Much love goes out to this Ralph Lauren Outlet store. The staff is always amazing for locating my items around the country and shipping directly to my house... Now most of the times they locate a size in the back room but if I'm looking for extra items they have jumped onto the inventory IPad and found them. I'm grateful for all you guys do. Now the store is clean and constantly filled with new items. Most stuff I don't like , yet the clothing I do love I get very enthused by in my purchasing binges. yesterday, August 24th, My mom went in not dressed up or anything (t shirt and khaki shorts) and literally face to face close to associates, was walked away from and ignored for over 45 minutes while she searched for my brothers pant size. How many people can she walk up to and ask before being acknowledged. Multiple managers were there and present. Then, when our friend who we were with was ready to check out, a female associate finally talked to my mom at this point, coming up to tell her how much she loved her hair, but then would not stop touching her or her hair. My mom flinched and stepped back, the associate even said "oh I probably shouldn't keep touching you", and continued for over 10 minutes (arms, shoulders, hair) instead of looking for a pant size. Been here several times with my friend as he bought many dress shirts for work. The service is totally hit or miss. The first time we went, a kind older gentleman was working the dressing rooms - he helped us find our size & was just wonderful. This next time we went though it was all staff who were younger and rude and really loud and unprofessional. Needless to say, their sale was pretty good and he got great shirts at a good price but you don't get a lot of help from staff. read more

Staff were rude and helpful. I went with my bf to this store so he could look for a few new shirts today. After entering the store we immediately split up because I wanted to go upstairs to see the women's merch. At some point I went downstairs and exited the store to take a phone call. A male staff member followed me the entire way. I went back in to find my bf and help him pick out some shirts and this same snooty white guy then came over to where we were and started folding shirts. At some point when he didn't move on and continued to stay within 15 ft of me I realized he was profiling me. Granted, I was wearing some new but not expensive clothes and was carrying a leather shopping tote/purse, which I never accessed once the entire time I was in the store. Did I mention my bf was of color? Yeah. So this entire hour and a half that we spent in this store this employee stuck to us but not once did he speak to us or offer to help us. Not one time. If he thought we were stealing why not offer to help us to scope out if we really were or not? We could have used the service too because we couldn't find his size on several of the items he wanted and we were very obviously looking. But he would know that because he watched us the entire time. Man I hope the people who were really stealing made off with as much as they could carry as this fool was too busy watching the wrong people. I'll never buy this label again after today. read more

Compared to other stores this one has a disconnected layout with women's & kids clothing upstairs. I found it difficult to find some basics that I was looking for. Other locations are much easier to shop in. Also when I went to checkout the disheveled clerk was unable to find my email in the system even though I repeated it several times. She then asked if I was from Canada. Then she proceeded to ask me for a ton of personal info such as my address etc. Meanwhile I can hear the next clerk over giving her customer an extra 10% discount. Really? I didn't have a problem with the service as much as I had a problem with the selection of stuff available. I wasn't able to locate ant Purple or Black label stuff. I know it's a needle in a haystack search, but at the other locations in Oregon and Colorado, I've been able to unearth a few of those gems. Unfortunately, that didn't happen at this location. I spoke with one of the associates, and he informed me that they do get Purple and Black label stuff in from time to time, so I'll be back in the future to continue my search. read more

There are large yellow signs on the outside of this store that read "30% OFF ALL MARKDOWNS". However when I went to check out, I did not receive this additional discount. I asked the sales clerk and she told me the additional 30% off was only for items with red tags. This is noted no where on the large yellow signs on the store windows. The large outside signage is very misleading, bordering on false advertising. It reads that all markdowns are thirty percent off and that is not true. Be warned. read more

This is a large store. Two stories. Very well stocked. The thing is, even with a lot of floor staff it was pretty messy. It was hard to tell what the final price was going to be because the signs seemed intentionally misleading. 30% OFF!! (When you buy three) or 50% off (denim only) on a rack with no denim. Also - I think a lot of the merchandise is "for factory only" maybe. Lots of items you don't see elsewhere (and not in a good way). I will shop here again, but I feel like I am being took. read more

Unfortunately due to the terrible quality of the fabric, my polo shirts shrank! were washed in cold just as stated on the label, cold wash and delicate dry. Everytime I come in here, I gasp at the prices. I know I know, its Ralph Lauren but I still feel like I expect it to be cheaper considering it's the outlet. I've bought a shirt and a scarf here but they were kind of pricy for what they were and I have been in here wayyy more times and come out empty-handed. Also, once a sales associate said something really awkward to me. I won't repeat it. After I glance at the women's section here, I usually wander over to the kids section, try to find clothes in my size and then give up and start window shopping for my future daughter sometime. I also pick out the Ralph Lauren teddy bear sheets for my future son. Look- I'm just saying' that the kids section is amazing. I think that the customer service here was meh not so great. There were more employees there probably than people shopping but no one came up to us to ask if we needed help. The prices were a little over priced for being an outlet store. You would think that they would be somewhat reasonable. But not a really great experience for me that's for sure! read more

