This place was recommended so we decided to check it out. We decided to reserve bar seating which turned out to be ok. The bartender that took our drink and food order was Ed. The encounter started off pretty good, he made some good recommendations so we could order the best options. I ordered the Lamb Lollipop with a Caesar Salad and French Onion Soup. The others in my party ordered crab dip, Wagyu Burger which came with fries, beef skewers, brussel sprouts, and escargot. The crab dip didn't really land like it does in Maryland but that was expected. They had a live band that plays in the evening which was a nice touch:) For the most part we had a nice experience until it was the end of our meal. We asked for separate bills which being at the bar should be an issue but when we asked Ed said we was "killing him" so the our experience took a turn but I would still recommend this place if you are ever in Chantilly, VA.

Great happy hour, went on a Saturday and they had a happy hour. $5 draft beers, not bad. Had an old fashioned and warm olives. The bartender was decent, very fast service. Will go back to try the food. Bourbon menu is good, wine list is large. Upscale feel with a mellow vibe.

Such a lovely experience! We came here for a friends birthday and the wait staff was phenomenal. The ambience is low light but there are mini touch lamps on the tables to aid in menu reading. I had the lobster ravioli which was essentially four hearty ravioli stuffed with lobster and a lobster tail served in a cream sauce with truffles. Perfection. Highly recommend if you're in the Chantilly area to stop in for dinner.

The ambiance is inviting, the menu is large, and there are so many drinks to choose from. The Old Fashioned was strong and tasted pretty good, which our waitress prepared table side. We weren't sure about what wines to try so our waitress gave really good wine recommendations too. The caesar salad tasted great, but unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The sides were also lacking flavor. It would be nice if they offered a salt shaker at the table because it would be helpful, just in case. The biggest plus is the staff. They were friendly from the moment we entered the restaurant. We were there for our anniversary and they greeted us at the entrance, gave us a hand-written card and even gave us a wine bottle opener at the end of our meal. This is definitely a place you go to if you would like great service and a show, but they need to work on the flavor of the food - once they improve that, I think it would be a more well rounded experience.

My boyfriend took me to Bourbon Boulevard for our anniversary. The space was clean, pretty, and larger than expected. I had a virgin mai tai that was actually really good (a little sweet & tangy). The crab cakes and wagyu burger were both delicious and impressive. I would say the crab cakes were my favorite of the night! However, the entrees were a bit disappointing. The lobster ravioli had this thick pasta with little filling, and the lobster mac tasted like basic mac and cheese with lobster on top. I expected the lobster to be more incorporated in both dishes. The sirloin my boyfriend ordered was great, but would I say this was worth over 300 dollars? Probably not, but the service was great and we had fun.

I have been wanting to go here for a while. Looking on the website at the May specials and food options they have. Not to mention the whiskey and bourbon selections are HUGE. One of the largest I have seen so far. The happy hour options are amazing. The taste of the food is even better. The drinks by San are top tier. As well as the service by San. He knows his whiskey and bourbon. Very very knowledgeable and professional. Let's get into the decor. The steaks on display. With all cuts. OMG. The wine cellar. To die for. And last but not least the whisker and bourbon. Stop what you are doing and come and visit this amazing place. Thank me later!!!!

So, we came here for a late lunch on a Saturday. It was a fairly slow and quiet, which was a win. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted and quickly seated (with our preference for location). After our waitress made her introduction, our orders were quickly taken, which we greatly appreciated. I had the ribeye (medium), with the maple sriracha brussel sprouts and the loaded baked potato. Unfortunately, my ribeye came out medium well (in my opinion), causing it to not be as juicy/succulent/flavorful, which was a tad disappointing. For the brussel sprouts, with the pairing of maple and sriracha, I was expecting a more impactful taste, however, this dish was just okay. Overall, we had a good experience, but the food was just average to me. On another note, the live music was getting ready to play around 5pm and this appears to happen daily , which I am sure adds to the experience.

We had the most amazing experience here on Valentine's Day. Our server, Fernando, was incredible. I cannot wait to come back. We both got filet mignon and a few side. Everything was wonderfully presented and exquisite. There was live music but not overwhelming for the space. We are so excited to join them next time we are in town.

