My movers decided to arrive in San Francisco 5 days earlier than scheduled - and I was not able to be there yet. Charles helped me arrange storage over the telephone. When the movers got there, he instructed the movers what to do when they arrived. Above and beyond expectations. Also, the building is in a relatively safe neighborhood. Charles was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave me all the confidence I needed to put my items into storage here. Charles offered advice on storage size and how best to tetris my belongings, offered use of the wagons for me to haul my stuff a few blocks away, and gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe. They run a tight and secure ship here - passcodes are required throughout the facility. Would def use again in the future! read more

I had to move out of my apartment last Minute and had to find a storage unit within a matter of days. Luckily I found this unit and the team was super accommodating to my last minute need. The process to sign up for a unit was very straight forward and you pay on a month by month basis. They also allow you to set up auto payment online so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Not many people are roaming around and it's not crowded by any means, so it is easy to move your things in and out of the unit. I would highly recommend! They are also open till 7pm on weekdays. The facility is super clean and well lit, and very protected by multiple layers of security and personalized passcodes. Charles has been wonderful in helping me rent a second storage unit. I needed to store everything in my apartment for a month in between apartments. He made sure to call me as units became available as they were booking up very quickly. On the day of moving into the storage unit, Charles directed the movers on making the most efficient tetris-like use of space. Everyone provided excellent service, very easy to set up/cancel when it's time, someone is always smiling at the front desk, and they even put cones out for moving trucks when they know you're coming. Agreed with what someone else said about the front desk. Called today inquiring about storage space but was greeted by a condescending staff. The person had a bad attitude before I can even go further with my question. What's worst? I was put on hold over 15 minutes and no one came back to the phone. Understand that it might be busy and short staff during the pandemic but would be nice to just set the expectation upfront about wait time or at least a courtesy gesture of "let me call you back". I would've been happy to wait if given the quoted time or be glad to call back later if was told that they were busy. Gonna call another storage space now. End of story. read more

LOVE this place - who would think they would write that they love a storage unit? but the people make it so worth it. Charles went above and beyond he physically measured my storage unit and door. Used his knowledge on moving to help me assess what space I would need so I wouldnt over pay. Honest and good people here who arent upselling you on the space. Could have easily convinced me that I would need a larger space but got the perfect fit for my queen bed and boxes (6x4) while im away from the city. Thank you so much!
