The only thing I love more than shopping is getting a good deal! The shopping center can be crazy busy during the holidays and on sunny weekends, it is really worth taking a day off and making the trek out there. Adding a trip to the Casino for a dinner and a night out is the best way to make the best of the trip. Keep in mind it is not actually in Seattle, it is about 60 miles North. read more

Two reasons for a star deduction: It's in BFE, and there is little to no cover over this OUTDOOR shopping mall. If you're not a fan of being in the rain and getting a little wet, this place isn't for you. On the upside, this place has EVERYTHING and really great deals! There are several places to eat, including a few Starbucks, a hotdog stand, and a little food court that has a Subway and a teriyaki place. The variety of stores that SPO offers is great too. Pretty much anything you'd need to find, you could find here. A few of their stores are being renovated right now, but they make sure to accommodate for customers and keep everything open despite construction. Every time I've gone here I've had a great time and have walked away with several purchases... Definitely one of Washington's best outlets! read more

I love this outlet, it's about 30 mins north from Seattle! I like coming here once ever 6months. The shops here are decent and affordable (you just have to find a good deal) this outlet has stores like Nike, Adidas, Hollister, Toys r us, lids, Northface, Michael Kors, Burberry, Tory Burch and many more! Great selections of stores! I think this outlet has over 100 stores which makes it the second largest outlet in the region. I went there on a weekday so parking was not bad - although it was still very crowded. They open at 10am and close at 7pm. They have easy to read signs to locate where different stors are once you start walking. I know a couple of friends who are Canadians and they come down here to shop over the weekend. So if you are from the Seattle area and want to avoid weekend parking pains, maybe try to come here on a weekday if you can get away from work. I would give this place a 5-star if they have more options for its food court. I do not know why I expected a bigger food court - I just did for some reasons. And when I was there, I was wondering why its food court is kind of small. read more

Its a decent outlet mall. Its not super high end like some in California or Nevada, but they have a decent variety of stores from Kate Spade, Coach, Banana Republic to even the Disney store. One thing about Kate or Coach is their merchandise is made for the outlets, and may never have touched the retail store. A genuine outlet is a store which had merchandise once in the retail (or boutique) store, and has been moved to the outlets. Just be careful when you shop at places marked Outlets... just saying. They have a food court which I heard was just ok, 2 starbucks, and some restaurants located on the outskirts of the parking lot. If you're in the mood for a buffet, there's always the casino located across the parking lot. Since I didn't want to haul more crap back to California, I did my best not to shop, but more to hang out with my friends visiting from Vancouver. I did end up leaving with a new LBD: Little Black Dress for $35. Ample parking and even a parking structure if you want covered parking. read more

The Tory Burch outlet in Tulalip has the worse customer service. Probably for the sake of publicity and show that people are lined up to get inside, they would let their customers suffer in the cold, wet, windy weather of Seattle - when there were no more than fifteen customers inside the store browsing. As you see more than ten people leave the store, and you're still not let in, you become anxious. The door attendant said that it's because ones sales lady at the shoes section has too many customers to handle and so we must wait until she's given the okay. Ridiculous propaganda. I refuse to set foot in that store again. read more

This is still one of the better outlet malls in the area, and I like it because it's big and there is a good variety of stores. My go-to stores are still Banana Republic, Nine West, The Gap... but I've recently discovered that they have the Loft Outlet which maybe I didn't notice before, but they have some great deals. I also noticed they opened up a few of the designer jean brands like True Religion, Lucky Brand, etc. I never noticed the Kate Spade store either before, maybe I just wanted really looking. They seem to be expanding the parking lot or the outlet mall itself because there is a huge amount of construction going on, so I'd advise visitors to take the exit after 200 for an easier route to the parking lot. We also came on a weekday which was much nicer and less crowded than going on the weekends/holidays. If that's possible, I highly recommend that so you don't have to deal with the Canadian tourists who want to raid these stores. read more

