave recommendations on shoes. The workers were knowledgeable about what kinds of footwear would work for me. Shout-out to Max for being really patient with me trying out all the shoes, spikes, and socks! The shoe prices were in-line with other stores, and if you sign up for VIP you get a 10% discount. Overall, my experience was great (though again the store was not busy so this probably varies), the staff were amazing, and I'm excited to use my new shoes!

She didn't even acknowledge me. She did do the foot scan for my husband but didn't have him walk on the treadmill to observe his feet. She ended up recommending a completely different kind of shoe than the one he bought there last year and couldn't explain why before he was recommended a more stabilizing shoe and now he was recommended a less stabilizing shoe. She said that can happen in young people and as they grow, their needs change. He's 59, pretty sure he's done growing. He went forward with the insoles and thought he'd try the new recommendation, but they didn't have his size. At this point Rhian went from uninterested to annoyed. I decided to ask for a different person to help me, but after an hour or so of Rhian's attitude, I wasn't interested anymore.

Line behind me , equal line in front. I've waited 35 mins - I will wait 10 more minutes but it's ridiculous they don't staff better.

I had a 10+ year old NF coat. Last year, a zipper slider…read morebroke. I took the coat to numerous alteration places to see if the zipper slider pull could be replaced. All the places said 'no'. Finally, someone recommended to go into the North Face store. Closest NF store is Bellevue Square. When I arrived, I was greeted and after I posed my question about repairs - I was directed to the cash out desk. There Greg greeted me and asked what the issue was. I explained that I've had this coat for years - that zipper slider pull was broke. He then went into action - looking up the style number and all the while explaining that the coat was under warranty. Once he was able to read/interpret the style number he issued me a gift card that I was able to get a brand new coat. Greg was amazing! Service at North Face Bellevue Square was the best. What a pleasure to hear 'yes' versus no. Thank you Greg! PS - I left my ear pods in my old jacket - called and YES!!! They had the earbuds. I went back to the store - Adam retrieved them and Greg remembered my name! Wow. What personal service you get at North Face. The company backs what they sell.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Tried to return an online order on Black Friday and the store…read morerefused because they were "too busy" -- there were maybe 10 people in the entire place. Both the associate and the manager kept saying the return process would "take too long" and be impossible, especially since it was paid with Apple Pay. When I mentioned it would have been helpful if the website noted not to return items in-store on Black Friday, the manager defended the brand by saying, "As you can tell, we are very busy." He even added, "If the line gets backed up, it's on you", which was a wild thing to say to a customer simply trying to make a return. I then asked for a gift card instead (since Apple Pay isn't supported for in-store returns), and was told the gift card system was conveniently down. After driving 45 minutes to get here, it was clear this was a mix of system limitations and a complete unwillingness to help. Immediately went to the Vuori store for another return and the experience was the exact opposite. The North Face Bellevue Square location was easily the worst customer service I've experienced at any brand store. Clearly they don't care about losing a longtime customer.

This is for the online experience…read more TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Will never shop here again. I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly. Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size. To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. They received their item several days ago yet I have not received an email saying so, and who knows when I will get my "credit". I will never shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid. How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me.

Their clothes are cute but there is NO PARKING here whatsoever. I even called and asked where to…read morepark and was told to park in the lot only to have the restaurant next door come yell at me and kick me out of the lot. I couldn't return a dress I ordered online that didn't fit. So now I'm out 90 min and $180 for a piece of clothing I can't wear. Will be telling this company not to email me or send me their crap catalogs ever again. If you can charge $180 for a knit dress you can find a place that your customers can get to. Also they aren't open on Sundays. Hope they go out of business along with the Bis restaurant next door.