I've had the BEST experiences at this RL store. Their selection is always on point, the sales associates and store managers go above and beyond the call of duty to make you a happy customer. Very disappointed! I was there doing some Christmas shopping and I was in the food court area where the receptionist was telling me for every American Express gift card you buy, you get a $25 Ralph Lauren certificate to spend at Ralph Lauren. Great! I specifically asked if I could combine them. She said yes! She told me that a lady came back and got 16 more cards so that she could finish her shopping spree there. I was like "yes!! I'll take 4". You have to get 4 American Express cards of at least $25 each AND pay a $2.95 activation EACH CARD. Sucky...but I was thinking I'd still be doubling my money and have a shopping spree at Ralph Lauren. Made my way over to Ralph Lauren and I was super excited. I thought that if there were good deals I'd go back and get more cards too. I even was chatting up an employee that said the cards were a really good deal and I double checked that it was okay to combine them. So I start shopping. You have to go upstairs to get to the womens area which sucked. Things were kind of disorganized but I figured it was due to the time of the year and holiday shopping. Oh well. Everything was ridiculously over-priced. It didn't seem like much of an outlet at all. I found a sweater on a clearance rack that was MARKED DOWN to $100. Yes, marked down to $100! Okay, I guess that's what I'm getting. I hadn't found anything else in the whole entire store that I wanted. I go get in line. Line is super long with only a few employees ringing up customers. A group of Canadians are in front of me trying to make a return and use a different method of payment and the cashier kept telling them that they wouldn't get as good of a deal if she re-rang it and to just stay with it the way it was. The lady expressed to the cashier that she didn't want it on that particular card she paid with. The cashier was super rude, sighing, and rolling her eyes. Finally the Canadians just left. I'm next in line, great, I get the eye-roller. I said I was super excited to use my cards and get a great deal on a sweater (even though I didn't think it was a great deal and just trying to be upbeat and nice). She starts saying that you can't use all the cards at once. I let her know that I was told I could from the lady at the customer service desk in the food court and that's the only reason I bought the American Express cards and paid the $2.95 fee for each card AND that I was talking to a Ralph Lauren employee that was telling me how I could combine them and how it was such a great deal. She called a manager over who looked me up and down and asked if I had ever shopped there before. What does that have to do with anything? Am I not someone you want to deal with because I'm wearing jeans and a hoodie?? Wow! So I said no, the store is new, it's the first time I'd been in. He said that I can't combine the cards. I said, fine. I don't think it's fair because of what I was told by the customer service lady and the Ralph Lauren employee. He even said that he let other people combine their cards earlier but he wasn't supposed to. I told him that I didn't think it was fair he would let other people use them all (with even more cards!) and not let me. Fine, I don't want the sweater. The cards for RL are useless. AND I wasted $12 in fees on the American Express gift cards that I otherwise wouldn't have purchased. He could tell I was upset. He said he would go call the manager (I thought that he was the manager). Yeah...I really want to wait for you to go make a call and then hear no. He ended up combining the cards but the whole experience was ruined. I ended up just leaving the outlet mall after that and not finishing my Christmas shopping. I will never go back there. The prices seem high to me. I bought polo shirts marked 69.00, but they were 40% off. No nighties which is what I went after, as I have Ralph Lauren nighties. Maybe they just ran out. Very little beding too. The best part of the store was my cashier Steven Lee. I grab some wrong sizes and ended up waiting while a runner grabbed them. I have been in this store twice now. Both times I have come in the employees seem to have trouble knowing their products. For example, I located a men's polo shirt on a rack that had a tag with a bar code but the price had been ripped off. I asked a employee if she could please find a price for me. She appeared to not find a price so she told me since it was on this rack it would be the same price as the others, although the polo shirts weren't even remotely similar. The one I wanted the price on was polo Ralph Lauren blue label and the price she said it would be is the price of a purple label from Italy. Anyone that is familiar with the Ralph Lauren brand knows that a purple label is made in Italy and has a much higher price point. After looking around the store I located the shirt I had found on the rack somewhere else that was not even close to the price she said she would charge. Washington seattle premium outlet Polo store very rude employees. Lack of basic business knowledge. I purchased $40 hoodie, and later I returned hoodie also bought $180 Jacket. The receipt shows the amount of the return ($40) and the remaining balance ($140). So I paid the differences $140. Next day I went to the mall found another Jacket from different brand, so I try to return polo jacket. But when I try to get the refund, Polo store cashier said, "We'll give you $140 back. cause you paid only $140." What a stupid calculation!! even manager told me so, and treat me as a stupid guy. They didn't even try to listen my explanation. If I purchased $180 value Jacket, that means I paid $180 value of Cash or card or trade any merchandise before I bought, that's why they gave me that jacket. not a special discount !! for example, You bought $90 stuff and next day you returned it. When You returned it also bought $100 stuff. so you just pay the difference $10. Then next day you go to the store want to return $100 value stuff. How much do you think you should get back? Polo' s answer is $10 !! Not only one cashier but also manager as well... and keep yelling me " It's a simple, very simple. you don't understand!!" I totally do not have any words to say. read more