I love outlet malls!!! Seattle Premium Outlets is about a 30-40 minute drive from Seattle and situated, conveniently, next to Tulalip Casino. So you have a choice of losing money at the slots or the table OR losing money on some fabulous finds at SPO. It is an outdoor mall in the PNW, so definitely a star deduction for that (the summer it's nice, but for the 80% of the year, not so much). SPO has the usual outlet store anchors: Gap, Banana Republic, Nike. But is also has designer outlets, too, like Burberry, Kate Spade, Vince Camuto. This place can be crazy, especially on the weekend, when peeps from BC come down to get their deals, and they come by the bus loads, literally. read more

I used to come down this outlet few times a year. I would say this one is the closer outlet fr Vancouver. It always busy on weekend. It has a lot of brands and shops in this outlet, but NO super brand store at all! If you just want to kill time and see any luck to get good deal, just give it a try. Been here couple of times before. Every know end then they would have very good sales but for the regular season not much to look for. Very last season selections and not much choice. It gets so crowded during Holiday Sales that is overwhelming. Went there last time to get couple of shoes for my cousin as a gift. Find nice one at the Nike Outlet Store and got couple in Adidas Outlet Store just cause they were chip :) Would recommend to go early in the to avoid crowds and ask for extra discount coupons in stores, online or in food court - will help you to save extra $10-25 on each transaction. Food court is not appealing better to go to Tulalip Casino and get food there. When it is busy it is hard to find a Parking ! read more

How do you rate this, it is an outlet mall afterall, where do you begin, and what in terms is really good, to the point of great. I have mixed feelings about this outlet cause I used to come here when it first opened and it was the 'new kid' on the block. Back when the small outlets prior to this one going southbound on I-5 had some life (some.. but they were going to die!) this one had all the big names, big brands, cheap prices (at the time that is what we thought) and the Canadian dollar was at 75 cents (maybe even worse). Over the years this place has definitely got it's fair influx share of Canadian blood, and money. I use to come just for the spectacle, bringing others and making them spend and filling my trunk full of new goods, well those days are long gone, yet this place is still here. On any day of the week the majority of shoppers are of the Canadian variety, I usually pass it up as the deals are not what they used to be and if your looking for clothes, especially my size, or my partners (size S), usually there is not much left. As for the other things, like electronics (Sony) and kitchenware (Le Crueset, some kitchen place) the prices aren't as good as if you were to really do your research and shop, but at least there are options here. Whether your shopping for sports wear (Nike, Adidas, Reebok... etc.) clothing (Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren, etc.), high end (Coach, Burberry, BCBG) and other categories, it's a good place to shop, just no longer my choice. In the centre of it all, there is a standard food court, I think there was a taco place and a Chinese food place there. If you want something closer to real food, go to the casino next door, and don't waste your time here as the lunch buffet over there maybe worth your while. I see they are expanding the outlet, some construction going on the backside near Nike, so expect more stores, also expect less parking. This lot can be frustrating just to park your car when it is primetime. Be prepared to either wait double parked, or walk farther, it's not friendly in here. Now this is an outlet mall that is electric! As Barney from "How I Met Your Mother" would put it, this place is legendary! Just be very, very careful in driving close to the actual stores since pedestrians will appear out of nowhere and cross the street without looking. The bathrooms are pretty clean, which is appreciated after driving through Seattle traffic. As to my favorite stores, such as Ralph Lauren Polo, I really don't think it gets any better. Good customer service throughout, yet the parking situation is truly something. I mean, the lots fill up so quickly that you can easily find yourself on the backside of the Outlet walking 1/2 to where you want to be on a Saturday. So come on down early! read more

This mall has a good selection of stores to shop. Parking is free and fairly easy to find expected for around the holidays. If you forget a stroller you can rent a one or two seat stroller for around seven dollars. The have three sets of restrooms that are clean. They do have a room to breastfeed, but on more then one occasion I was unable to use it because they keep it locked and you have to find someone to open it for you. Food selections are ok but not great. I am not sure why it is an outdoor mall in a traditionally rainy area. Overall, on a nice day, it is fun place to shop. read more

