Going into an adult boutique store can be very intimidating and to some maybe even a little embarrassing. Upon walking in we were greeted with a welcoming smile by the cashier and they immediately offered to help us with any questions we may have. The store was very clean and organized and sections were clearly labeled. There is a sanitizing station when you walk in and they ask that you sanitize before going around to shop. Masks are encouraged but not enforced, which I respect, and was happy to see everyone in the store at the time were wearing masks. They offered to open some items to help us make the right choice and pointed us in the right direction when we were looking for something in particular. Not once did we feel awkward or weird for being in an adult store, which I very much appreciated. Wendy was a huge help and made our shopping experience easy and pleasant. Big Red is about to bite the dust. I figured this is a basic model so it shouldn't be hard to find another version of this one. They didn't have another version here. If you are going to have a website, you should use your online prices, especially if nothing in store had prices on them. 6/15/19 I purchased 6 items from this store last night without issue. When I got home one ot the items totally didn't work. The item required 2 AA batteries. I went through 12 brand new batteries just to make sure. Called the store today and was basically told there is a hard policy of no return/no exchange. I was also told that they test items as a courtesy not as a requirement (they didnt test my items last night). Dont waste your time here! Nice people but terrible customer service if you end up with a non functional item. Save your time, effort and gas. Shop amazon or any other online retailer. In fact, they're probably cheaper and have more variety. I try to support brick and mortar stores but this store and probably all secret store will no longer receive my business. read more

We came here to look around and possibly purchase some things to spice it up a bit! Overall, the store was clean, organized, and had a good selection. I liked that there were signs on the walls to point you in the right direction - sometimes in these kinds of stores you end up wandering around aimlessly until you find what you're looking for. We ended up purchasing a few things, on the lower end of the price scale. Some of the very nice toys can be more than $150, so be prepared if you want the best of the best, ladies! I didn't have any questions, but the staff made it very clear that they were very available if we had any. I took one star off because the woman who was working there seemed to be annoyed by our presence. We were there close to closing time, but we had no intentions of trying to stay past. I also didn't like that they were unable to split my transaction between cash and card. If I'm spending over $200 at your establishment, it should be easy to pay for it in the fashion I choose. As a cashier, I know how easy it is to split tender. If your POS system is too low-tech to handle such a difficult task , then splurge a bit and get one that makes life easier for your customers. That is just a small annoyance that I have, but overall I really enjoyed this place and will be returning. read more

I have been here many times before but last night was by far the worst experience I've ever had in this store. After work last night around 830p, a few co-workers and I decided to come to secrets. It was the first time going to secrets for a few of my co-workers. My co-workers had a horrible first experience going to this store. There are So many things wrong with the staff that was there last night. First: No one greeted us as we walked in. We were just stared down by a Burnett female behind the counter. She stared us down as we walked thru the store. She was literally watching us like we were going to steal something. It's was the most uncomfortable experience we have had. Second: One of my co-workers had asked this burnett a question about one of the products they sold. She responds with an attitude ..." I don't know I've never tried it." And that was it. I'm sorry but this broad had the worst customer service. She clearly did not want to help us. I'm sure there are a lot of products she had not used there but as the sales associate you should try to be as helpful as possible when someone ask you about a product your selling. I was getting so angry at the experience we were having there that I actually put the items I was going to purchase back on the rack and told my co-workers I wanted to leave and that I would never come back to this store. The sad thing is that I told my co-workers that this place was a pretty cool place with friendly staff and many items to choose from. That was by far the experience we had this time. I just read a review for Secrets about them closing early. They still do. My boyfriend and I have been there a lot. My hours are difficult, so I loved that they "advertised" they stayed open until 10pm. We have been there 3 times in the past month at 9:25-9:30 and all three times the door was locked. Before that, I luckily was able to get there at 9pm. It was 9:30 and a customer was trying to come in. I heard one of the girls say to another girl "did you put the sign up that we are closing early?" Also, I have never seen the same face twice. I have been trying to go back to return a clothing item that is missing an ENTIRE bra strap! The costume clothing is cheap and over priced. I did get there once and showed the girl the costume (very sexy gangster costume I was excited to wear for my boyfriend). She told me they do not offer refunds or exchanges! She said in this case, "I will ALLOW an exchange since obviously the costume is not wearable."I told her I did not want an exchange, I wanted a refund. She said I have to call my manager and ask. She tried and got no call back from the store manager. If that's who she even called. She then told me, "we don't usually even offer exchanges but I will this time". Like she was doing me a favor for a $50 costume I can't even wear! So now I'm stuck with this $50 costume that is missing an entire bra strap. It's not even a "strap". The customer service tonight was horrible I don't know what the girls name was but she was a brunette with long hair. I walked in about 10 minutes until closing and first thing she said was that they were closing in 9 minutes, can't you say hello first then with a friendly tone let me know that it's almost closing time. All hail the F*ck Shop! I remember when Secrets opened - I guess the surrounding locals in Pacheco were quite perturbed to learn that fellow community members do indeed engage in sexual activity. Secrets has gotten more demure over the years and is now just a little unassuming adult boutique.
