However, she is more pro-intervention than other dentists, which I personally don't like esp for children. I was told that my eight year old at the time needed six fillings which was hugely shocking. We only got one done and thankfully saw another dentist who told us that fillings weren't necessary. Three years later, my kid still hasn't needed any additional fillings.

I was feeling skeptical because they changed doctor and Dr. Sepi doesn't advertise herself and her degrees like many other doctors do. However, I'm so glad I chose her for the following reasons: 1. Dr. Sepi never overpromise anything but she over delivers. My treatment was initially going to take 24 months but I saw wonderful results in the span of a couple of weeks (vary by person). In 10 months, I was already happy with the result. Never trust a doctor who promises short treatment with Invisalign without looking at your age and the complexity your teeth. 2. iSmile charged the lowest fee out of all the clinics I had consultation with. They also do TAD for you in the clinic which nowhere else could when I asked. 3. Dr. Sepi is easily reachable over the weekends and patiently explains what to do when something goes wrong. They're very accommodating and flexible as well if you ever want to take your braces off for important events, dental treatments, or simply want to switch to clear braces. 4. The staffs here are super nice and welcoming. I love the friendly vibe in the office and always feel happy to come to my appointments and not scared. If you're debating whether to get braces or not, it's really worth the sacrifice and investment in my opinion and will make you a more confident person.

It must be great for parents whose kids don't have problems with anesthesia (if that was even what happened) but they didn't tell me there was a problem with my child until an hour later and I was too horrified at the time to do anything other than grab my child and leave as quickly as possible to calm down my scared and in pain child. Never went back. Can't believe how we were treated that day and afterwards. They should have communicated with me and asked me if it was okay to proceed knowing there was an issue. Parents have a right to know what's happening. So wrong!!!

Each visit is like a repeat of the last with minimal progress. It is frustrating to book so many appointments and still need more treatment for simple cavity.... We are covered by insruance, but it also takes time to bring the kids to see them. maybe they only care about getting more money from the insurance.

We have had two negative experiences on each of the last visits. Most recent was today which unfortunately a situation came up where my wife did not have the car forcing us into having to cancel last minute. I completely understand the need to have advanced notice so another family can get the spot but the way the receptionist handled herself was absurd and completely unprofessional. She made the statement "oh you did not know yesterday you would not have a car today?" To my wife and I, we were very surprised that this how they speak to their patients with such rude and challenging verbiage. Yesterday or our current situation has nothing to do with the last minute situation that occurred and it certainly is not their place to question private matters. Things happen and the correct response should have been we understand and can reschedule. In the future we need advance notice. The extra comments were not necessary. After speaking with the manager she was also challenging and displayed an attitude like she did not care and even seemed to approve of the behavior stating "I am sorry you feel that way" which is the classic we could not care less about what we did phrase. The experience prior to that we had a support member speak to us in English and then all of sudden began to act like we did not speak English and attempted to communicate in broken Spanish which was offensive and discriminatory practices. We are American and speak English just fine. It was a very disappointing and weird experience. We spoke with the dentist at the time the incident occurred and she was very apologetic which was sincere. In all, this place has some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful employees I have come across in anything related to children services. Training is needed and the sad thing is they probably believe that the way they acted and treated us is ok behavior. Their responses told me everything I need to know about the quality of people they are. They will not care one bit but of course we will find a new dentist office that has a team that understands the only reason they have employment is because of us families. It is a shame because again the dentists have always been great.