Another outlet mall and another *yawn* This place has a weird effect on me. I think it generally is lacking, except I still get never turn down the opportunity to go. It makes no sense and is slightly over hyped. I find I rarely ever find anything here since most things really aren't that big of a deal. I usually find myself empty handed after perusing and to drown my sorrows of not leaving with a shopping bounty I end up spending my money stuffing my face at the buffet in the casino next door. I'm surely not a outlet mall junkie but I have to say it is a pretty good mall at least for the other half (I get to hold the bags). the good part for me or maybe it wasn't good (still have to ponder that) was we went in January so there was snow all over (just happened to go during the worst snow storm in a decade) so she was too cold to shop heavily but also because it was cold she went into more stores to escape the cold.. We always seem to come here when we are visiting Seattle The bad I would say is the food court it's kind of lame in my opinion but I didn't eat there anyway since it didn't look too appealing. Well parking is usually not too bad but because of the snow they had mounds and mounds of piled up snow blocking parking spaces to clear the parking lot. I would have had a better review if there were more things that I like there heh.. I did like the Sony Store though. read more

A wonderful outlet mall by the casino, right off of 1-5. Parking is easy, which is always a wonderful plus. This is an open air mall, so keep this in mind when the weather is not the best... The store selection is great and I really look forward to the amazing things coming with their expansion. It is so unique and fun to shop at a mall in WA State that also announces in French, thanks in part to their guests from Canada! The Coca Cola machines here are also very reasonable in price and accept credit cards, how wonderful is that! One thing to keep in mind though is that the retailers may not always have the best prices as in the days of outlet malls in the past, but they are always competitive and have great selections! read more

Shopping here was a traumatic experience and I hope to never return. My wife and I went on a Sunday and the visit was incredibly stressful. Upon arriving, it was nearly impossible to even find a parking space. Once we finally did and walked into the facility, we encountered swarms of people. Each store was absolutely swamped, so there were no employees who you could count on for help. And because of the crowds, the stores were completely disorganized and messy so I had a very tough time simply shopping for what I needed. I liked the selection of stores in the complex, but that does me no good if I can't have an adequate shopping experience to find what I need. Next time I will search out a different place to take my business. read more

I have been to many outlet malls in my days so I think I know how to judge outlet malls! All things considered, this mall is okay. It is misleadingly called Seattle Premium Outlets even though it's about 40 minutes out of Seattle proper. There are tons of Canadians that flock down here since it is really close to Vancouver. The mall is also conveniently located down the street from the Tulalip Casino. Stores I liked here include: BCBG, Banana Republic, Nike, Puma, Cole Haan, Kate Spade, Burberry. Their stores here are pretty standard. Their Coach store is ridiculous and has tons of people in it! I got some nice deals here: Puma shoes for $45, Nike sneakers for $75. Burberry had some awesome deals on their trenches ($400?!) but they only had larger sizes, otherwise I would have bought one! Their food court is very mediocre, as are most outlet mall food courts for some reason. read more

Yes, I am one of the Canadians supporting the American economy. We love our "free" healthcare, but our taxes are too high to do clothes shopping, and there's better variety down south anyway. Teehehehehehehehe. I went to Seattle Premium Outlets on a Tuesday, and it was (not surprisingly) pretty empty. However they have a 10% off deal in participating stores, so we took advantage of that quite well. As someone who's been to many of the premium outlet stores in Canada and the US, Seattle is rated around the middle. There's decent variety such as Seiko and Hollister, but it definitely pales compared to Desert Hills or Woodbury, though those two are considered the top tier premium outlet malls in the US. However considering the surrounding area and the not-so-large amounts of tourists that come by (at least, from my visit), this outlet mall does its job well. read more

