I have a medical service dog, and they gave me such a hard time about the "smell" the last time that I rented here that didn't even put my dog in the car this time. That means Everytime I went somewhere, I had to go without my dog, who is supposed to be with me 24/7 . I have photos to show the few hairs, which is ridiculous. People leave more dirt after they eat greasy fast food in the car. Also I was charged for re-fueling .I literally stopped at the am/pm market on Hwy 99 to re fuel on my way to return the car. So my $89 rental turned into $204. Is this a scam you run in the fuel? Hitting people up for $15 here and there on every rental? And as for the dog hair, first, it is illegal to charge an extra fee for a service dog. I would understand if I returned the car all covered with dog fur. But a few hairs from my clothing? I feel ripped off on the fuel, and because of your personnel harassing me, I put myself at serious riak this past week going without my dog, and the stress of this confrontation today has caused a medical episode for me. Oh...almost forgot - when I picked up the rental, I pointed out that the front tire looked very low. I was told it was fine. Not more than 5 miles down the highway, the warning light came on for the tire. I filled the tire up 3 times this past week - at a cost of $5.50, but the warning kept coming back.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I sent them all the info for a trade in and they promised me that they could get me the vehicle of my choice knowing my credit and loan situation. I emphasized that I lived far and didn't want to drive to the location just to be denied. They were adamant that they could get me approved while also getting me out of my current loan.
