We stopped by while in the area as we were up for some Mediterranean cuisine and this place did not disappoint! Environs were nice - nice view of the water outside. Service was was excellent and pacing of apps/entrees/desert was perfect! Salads were fresh, entrees were great - mine was Salmon which was cooked perfectly, and dessert was awesome, too. Next time in the area, we will add this venue to the dining rotation! Highly recommended!

For starters...we did not have reservations. The hostess offered us a seat outside on a 100* weather day. I inquired about the bar area-and she said we could sit where there was not a linen table cloth. Yay! The bar area was the perfect t place for me and my friends. It had good entertainment-a man singing and playing a guitar. We enjoyed the pineapple sangria and were allowed to order from the dinner menu that's offered in the fine dining area. Our service when we sat down was quick but then became slow because the bar got crowded. We ordered the chicken parm and a burger. Both were delicious. The most outstanding garlic rolls with a garlic olive oil accompanied the chicken! Our servers were overwhelmed but I would still go back and sit in the bar area again. Who needs a tablecloth?

This is a nice restaurant to take somebody for a special occasion. It's pretty fancy looking, the lighting and other decorations makes for a good ambiance. All of the food we got was pretty good. I really liked the seasoning on the calamari and on the chicken parmagiano. The strawberry lemonade mocktail was also made pretty well and is very photogenic. The lava cake is probably my favorite part of the meal. The service could've been a little more attentive but it's nothing to complain too much about. All of the food we got was good, but doesn't really stand out from other establishments.

A great vibe in Cape May right on the Bay. We were meeting friends for a night out and had my 2 kids with us (10/12yos). We chose this spot because of the wood pizzas on the menu but found out this was the bar area only. But that's ok because my kids still thoroughly enjoyed the garlic bread for the table and their meal options. It was a great night out and experience! We were well taken care of by the server and support team! Stick with the meat options - my kids enjoyed the crispy fish and lemon chicken but the pasta dish I ordered left much to be desired for the price point (literally tasted like a frozen lean cuisine dish). I liked the experience but for the price point...the food was just meh. Not bad...but not great.

Our first time at Secondo Panico's although we've passed it many times on our way from North WIldwood to Cape May. I've also heard many rave reviews and decided to try it for our anniversary. We arrived early for our reservation and a table wasn't ready so we headed to the outside bar for a drink as we waited. The atmosphere inside and out is beautiful. The outdoor bar is nestled off to the corner and a great spot to take in the beautiful views of the fishing boats and the water. The cocktail menu was extensive but I stuck to my classic vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed olives which was perfect and a full glass too. We were texted when the table was ready which was right on time for our reservation. The server brought us 2 complementary glasses of champagne and wished us a happy anniversary. She also told us about the menu and all of the specials. She was very knowledgeable about every dish and answered all of our questions. The meal began with a fresh baked focaccia bread and garlic infused olive oil to dip. It was excellent. We started with the octopus appetizer and the seafood soup. The octopus was cooked just right but a very small portion. The soup was not so good and overly salty. For one entree we chose the goat cheese, scallop, and seafood ravioli. The dish was on the small side and also very salty. It was just ok aside from the salt. Don't get me wrong I love things on the salty side but this was a bit too much. The other entree we ordered was the fra diablo seafood spaghettini. This was a nice sized portion and the pasta and seafood cooked well but also extremely salty. Overall the food was average at best outside of the saltiness. The service was 5 stars as was the ambiance. Will we go back? Likely yes but only for cocktails at the bar and maybe try the pizza.

No point making a reservation because you still have to wait a half hour or longer. Ridiculous .

She explained everything to us about the menu in detail and allowed us to order our different courses at separate times. Never did we feel rushed or neglected. Onto the food: oh my God, what can I say? It was spectacular. The Spanish octopus was extraordinary. The tuna appetizer was a beautiful blend of taste and textures. The buratta melted in your mouth. The pork loin was so tender and delicious and the portion so large that even though we were sharing it, we couldn't finish it. The other entrées, the pork chop and the Seabass looked delicious even though I didn't taste them. While the desserts looked amazing, we were too full to eat anymore. We definitely will be back for another delicious dinner soon.

The menu was even better this time around too. We went for the prix fixe meal. We got: seared crab cake, yellow fin tuna poke, grilled octopus appetizer, rigatoni, Berkshire porkchop, strawberry panacotta, and dark chocolate tart. Everything was extraordinary. That grilled octopus was cooked to perfection. It was the perfect amount of charred without making the inside chewy in the slightest. The meat inside was still very tender. The yellow fin poke was an authentic dish with great portions. The entrees did not disappoint either. That rigatoni and the porkchop were both great main courses. The porkchop was easily my favorite dish of the night. Everything was perfect. The service was speedy, the food was delicious and in great portions. I would highly recommend visiting Grana.

I also ordered a bottle of their house wine, and it was excellent. It was served nicely chilled with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect pairing for my meal. The flavors complemented the gnocchi beautifully and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The sauce was fresh, light, and earthy, and I loved the addition of the pine nuts, which added a subtle crunch. I'm usually not a fan of mixing different textures in a dish, but everything came together so well that it completely changed my mind. The shrimp were cooked perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My daughter ordered the seafood pasta, and she loved it as well. The seafood was fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together wonderfully. We both left our plates nearly empty because everything was just that good. We were seated outside, and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful, there was a nice breeze, and it made for such a relaxing dining experience. To top it all off, the woman who took our order was absolutely wonderful. She was funny, energetic, and incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Between the amazing food, delicious wine, beautiful outdoor seating, and exceptional service, this was easily one of my favorite dining experiences. I would happily return again and again.

It was OK but we were right by the door to the patio, which was frequently opened and closed. Our server, Laura was fantastic. She did a great job all night for us. Started with delicious clam chowder, fried oysters, and the Kale Caesar salad. We really didn't enjoy the kale salad, but the other two were great. The seafood risotto was great as usual, as was the pescatore special and the scallop risotto appetizer (had for an entrée). The scallops Sambuca special was OK but the sauce was too sweet for me. No dessert tonight.
