My friends and I came here to look for some healing crystals not knowing that it was by appointment only but they were nice enough to squeeze us in but the customer service here was horrible. We came to sedona to help support local during the pandemic (I understand working the pandemic can be stressful and very thankful they're working!) But the cashier, I believe her name was JE was very rude to my friends and I while we were paying for our crystals. Only one the employees were actually nice! I saw this store in the catalog that was given to me from my hotel front desk, so I knew I had to check it out. I am a huge fan of natural stones, so I was quite happy to be here. This was my first time at Sedona since the shop moved. I haven't been down in the Ward area for quite a while. I like the bigger location! Today's purchase included 2 sets of greeting/special occasion cards by Josephine Wall. They are gorgeous and everyone always likes them, so I bought them in bulk. I also bought a gorgeous bracelet. We walked in 10 minutes till closing (bad form, I know) but the staff was friendly, still answered our endless questions with a smile and let us shop. This store is so beautiful but there is zero customer service. There were 3 people working and not a single one asked if anyone or I needed help. Even worse, the employees were loudly discussing foods that give one of them indigestion? Perhaps there's a crystal or stone for that?? (Don't worry, she buys "organic from Costco" and her coworker suggested some mild fish). As other reviews said, no customer service and pretty pricey. Very quiet and well laid out store. Every space has something new for the shopper and seeker. They have a plethora of stones in different sizes to match your wallet. One stop shopping for my needs. I bought way more than I had planned, but their assistance and products made that so easy. I was a little bummed that the book section was lean. Sedona is one of those stores that has been around for a long time but I never cared to walk in. I never understood why people wanted to buy crystals and I was a non-believer in crystal healing. It wasn't until recently that my friend introduced me to an entirely new world. Yes, I thought she was crazy and I thought she was crazier when she told me that crystals need to be 'Charged'. What?! Should I bust out my lightening cable? However, the jokes on me because that day she told me about crystal healing I bought my very first Tourmalinated Quartz. If you're looking for your first crystal then you've found the right place, they have a various amount of crystals in all shapes and sizes. All size crystals give off the same amount of energy (from what I've read) so if you don't want to break your bank on a $20 piece then don't. I like that they've put a little description of each crystal right next to the pile. However, I am not a huge fan on how they have their crystals laid out. I can be very annoying and tiresome (especially for someone with bad knees) to continuously be bending down trying to reach the description that sometimes in the farthest back of the shelf. Other than that, I think the way they have their entire store laid out is perfect. Gag gifts in the front, crystals in the back, jewelry in the middle, cosmetics, oils, and clearance in the far right. They also offer readings and often have reading events but I have yet to get one. Sedona is a great place to come as a one stop shop. There is something for everyone, from Keiki to your Tutu. Be mindful that because this considered a 'specialty' shop that prices are a bit higher then what you would usually pay. Very unfriendly customer services. It has never changed since I knew this store. So I went to an another crystal store in Aiea and they were willing to help me with reasonable prices. Also psychics readings were not as good as I thought in the past. The one tried to sell the products she wanted to sell, the other used too many tools ( a pendulum, cards etc etc... ) to read even if not accurate. An another one was highly subjective because this person collected (researched ) all kind of information by his own and used for his readings. He was informative, although it was not useful for me, NOT INTUITIVE. To me, it seems to cover his poor psychic abilities. I recognized his readings were incoherent talk. He always changed what he said ! It depended on what his updated information was OR what people ( for example. his teachers, specially a tai chi teacher he devotes ) around him said. In my conclusion, his readings had too much attachments which were HIS cultures, thoughts, opinions, somebody else ideas like his teachers and information came from outside he researched, but not pure and authentic. I was shame of myself to go to these psychics readings and It was a great lesson for me. I will NEVER go again. You will easily find way better readers, prayers or healing works outside if you need them although those people provide their readings etc etc ... outside as well !!! read more

Beautiful place with a pricey tag on majority of the items, I purchased a abalone she'll for about $45.00 plus tax and realized Amazon had the same product for less than $10.00 with Prime membership FREE shipping, could have bought about three. I highly recommend and suggest you check out Gaia, not as big as Sedona but reasonable prices, oh yeah - the abalone she'll at Gaia is $32.00 and Carol is so knowledgeable on just about every item they sell, I purchased a good size Selenite at a very reasonable price that Sedona sells for triple the amount I paid, please visit Gaia at university avenue and support our local vendors, aloha. read more

