    House salad with Salmon
    Angela B.

John, our server, was very attentive and friendly. Food was good. The house dressing was delicious. Steak needed a little salt, but was good. My friend enjoyed the salmon and her son enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries from the kids menu. Vibe is pretty casual.

Visited Sedona Taphouse with out-of-state relatives for a fantastic dinner and quality family time. The pleasant summer evening encouraged us to choose outdoor seating, although I must mention that the nearby water fountain could be a bit noisy for sensitive ears. For dinner, I went with the scallops, which were cooked in a tasty buttery sauce and absolutely delicious. The asparagus and rice served alongside complemented the scallops nicely. Others at our table raved about the salmon salad and chicken Parmesan, both of which they found delightful. We were there to celebrate a relative's birthday, and the staff surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake and a warm rendition of "Happy Birthday." Our server was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. This was my first time at Sedona Taphouse, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Sedona Taphouse is a solid restaurant in SoNo. They seemed to be pretty busy but I was seated right away. Our server was super friendly and gave us some great suggestions. We started with cocktails which is $7 during happy hour. I enjoyed my Moscow mule, which had the perfect amount of liquor after a long week of work! The flatbreads are SMALL but tasty. I recommend ordering it as an appetizer instead of an entree. My partner also really enjoyed his steak entree. The chicken sandwich was good but nothing out of this world. The chicken tasted like frozen pre-breaded chicken instead of freshly fried chicken. Overall this place is great bang for your buck. We got drinks, app, 2 entrees and desert for $60 bucks -- can't beat that!

Service: Fantastic! Our waiter was interactive, answered questions about menu, provided recommendations & checked on us frequently. Food: Great serving size, delicious & full of flavor food. The menu was full of great different options but not too many. Outdoor seating was shaded & you were not forgotten about. Music was playing but not too loud and the ambiance was enjoyable.

I haven't been here in awhile the food is always cooked to perfection, which is hard to find. The greeter, waitress and waiter were very nice, efficient and helpful. We celebrated my mother in law Birthday to which it was her first time eating at the restaurant she thought the food was amazing and will go back again. This restaurant also offers children eat for free on Sundays which is so smart. The ambiance is casual they have a great bar with a selection of craft beers.

Let me tell you a story about Sedona. When they opened they were bad but had potential. A year or so later they turned it around and became better, then much better, till finally just before COVID almost fantastic . Since COVID they've quickly reverted and are even worse then when they originally opened. Luckily a few decent waiters are there, but other than that, the food is simply INEDIBLE. We try so many times over the past few months, but have now made a final decision not to go back ever again. By the way, the place stinks every time we walk by it, which is multiple times a day. I should also note that I sent a direct txt to the owner and got back a two or three word response. These people just don't care anymore.

Salmon Asparagus Salad with goat cheese instead of feta
    Alexa R.

Sedona Taphouse is a solid choice that'll please all types of eaters. My go-to is the salmon asparagus salad with goat cheese instead of feta. Monday's are their dine out for charity night, where you can get 50% off the blank angus flat iron steak with the purchase of a drink.

    The mussels are delectable!

I stopped by again for some wine and mussels. I really wish I posed the mussels before taking the picture so you could peer into a few of them. They were all plump and fresh. None of the shells were stuck shut. The sauce was delicious, and I used all three rolls for dipping. My only wish is that the onions on top were not raw. The raw tomatoes on top were fine. They heat up and become the right amount al dente. But whenever I accidentally scooped up a raw piece of onion, it was harsh and not the greatest. Still, I consider these some of the best mussels around. Seriously. Will order again!

Chocolate Decadence Flourless Cake with the best Raspberry Coulée!!

We headed to this sports bar for tapas and beverages and to watch the Sunday Night Football. What a great find! Great selection on tap! Great service on the spot! And Great quality food delivered on time. Portions were perfect - do encourage half portion on the salads since they are so much! We had the Caesar and House salads! Then we hit the Flank steak and sides! Definitely don't miss the dessert menu either - OM Goddess - chocolate decadence cake with raspberry coulee- totally with each bite! I'd order the raspberry coulee to add to other desserts choices! This might become our Sunday Night food restaurant destination while watching Sunday Night Football!

    The restaurant is wheelchair accessible?

I’m fairly certain it is. I recall its having wide doors and at least one area without steps.

Do yo still have the Monday steak special?

Yes every Monday. Selling for $8.00 with $2.00 going to charity. Any additional purchase required.

    How noisy is this restaurant?

We installed 2200 sq ft of acoustic tiles to lower noise levels. It has helped. When we are busy, which we want to be, the restaurant can get noisy. More so in the lounge area.

As we walked in, we were greeted warmly and shown to our seats immediately. It was a chilly day, and the restaurant felt cold inside as well. The staff tried to warm things up with space heaters, but they didn't quite do the trick. We ordered empanadas, birria tacos, hanger steak, and sweet plantains with crema and queso fresco. When the dishes arrived, they were lukewarm--a bit disappointing, considering how cold it was outside. The birria tacos were delicious, though again, they could have been hotter. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, but I would have liked it a bit crisper. The hanger steak was tender, and the Pico de Gallo was bursting with flavor, pairing perfectly with the steak. It was nicely seasoned and had a good-sized portion. The empanadas were tasty, with flavorful and plentiful meat. The plantains were extremely delicious. The crema and queso fresco helped bring the whole dish together beautifully. The customer service was friendly, but the food could have been hotter; still, the flavors and seasonings were spot-on.