Me and hubby decided to drive over an hour here for our valentines dinner. Starting with the food, the mushrooms were enjoyable, but the truffle fries were unfortunately soggy and definitely not a highlight. Collard greens were simply mediocre. My husband ordered the dry-aged rib and said it was good, while I had the wagyu ribeye, which arrived at room temperature. In fact, most of our food didn't come out particularly hot, though I can overlook that a bit for the charcuterie appetizer, lol. Service was another downside. We tried to give our server the benefit of the doubt , everyone has off days , but the interaction felt minimal and disengaged. There was no introduction or greeting when she first came to the table; she simply stood there waiting for us to order. The only time we received a full sentence was when the bill was delivered. That said, the atmosphere was lovely. The live jazz band added a nice touch and made the environment enjoyable. Overall, it was a 2/5 experience, not somewhere I'd plan to return to or personally recommend.

Tiramisu, with a candle for my wife's birthday. It was light and delicious.

I'm struggling with this review because the food and service were good, but the overall experience was less than satisfying. We probably won't go back. My wife and I went to an early dinner (for her birthday), and the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered whiskey flights and salads to start. She ordered the Fig, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Salad, which was beautifully presented and tasty. I ordered the Iceberg Wedge, which was similarly very good. But before we could even finish our salads, our entrees were being served. We had no time to thoroughly enjoy our salads, let alone begin tasting our whiskey flights. On to the entrees. My wife ordered the Seared Salmon which was served with crispy skin. The problem was, the crispy skin was served on the bottom, so it quickly became soggy. And the plate was overwhelmed by a huge portion of broccolini. We like broccolini, but wow. That was a lot. The salmon was tasty, but nothing special. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. It was beautifully presented with half of a small lobster tail on top, but the lobster was a little overcooked and was impossible to remove from the shell. I asked the waiter to take the plate back to the kitchen and ask the chef to help remove the lobster from the shell, which he gladly did. When the plate was returned, there were a few small pieces of lobster on top, but enough to make the plate satisfying. The lobster ravioli, and especially the sauce, was delicious. The problem was, my wife's plate was getting cold while she waited for my plate to be returned to the table. Oh well. The waiter recommended the Tiramisu for dessert, and he offered it on the house because it was my wife's birthday. And it was delicious. The last thing I would mention is the 5% Kitchen Service Charge that was automatically added to the bill. In fairness, it is mentioned on the menu (though I didn't notice it). But I was a little taken aback by its addition, given the problem with my Lobster Ravioli. The kitchen's performance wasn't perfect. I'm really put off by these kinds of fees anyway. Overall, the food was good and the waiter was friendly and attentive. But too many little things added up, and we probably won't go back, especially given how pricey the meal was.

Consistency is key! Ventured here after an afternoon of wine tasting. Sat at the bar and was able to enjoy the Ravens win over the Cowboys. Whooo-hooooo...a perfect Sunday Funday. Today I ordered a Caesar Salad and added grilled shrimp. My salad was fresh and my shrimp were delicious! My husband enjoyed the steak skewers with a side of truffle fries along with some of my salad. For dessert we had the Rum Bread Pudding and I also had a hot tea. The bar tender tonight was awesome and entertaining. There was even some live entertainment this evening and the singer with the band was actually pretty good. If we're ever in the area we will definitely be back! :)) Happy Yelping!

