The day that we set an appointment for 3pm, he didn't show up to my home until almost 7:30, with very little communication. He had all kinds of excuses about how his car and phone were both dead, and he was just roaming through apartment complexes to find where I lived. He came, and screwed a few things into my tower, and that was it. He took my USB to download things I needed, and that was the last I saw him. For a few days, he acted like he was making a conscious effort to set up a second appointment, to return my USB, and to finish installing the things I needed to finish my PC. After about a week of lousy and sparse responses, he blocked me, so I could no longer reach out, for him to finish the job I paid him in advance for. After weeks of trying to get in touch with him, getting the run around from him and another man he works with, I saw him at the place where I work. When I went to talk to him about the situation, he played it off like it was someone else's responsibility to give me back my property, or refund me. He offered to refund my money through Google Pay. So, I spent the time getting Google pay set up, and connected to my account. It looked like the payment went through, and then, he cancelled the payment to me after he left! This is extremely unprofessional, and I do not recommend this group of con artists to anyone. What a scam!

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

Can't really fault them for that if they're trying to make a profit. If there's anything close to negative I have to say, it's probably that the place is getting a little too popular again? Because there are so many people coming in, having only two people running front desk at a time leaves the risk of customers waiting a long time for a simple transaction, since they also handle repairs and the like. Maybe have someone who doesn't run a register that goes around answering questions? Finally got a response back on Tuesday after having to text them a picture of my receipt and the broken spring, said it would be on Wednesday that they'd fix it. Asked them what time they would be out and never got a response back. Had to follow up with them again trying to confirm a time and received a response back saying sorry they were busy and that they'd be at my house by 6pm. I got back home and was notified that they never showed up and didn't even bother to call to let us know. Texted them again and got a response back "I promise tomorrow" and that they would call me back at 10am. It is now 330pm and still never got a response back. I'm done waiting around and it's not worth my money to spend on a company that has such poor customer service. I'm taking my business else where.

When I called him to return, he said he was sending someone else but they never showed because the guy didn't say if he would pay him. Turns out it's some random guy off the street that he met! Eventually the other guy came out and charged me an additional $300 to fix the issue we had all along. I called this business line again, which is a call service, to try to talk to a supervisor but no one has called back after numerous days. They obviously don't care and will continue to scam people UPDATED REVIEW TO 2 STARS: I'm updating this review to 2 stars mainly because the original subcontractor they sent out refunded me the $675 he charged me for subpar locks and service. I contemplated taking this review down, but need some more time to think mainly due to the misinformation in their review reply and frankly the lack of care from K4. K4 does not employ their own workers, they send out subs. The subs don't even collect payment for K4. They collect for themselves and their own businesses. I called the original sub they sent on Friday when the door was no longer working again, just as he told me to on Wednesday. The latch needing replacing instead of the locks themselves, which he didn't properly assess. When I asked him to come out, he contacted someone that doesn't work for him or K4. I reached out to K4 twice to resolve this issue on Friday, in which they told me they're a call center and they would forward my issue to a supervisor and they'd call me back (surprise they didn't! And still haven't upon this review or their response to it.) i submitted the proof of the $300 additional payment I was subjected to by second person that came out to the original sub in which he then refunded me my paid amount (and asked me to remove my review and I would have if it weren't for K4's awful review response). I don't owe sending anything to K4 if they can't even reach out to me personally to discuss this issue and decide to spread misinformation instead of confirming with the customer on what actually happened.
