I was scheduled to pick up my truck today after its delivery from Guam. My experience at the Guam VPC was smooth. THey took care to cover the driver seat and floor and do my walk through with care. My truck was cleaned and waxed and vacuumed to their standard. No dirt or debris present. I get it back today FILTHY. dirt caked on the exterior and a HOLE IN MY DRIVER TIRE. They tried to tell me the hole was there, but with the hole that was there, I wouldn't had driven it. They offered me $190 for a "used" tire. The interior had dirt caked into the driver and passenger seats and all over the center console and driver floor. Very disappointed. How dare you return someone's vehicle in a worse condition than it was dropped. What standard does this business have for itself? I've seen reviews of totaled out damage that they won't cover. There were 7 scratches on my brand new truck when it got to me in guam to which I was offered 138$. The truck was spotless and only a year old the first time it shipped. Do better. Give better. Care for these vehicles as they were your own when you're entrusted to deliver them as they were dropped. C**ts. read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could because they are the classic "government-run entity"... zero customer service, zero sense of urgency, and zero compassion for military members in transition. I call the guy at the front desk to get clarification on documents since the pamphlets given out at my transportation office differ from their online website (also because I had to drive cross country to get here and I wanted to make sure everything was right before I go overseas...) My bad. I didn't realize that was such an inconvenience. I guess I should just tell this guy how I am going to turn in my vehicle instead of making sure I follow their system properly. Also, make sure you give yourself plenty of time in your day because they are slow... they cancelled others' appointments on the spot when they were flying out the next day and those service members had to jump through their ass to change their flights to accommodate. Picked up my vehicle which was shipped from Germany at this location. They presented my vehicle for inspection covered in dirt and in a dim lit bay. Luckily the damaged sustain from transit was so egregious I was able to notice it. They have initiated a clam but manager was obviously trying to minimize the damage. This Vehicle Processing Center is tucked away in the Auburn Industrial Area. Once you get to the end of Milwaukee street you'll start seeing signs for the Seattle VPC. It's a little disorienting at first but rest assured you are probably not the only one that has felt that way. Once you go through the fence line, park on the left hand side where it is designated for VPC customers. Go inside and check-in with the front desk with a set of your ORDERS, VEHICLE RECALL CHECK, DRIVER'S LICENSE, VEHICLE REGISTRATION and TITLE/LEAN HOLDER RELEASE MEMO. Also remember that your vehicle will need to have less than 1/4 tank of gas or they will turn you back. There is a big red sign that states that all vehicles will need to be at 1/4 tank or below and NO EXCEPTION will be made. The customer service is average and the wait time is relatively long. Make sure you plan about 1-hour to 1.5 hour to turn in one vehicle. On the plus side (+), there is a relatively large waiting area with vending machines and a computer. Also the waiting area has a coloring books and puzzles for the kids to play with. Enjoy the move and make sure to plan ahead! read more

Service member going through this company for shipping vehicle overseas. Shipping through this company has been a nightmare. I scheduled everything far enough in advance to prepare and even called to verify all of the paperwork I needed reflected the checklist on the website. Due to weather conditions I received a call as soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told I needed to reschedule for the following day. I let the gentleman know it was a 2 hour drive for me to get there. He told me he couldn't help me but he had an open slot the following day and that if they were going to cancel my appointment again I would receive a call ahead of time. The following day I called several time to verify the weather would not interfere with my vehicle shipment. No one answered the phone, I left a voicemail but did not receive a call back. I arrived on time for my reschedule appointment and was told I needed more paperwork although I had all paperwork the site specified. I was then told to reschedule again. If you're a service member who recently married bring a copy of your marriage certificate. read more

Typical stateside VPC. Made an appointment to pick up my vehicle, yet still encountered a 30 min wait. Not a huge deal for me, but there were some folks waiting 1-2+ hours for vehicle turn in. Not sure if they had an appointment. I recommend an appointment and to take a good look at your car to ensure no damage from the trip (mine had damage, but they are very easy to deal with to get it paid for and fixed). read more

The absolute worst!!!!! I had an appointment at 0900 and didn't get to leave until after 1200. The ladies at the front desk were unprofessional. The elder lady was so unpleasant. I spoke to a representative who answers their appointment line and asked him for everything I needed he told me all the documents I needed. I went during my designated appointment time and they told me I was missing documents. I am shopping a vehicle for one of my troops and have no way in getting in contact with him as he is in transition. They told me they can nothing and I would have to come back. This is the second time I've been here and was told something different. I am disgusted with this place and how they treat service members. I wouldn't recommend this place to service me ever who I trying to store or ship their vehicle. Poor management, lack of professionalism, and lack of care most importantly. Would love to get their general managers number in order to prevent this from happening to another service member or customer in general. read more

I scheduled my appointment for 0930 showed up 0900 was told to wait exactly until 930. 0930 I got all my paperwork looked at and all proper items were accounted for as prescribed. Then an employ checked my POV and noticed my tank was just above 1/4. As a result I was told to use the fuel and return within an hours. I said ok and drive my car down the end of the street and was back within 5 minutes( the odometer was literally just a few feet from going down to 1/4). I returned promptly to the front desk and they told me to then wait in the waiting room. At 1302 I returned to the desk wondering why hours had past and more than 5 customers who arrived after me and were served ahead of me. I asked what was happening and the employ told me I was turned into a walk in and not designated as someone who made an appointment. I was never told that this was happening until I had to ask which was simply kinda just rude at least give ppl a heads up right. I understand the issue I had but I was right back literally within minutes, it would of been one thing if I took off for an hour or so as a matter of fact I was 30 minutes early!! read more

These people have zero compassion for military personnel who have flown all night and have no choice but to wait until they open to pick up their cars. Taxi services don't just allow people to sit in their vehicles for free. Thank you for allowing my 13 pound dog and I to sit out in the freezing cold to get sick while my husband waits after his scheduled appointment time to be helped. Your customer service is seriously lacking. I hope that one day you are treated as poorly as you have treated me and my family. Do not use this company if given a choice, go elsewhere. read more