Being a Bourbon lover, I noticed a Yelp friend's review and said to myself, Self, If I'm ever in the Chantilly area, I have to check this place out. Just by chance, yesterday I was in Chantilly and true to my word, I checked this place out! As soon as we walked in, I noticed a cigar humidor to my right and I was like..wow, they must allow stogies on the patio. Yep, they do and that made it easy to decide to dine outside. Inside BB had a cool set-up with a large bar/lounge area to the left, and a large formal dining area to the right, with a Grand piano and other band instruments set up in the middle. Dimly lit, reminding you of similar fine dining steak houses. The menu is amazing. It literally had everything that I love, unfortunately, I wasn't particularly hungry and I wanted to kick myself for eating a supersized lunch. I'm secure with my manhood, so ordering a Pear Martini isn't that unusual for me, but at a Bourbon themed steakhouse, it was. Hey, I was going to make drink #2 bourbon based..LOL! The Bourbon Gods were not having it and the Martini was horrible. Please take this back and give me that da*n Smoked Old Fashioned that I should have gotten in the first place..SMH!! Our server was really nice but super young and maybe not as experienced as she should be working at an establishment on the scale of Ruth's Chris and Capital Grill. She surprisingly said she would have to ask the manager if they could take that nasty Pear Martini off my bill. I only took half a sip.. are you kidding me? Not until the bill came after dinner, did she finally confirm that the manager voided out the martini. On to the food. Again, we weren't starving, so a few small plates would suffice. We ordered the giant prawns, oysters Rockefeller, filet mignon and a Caesar salad. The prawns were only giant because they had the heads on. Once you removed the heads they were as small as a salad add on. They were overcooked and mushy. The filet was less than luke warm but I liked it, she didn't, saying it was too chewy. The oysters were amazing and the Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. Our server completely forgot the requested ground pepper until the meal was done. This restaurant has all the potential in the world, but at this price point, It's missing the mark. The $20 cigar I purchased was crunchy, so was it bad ventilation in the humidor or was the cigar just old?!? The men's bathroom had one inoperable sink with a soup dispenser hanging on for dear life. The other one was working fine. Also, note that they add a $5.50 service fee automatically to your bill. I still tipped 20% just because I'm a nice guy..lol! Bourbon Blvd., please pay attention to detail so that your 2.5 star Yelp rating won't have the merit it does now..jus saying!

My significant other and I happen to be in this area. We are foodies so naturally we lean on Yelp to help navigate our next meal. My beau said this would be something he'd like to try so we made the stop. Upon entering we notice cigars. My Beau is in Heaven now. So we pivot, instead of dining inside we opted for the patio. Bourbon Boulevard is supposed to be high end but in the patio there were patrons and a dog. That is something you definitely don't see in high end restaurants. Perhaps the Holiday Inn attracts guests with pets. Who knows? The server petting the dog and coming back and touching plates had me feeling a way. Luckily my Beaus back was away from this view point. The menu was expansive. I asked about specials and the young lady said the day we visited there were none, she tried to upsell the Tomahawk. Naturally the highest menu item. Service lacked. She was a sweet waitress but she conversed so much with customers she missed a few requests. We never ever complain, the pear martini my beau got was disturbingly disgusting. I told him he had to be that customer to ask for something different. When he did the waitresses response was this is never bad. And then stated I'll see what the manager says. Odd. The replacement was his good ole old fashion which was executed super classy. Was the best part of the evening! What a drink! We ordered a few items, the prawns were gross I literally told my Beau we'd never order those. The Filet Mignon came out barely warm. The only thing good was my salad and our oysters. There was no manager presence. The cigar my Beau purchased was hard. He didn't complain, he just smoked it. This place is not cheap. For someone who has no problem spending 200-300 on a meal for two this place just doesn't cut it. There are far better places to venture and spend money at. I was confused by the reviews and read that the food was great so I was hoping that would be true for us but unfortunately our food was not the best. Ambience inside was swanky, so I assume for this area it's one of the better places to come enjoy a "high end" place. I will say that just because the menu is pricey doesn't mean they are high end. This is somewhere I wouldn't come back to. Everything lacked.

