I came by to check out some units and inquire about prices. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helped us properly estimate the unit size I would need. She was super straightforward and didn't try to sell me a larger unit than I needed. On move in day, I was running behind schedule and ended up arriving just 15 minutes before close with a truck's worth of items to move in (super bad form, I know). Charles, the manager, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. We didn't have movers, and Charles went above and beyond by helping us bring our items to the unit and figure out the best way to store them, which was helpful since I had a lot of stuff. Initially we wanted a larger unit but it was not available for two weeks. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking. The staff is extremely helpful and personable. The storage is as clean as it could possibly be and it smells amazing, all the time. Hours are good. I work a 9-5 and was able to get there after work when I needed to, and in on the weekends as well. Finally, I felt completely safe there at all times. I know it sounds too good to be true but it really is TRUE. They answered my emails within 24 hours when I had questions and were always just very helpful and pleasant. They sign for and keep all deliveries in a locked room so I don't ever worry about lost or stolen packages. The location is perfect for me as it it close to 101 and 80 freeway access.