They are so kind and willing to go the extra mile when you ask for something and it's not in the front. I feel for the workers in this mall! Found a wonderful place to find handbags at the Seattle outlet premiere mall, I happened to stumble across the store called Tory bush. I found the sales personnel to be very helpful in helping me select a type of handbag that best fitted my style. I was please to find the quality of the handbags and the elegance of their design is very pleasing to the eye and compliments every outfit from day where to evening wear. Now that I found the store I certainly will return to purchase more handbags in the near future. read more

We stopped by these outlets during the drive down from Vancouver back to Seattle. We only spent 1.5-2 hours here, but it was nice to get out of the car and stretch our legs. This outdoor mall was easy to navigate through. There was plenty of parking available as well. The signs made it easy to find the different stores. There's a food court that's centrally located, as well as various snack kiosks (Auntie Anne's Pretzels, etc.). I didn't see any major restaurants right around the mall perimeter, but I'm sure there are other eating options close by. Here were some of the stores I found worth stopping into: Kate Spade: It's hard to find a Kate Spade outlet (there is only one in Hawaii), so I stop by whenever I have the chance. While I didn't find anything from this location, it was nice to see their selection. They have a good variety of products, but especially bags. The store was relatively big, and during the time of my visit, there was a storewide sale for 60 percent off. Great deals all around, especially if you're looking for handbags. Disney: I rarely see Disney Store outlets, so this was worth visiting. I wanted to see if there were any cute items for some of my friends' kids. Prices were cheap, but not cheap enough for me to buy several shirts. Sometimes, Disney outlet stores also carry merchandise from the theme parks but at a discounted rate. I didn't see any during the time of my visit, but if I lived in this area or frequented this mall, I would periodically check. Sidenote: the Tsum Tsums had a good discount (there were several characters that were half off), but they weren't characters that I wanted to add to my collection. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory: We specifically went to this store looking for sugar-free chocolates to take home to one of our family members. Mission accomplished - we knew we could find a good assortment of sugar-free goodies here because there used to be one of these stores on Oahu, but it closed down years ago. I didn't remember getting free samples from here before, but during this trip, we got to try one of the fudges! It was so rich, dense and chocolaty. I would have wanted to buy one of the peanut butter chocolate fudges for myself. All the chocolates here looked delicious, as well as those famous candy apples. Walking into Rocky Mountain is always a delightful experience for all the senses ... just don't walk in here when you're starving! Tory Burch: I don't buy things from Tory Burch all that often, but it was nice to see what was available at this location. There were some cute earrings on sale, but the storewide sale wasn't as great as I thought it would be. Still, it was worth dropping into the store to see what types of items they had. North Face: This had to be the greatest find on this trip, as there was a storewide special and everything was half off - not only the seasonal wear. I found a great vest for my boyfriend, who works in really cold climates. This wasn't a typical puffy ski vest either - it was sleek and slim, conducive to moving around a lot, contrary to some of the thicker, stiffer, puffy ski jackets/vests out there. The thin-but-warm material is exactly what he was looking for, and I was able to get the vest for about $80 (after tax), which was half price. Great deal, considering it was still summertime. I would always pop into North Face just to see what's available/what deals they have, as my waterproof rain jacket from here was one of my favorites. read more

I'm a fan of saving money, and that's what I'm able to do at a lot of the stores here! Then again, some of the stores are your typical on sale, but not really on sale if you, say, if you went to costco for the same thing... This outlet mall is very convenient to Seattle, and it has several stores, low end to high end (e.g. levi's jeans to burberry). It's outdoor atmosphere really makes it a nice day when it's all sunny and warm! and even if it's not so sunny and warm, still a good day of shopping! I have to say I did not try the food court, but the restrooms were ok. Parking isn't bad either. This is all in the Tulalip area, and right next door is a hotel and a casio, so, feel free to make two days out of this trip ;) read more