I can personally recommend their breakfast burrito, the tots, the roast beast, the turkey BLT, and the smash burger. They do "simple" food just very well. It's definitely not a "fast dash" type of place - there's typically a small line and you'll wait and sip your coffee/beer while they make your order fresh - so don't expect Wendy's speed but it's also incredibly delicious in a way no fast food place could dream of. We were happily greeted in and seated. They weren't too busy on this Sunday evening. I noticed a Chipotle sauce that came with another shrimp dish and asked for that instead. The chips were fresh and tasty. Guac was also good the crab sat on top the guac. Peel and eat shrimp well seasoned with old bay. The fried trio was amazing as well. Everything perfectly fried and the Chipotle sauce delicious! We were unfortunately served the branzino topped with only the Chilean garlic sauce and not the lemon caper sauce at all. The server wasn't seeming to know what to do with our dissatisfied reaction, so we decided to salvage the fish and ordered the lemon caper on the side, it tasted bland at best. Fish was fine, but unfortunately there was nothing worth mentioning positively about it for its $37 price point. *Neither sauce was worth ordering and unfortunately neither tasted how they were described, more like plain aioli. In our ignorance, we didn't realize branzino meant the whole fish would be served versus a filet. It would have been nice to have been able to read that fact on the menu prior to ordering. We ordered the truffle fries, which had probably zero amounts of truffle on them. Overcooked. We ordered the tropical mojito mocktail, and it was either poorly made or the recipe could use a complete reset. The crab stuffed mushrooms and sauce, amazing. Server, kind. We were asking quite a few questions of him, trying to decide between the Chilean with lobster or the branzino, which showed our ignorance in the fish choices, I believe. A good server would have picked up on this, and went into a much more detailed explanation of both dishes to educate and inform us on making the right decision. So I think it's pretty accurate to say that a good majority of the problems we had could have been salvaged had he been a little more seasoned at reading the individual needs of his customers. Although, with ordering either of these entrees or the truffle fries, we would have been disappointed as the flavor was just not there. Being out of towners used to seafood from California, we were excited to try a new place on the east coast. I read multiple positive reviews from other customers, and unfortunately we are leaving disappointed in the $80 spent. We joked that perhaps the usual chef called in sick and the bus boy took his place. Underwhelming. Overcooked. Bland. But, they had pretty tables.

I wanted him to feel special and have a high quality meal versus an AYCE steak option we tend to book yearly for his birthday. I loved the location. Parking was PLENTIFUL, and no annoying garage or complicated entrance! I have to say I don't really understand the point of a valet service here, though. I mean, if you wanted to park and walk a dozen less steps that would probably be the only valid excuse. I've driven by this location so many times and I've always wondered if it's a Tiffany and Co. Something about the colors. But honestly, the colors are classy and perfect so props! Our table was ready 15 minutes early. The entrance to the restaurant was really impressive and large. My husband said that it reminded him of a nice restaurant in New York City. It definitely gives the vibes that I was hoping for a celebration. We had incredible servers throughout our whole experience. The bread basket was actually so delicious and the butter came with flaky salt. Immediately the way to my heart. Soufaine is an absolute gem!!! we were having a hard time picking a good red dry wine to go with our intended entrée, and he really went above and beyond to make sure that my husband loved not liked his option he picked. He liked the reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and I liked my Malbec. It was tough to resist the cocktails though, I'll def have to try those next time. I really love the special touches that they do for Events. The confetti on the table, the handwritten note, and the fresh long stem rose are so above and beyond. We were actually very hungry so we just opted to go directly to entrées. I ordered the bone in ribeye because I like a fattier cut, and I decided to try the Oscar style with lump crab. My husband got the bone in Porter house. Steaks here are actually cooked exactly as you order it. Nothing was overcooked. We decided to split the lobster mac & cheese, and the truffle fries. I think the lobster mac & cheese might be the best I've ever tasted. The noodles were not overcooked. The lobster chunks were present, and the cheese sauce was full of flavor and absolutely not lacking. The Oscar style was very interesting. Certainly had a lot of crab meat which I absolutely love, but I don't know what I was expecting necessarily. It came with a heavy hollandaise and I wish I would've asked for a description before committing to it. We devoured our steaks and still had a whole meal left to take home! This was a really nice aspect because it was not the most budget friendly meal, but the fact that we were able to enjoy it for two separate dinners definitely made it feel like a better bang for the buck. Lastly, the server brought out a complementary dessert for the celebration. My husband loved the crème brûlée cheesecake and I really loved all of the fresh berries! All in all, it was a very elevated dining experience. They pulled out all the stops and they really understand customer service because they were always checking in on us and always making sure that we were completely happy.
