My main problem recently has been that when my credit card expired, I updated it online, but it didn't take. But when I pulled up to get my car wash, it said the card on file didn't work! So I gave them a different card, and everything worked fine. Until next month, it asked me AGAIN for another card! Then, the machine wouldn't take it, so the attendant had to help me. Eventually it went through, but what a pain, as I'm holding up all the cars behind me. I've also had time to check out their other locations when I'm nearby. I wish this one would switch the towels to help dry the car, and the blowers just don't do the job. Sometimes I just want a quick wash and don't have time to stop at the vacuums. I do appreciate how they replace the signage and lights in the car wash when they get faded or the decals peel off. And when I think about it, there's been maybe once when a vacuum didn't work, so they get credit for taking care of their equipment. The car wash itself is still worth the monthly membership if you drive on Tustin Ave a lot, especially if they aren't busy and you just need to get some surface dust off your car.
