Horrible customer service and scammers trying to steal money from people already going through a difficult situation. Yes, he was wearing a mask but I could clearly tell he was smiling through his eyes. James had such an awesome attitude and professionalism. I had a bad morning because 3 of the other towing service that AAA I contacted declined my request. Wednesday evening my vehicle shut down on my way home in Canyon Country. I called AAA, and they dispatched a truck. The update on my phone indicated they arrived, but they were nowhere in sight. I looked at the map and it showed they were at a location about a mile away. As I was calling AAA, the driver called. I directed him to my location. When he arrived, he informed me I was out of the company's area. He indicated he would call his dispatch to send another truck. Shortly after, he back-up to my vehicle. He informed me he received authorization to tow my vehicle. We had a blowout on Saturday, and Scott picked us up just off the freeway where we stopped. He was 45 minutes ahead of time, took good care of us, and made sure the tire shop we directed him to had our tires before unloading the car, and had a list of options we could go to that were open late, as we'd arrived just 30 minutes before the shop closed for the weekend. I've dealt with Sebo towing many times but after this new ownership it seems this company has went down hill. Sebo (The original owner) would be so disappointed in how his company is being run down. All the drivers I've dealt with lately seem to either be on drugs or have an attitude. I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a tow company BUT I've never had better so I had to take the time! I've used Sebo towing now twice for my two cars and I've had amazing experiences both times with KILO. What a rockstar! I've had other tow companies and this gentlemen know what's he's doing - shows up on time or early - and is super kind and diligent. Oh and they're also TRIPLE AAA approved! We love that! My first time was after a rain and my computer system went down so my car wouldn't turn on and this time another car that simply won't move. He handled both situations quickly while making me feel like my car was in the best hands while they drove it to my repair shop without me. Thank you so much Kilo!!!! Don't trust them. Was dispatched to them through AAA, and they never showed up for tow and repeatedly marked it as "complete" even though GPS tracking showed them on the 170 Freeway! I was lucky to have been serviced by Robin Briano with my car towing needs a few weeks ago. Not only is this guy excellent at what he does but he also has the best service oriented and friendliest attitude I have seen in a long time. I was nervous and did not know what was going to happen to my car. But he reassured me by explaining what would happen with the whole process. He is a true gentleman and I felt safe with him. I am glad we still have kind people like him helping us when we need it. Very carefully he loaded my car on his truck bed and there was no damage to it. I would recommend Robin to everyone especially if you are a woman nervous about calling towing services. I wish I could have tipped him more as the value he provided to me was over the top. We went through our AAA and they lied and said they showed up and waited, they never did. Then lied a second time and denied receiving an order from Aaa dispatch. They lied a third time after acting sympathetic and said a tow truck would be out with us within 30-45 min, it's now over 5 hours!!! They will not answer our calls and are now ignoring us. I am so glad Robert with Sebo Towing was dispatched to help me when I had a flat tire on a one ton Econoline van. The first tow company dispatched came with the wrong tools, even though I told AAA I had a Econoline van. And then the tow truck driver said his shift was ending at 10 pm - it was 10:03 pm and he left me stranded. I had to call AAA again and ask them to dispatch another tow driver with the right tools. The experience I had last night around 10 pm was horrible when my tire went flat. Triple AAA sent out a guy from SEBO TOWING. The man came out after waiting 2 hours for him. He proceeded to tell me "I literally just changed 10 flats I'm exhausted I'm gone to call somebody else to help you." ME: It took you 2 hours to get here, now you want to call someone else really? I was in complete shock I could not believe he just said that to me. He left. I reported him because he left me stranded at night and also I needed someone else to come out and help me. This man came back 10 mins later yelling very aggressively saying "why did you report me! I told you I was tired"! Me : I'm sorry that you're tired but this is your job. I explained to the man I am tired too I just worked 2 jobs and no matter how tired I am I must complete my job. The man stated "I should kick your A** B*** as he approached me. I was so scared by the look in his eyes I really felt he was going to attack me so, in my defense I grabbed a FOUR-WAY LUG WRENCH. In addition I was literally SHIVERING with anxiety. I do not want to hurt anyone I just wanted to get my tire changed and make it home safely. I kept screaming Back up because he kept approaching me with anger. This man got back in his vehicle and stated "I'm going to tell everyone NOT to HELP you for at least three-four more hours bitch it's midnight"! I called AAA back and REPORTED the incident again. I told AAA I needed assistance ASAP. AAA said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour for someone to come. At this point I could not believe AAA was letting me down. I had never experienced anything like this before. In addition, to have a tow man from SEBO TOWING try to attack me over a tire and his job. This man was supposed to provide safety and help us in our time of need. Thankfully a random stranger seen me about 1:30 am and helped me using his own equipment to put air in the tire. I am going to make a police report on the guy from SEBO TOWING in Sun Vally CA company I got that information from AAA. ((What worries me the most and kept me up at night is this towing guy took photos of my truck License Plate and said I got you)) I must report this incident immediately. I no longer feel safe. This review/statement is from my mother. This incident happened in Sylmar California. In addition, imagine hearing this from your mother in the middle of the night and you are in the military stationed in another state and there's nothing you can do to help her.