Not sure how they got an award or has been recognized as having the best psychic readings in Honolulu..I have seen several different pyschics there over the years and yet not one were accurate even their supposedly popular reader..Not sure why some of these readers claim to be empathic or clairvoiyant or clairaudient when most of them use and rely on cards to get their information..doesnt take much gift to do that.. read more

I stopped in to Sedona for the first time today while they were running their Crystals and Cupcakes show. I enjoyed the journey but had a previous appointment so only had an hour to spend. I zeroed in on the stones and rocks, looking for something for my grandson. Well, nothing for him( I will have to check out the Children's section next time), but I found two smaller items that I love. In fact, a small grouping of Celestite has barely left my hand since! They have some Feng Shui items in the front, books, tons of incense, and some nice hunks of rose quartz. I found this place pricey, even for the quality, which was all good. I am looking forward to returning and checking out their bead section, oils and clothing. For all my disappointment that the pricing seemed more tourist oriented, I had a terrific time wandering around. A lot of fellow customers, but a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Tonight 12/2/15 5:45pm two ladies were behind the glass cases merchandising and one man sitting in front of the computer all drawn to do whatever but forgot to connect and make sales for a customer. Most workers are very friendly and very helpful people. They are knowledgeable and helpful when you ask questions. They dont pressure you into buying things. There was this one girl, not sure what her name is but shes a kinda tall skinny Asain girl and everytime i go into there she's very rude to me and i dont know why because I'm a friendly and courteous person. Shes very rude and i think i asked her 1 question and she gave me attitude and was very short with her answers even my cousin noticed she was that way only towards me. I went for a reading, it is a scam! Very disappointing, Hanna told me nothing about me, asked me questions, went on to tell me about rituals and meditations because I wouldnt answer any questions ... I said I would like a general reading... She tried to get me to buy candles... its a shame.. It's located in Ward Centre by Goma Tei and Borders. They have an array of products that are so much fun to browse through -- incense, statues, oils, candles, books, cd's, and so on. You can also create your own jewelry..there's a counter to the side where you can choose which stones you want and make your own bracelet or necklace. Horrible experience! I arrived a few minutes before they opened up their doors. The person opening up the shop saw me standing there opened up the doors and rudely asked me to step aside. No greeting no nothing. Clearly she could see I was waiting for the store to open. Once the doors were officially opened as no one greeted me I walked in. I looked around for small little crystal gifts for my teen yogis who I an training. I was shocked to see that everything was in Japanese. A sales person from afar asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for crystals for my teen yoga program but everything is in Japanese. Her response was there is also English. I asked where and from a far and she says right above the Japanese writing in front of me. I finally saw that there was some writing in English but in very tiny print. Her entire communication was from a far. For a store that sells crystals and magical stones positive energy, really needs to find positive happy people to represent the store. Needless to say I walked out and went to down to Earth where I was treated with kindness and excellent customer service and found exactly what I was looking for! read more

I purchased stones and oils with the help of the owner Malia and had a phone reading done with Lien Bal who was fabulous in her insights. I was more than pleased with the quick delivery and with the quality of the stones ... The oils turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and I use them just about every day. It's always nice to purchase from businesses that are knowledgable about their products and industry...and in this case, they are just downright nice people. I love shopping at Sedona; while living on the mainland I would make several visits a year to Honolulu and I would make a point of going to Sedona for something special during each trip. I agree with Julie M. I had a GREAT reading from Sundae and as a result of the reading, I had the best night of sleep that I can remember. All the other times I bought rocks they individually packed them along with the slip of paper so I knew which one was which. To my surprise, this last time it wasn't done. Ummm pretty lame when he warned me at first that he can't predict my future nor tell me what would be my future. Ummm hello??? This is my purpose of coming here to tell me if you can see what's in my future and guide me if it's the right path. I know we're the only one who holds the future and create it but isn't it some psychic are best well known to see something with our aura??? Well, to make it short....it was a lame reading! Period! But, I promised myself that this would be only for fun experience. Inside their store, one of their employees assisted me so much with my question with their products particularly the oils and that made my day! I told her about my fibroid if she can tell me which oil to use but instead she told me to read this book which when she was looking at their rack, they're out of stock! The book was from Louise Hay affirmation. Anyways, I was just impressed the time she spent with me and helping me with my issues. I used to come here for psychic readings. When picking a reader its really a hit or miss. Every reader uses different tools to perform divination. From my experience catormancy or the art of using playing cards is much more accurate compared to tarot cards or other forms of divination. They have a lot of nice stuff too which can be kind of pricey. I purchased sage spray which I use for spiritual cleansing. Also got myself a pendulum for my own divination practice. read more