I really like this outlet mall. Many name brands are here like Nike, L'Occitane, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, and Ann Taylor. There are other shops that I like too like Guess, Hot Topic, Lane Bryant, Le Crueset, Skechers, and Swarovski. It's in Tulalip, not Seattle, right next to the Tulalip Casino. Be prepared for a drive if you were thinking this is in Seattle. Sometimes sales are crazy like 70% off and other times it's just a few dollars less than a regular store. You can check out the outlet's website for when they are having sales. Back-to-school sales is going to be 7/31-8/9. The only cons to the Seattle Premium Outlets is that it's really far away from Seattle, 60-90 minutes north, and all of the entrances are outside since it rains here 6-9 months of the year. I don't want to be packing around clothes and other things that I bought in the rain. They have a really big parking lot but it gets totally full during holidays or when the Tulalip Hotel is having an outdoor concert. I was surprised when I came here on Columbus Day and found out British Columbia had all decided to come shopping as I had forgotten it was their Thanksgiving. The mall is pretty big but the parking is not so great. For starters the parking is quite a bit away from any entrance. I like the parking close and accessible. Stores wise this is a pretty good place, has almost all the stores. The deals are good and they have the coupon booklet for anyone who needs it (need to check pricing for that) The food area is decent but not clean. I'd like to see more food options. Big names. Outlet shopping. Sign me up! A relative brought us to Seattle Premium Outlets the morning we were going to fly out back to Los Angeles that early Thursday evening. Since we did not have any space in our carry on luggage, we didn't plan on purchasing anything but big names and big sales got the better of us! Stores like Timberland and Crabtree & Evelyn can ship your items! Some may require a certain amount to be met or you pay a small little fee for convenience. Burberry, Timberland, Nautica, Ralph Lauren, Oakley, Levi's, Nike, Abercrombie & Fitch, Crabtree & Evelyn, and so much more! The list of big name brand stores goes on and on. There were directories located at almost every corner and the restrooms were also very conveniently located. The walkways offered shade when walking from store to store. At first glace of the name "Seattle Premium Outlets," I already had an inkling that the property management company was the same as the Desert Hills Premium Outlets out in Cabazon, near where I live. Upon further checking, property management company is Simon Property Group. Owner of numerous shopping centers! The location looks big especially when looking at the directory, but the overall outlet isn't that big. Just a really great layout plan. Walked a few steps and was at one end of the outlet (ie Mountain Court to the end at Sun Court). Overall, I just wish I had more time to thoroughly enjoy my time to shop at all the stores that I enjoy. Hopefully on my next trip back up to Seattle! The outlet is in Tulalip and large enough for someone to spend at least half a day there. There are some relatively "higher end" brands such as Coach ,Burberry, Tumi, Crabtree & Evelyn, Kate Spade, Polo Ralph Lauren but also some other brands/stores such as some random super heavy Christmas discount gift stores or Van Heusen that I still don't know why they are there or whether they make good enough reasons for anyone to visit this outlet. Overall, it's a decent place to visit if you want to shop with some specific targeted brands in mind. The prices I saw were quite good (especially after the Christmas holidays). For me, though, I think I would just stick with Nordstrom Rack in downtown as they probably have overall better brand selection and doesn't require any drive from Seattle. read more

There is a great selection of stores at SPO. It's also really nicely laid out for a summer sun day in Seattle. Though if the weather was not quite so good, I might suggest a different shopping mall since this one is predominantly outside. Be sure to check in to SPO on Yelp when you arrive to collect a discount at one of the participating stores. I made the mistake of checking in on our way out having spent $800+ and could have saved $80 using the coupon, woops! We visit regularly and will definitely be back again. Located at exit 202. This outlet has a good variety of brands. Tory Burch, All Saints, Sevens for All Mankind are my favourites to go to here. Sign up for the VIP to get even more discounts. The washrooms are ok, and can get gross. The lineups on the weekends are get crazy. The parking lot is huge but is always packed. Go before noon or after 5 on the weekends, or you'll be waiting for parking forever. read more
