I have been taking my dog Minnie here for almost a year. I absolutely love them. Minnie is a malti-poo she is very hyper, sometimes she gets so excited she pees. They are so good with her, and remember her every time I go. She always looks and smells amazing, and so cute with her little bows. See spot clean is very flexible, I actually overslept for my appointment, I called and apologized, and they were so friendly. They got me set up with another appointment. Most places would have shut me down. They really love what they do and care for the pets and there owners. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pet!!! read more

My baby girls look so great! Megan was awesome, she listened to me and really made me and my girls feel welcomed and important. One of dogs is really skiddish and shy and I requested she keeps her away from other dogs and only with her sister and they were more than accommodating. couple of years ago we took one of our dogs here for grooming. the people weren't quite as rude as others have mentioned but within a couple of days charlie got very ill. he became somewhat lethargic (excuse my spelling if incorrect), wouldn't eat or drink so we had to take him to the vet and they said he had a very high fever. charlie never had been sick prior to his visit here so needless to we decided to never return because he probably caught something during his grooming. read more

Probably my last visit with my 2 shitzus. the grooming is inconsistent, the phones are poorly manned, and I rarely see a manager overseeing what staff are doing. It seems disorganized every time I walk in ; 1-2 staff on their phones or a smoke break. Today, supposedly my dogs had to be washed again because they peed on themselves, which is unusual given that they go before we bring them and at home they last for 6-8 hours w/o a pee break. Today I did notice freshly groomed dogs in pens w pee on the floor, while 2 staff were outside on a break. Seems to me staff should have basic common responsibilities to help keep an eye on ALL dogs in pens to expedite keeping dogs clean and helping other groomers stay on schedule. The gal at the desk says each groomer is paid by the dog, so basically saying that they don't help each other out. today was my last time. still waiting to pick up my dogs, after an 11:30 am appointment. Last year I took my dog to See Spot Clean my dog was not wanting to go in and I thought he was just being finicky. He had been there a couple times but when I took him home after holidays to his normal groomer who has been grooming him for 12 years they told me that they had noticed there was something wrong with him. They asked if I had taken him somewhere else to be groomed? I said yes I had when we were on holidays and they said that they felt that he had been abused when he was there because when they were grooming him there was a couple spots on his body that he was yelping in pain and then started shaking really bad. My groomer said that she had seen this a few times before on other animals that have been to different groomers. This breaks my heart to think that I trusted these people to groom my animal and if he was getting a little anxious on the table but you don't get rough with him or hit him. I can't prove this but I also spoke to my vet and he said that that was also a sign that something had happened. This makes me sick.. read more

Love this place! We are former residents of AZ who used to bring our dogs to this place on a regular basis. We just happened to be in town for the weekend and wanted to have our dogs cleaned up before we went back home. Called in at the last minute in a Saturday morning and Spoke to Kara. She was able to fit us in, which was greatly appreciated, but the most impressive thing was that she remembered my dogs and myself very well even though we haven't been back for at least 2 years now. The employees at this facility really care about the animals. I have not been able to find a groomer as caring as the one here back at home. My dogs are always clean and smell great when they leave here. I am not too particular on their cuts as long as their fur is cut away from their eyes so they can see. It's never happened to me, but I would forgive a little choppy cut occasionally as long as my dogs are genuinely cared for and happy while being groomed. The prices are very reasonable as well. I plan on continuing to bring my dogs back for their grooming here every chance I get when coming into town. Definitely recommend! read more

This is the first and last time that I bring my dogs to this place. I came in because it had wonderful reviews, but looking back they were probably talking about the grooming services. The self wash service is absolutely disgusting. There were hair balls all over the floor, wash tubs were dirty, there were puddles all over the floor, air compressors sitting in puddles of water. I guess I'm used to out usual self wash facility where we are given a bucket with clean brushes, combs, towels, bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Here it was more of a "towels are over there, shampoo is over there, and in this box you can find brushes and tools" and that would've been fine, except the towels smelled like dog urine, the tools and shampoo bottles were covered in dog hair. I washed one of my dogs and had to leave. I told the lady that I was leaving because the facilities were absolutely filthy, she just smiled and told me my total was $15. By impressed, I prefer to drive to 7ave to wag n wash and have a pleasant dog was experience in a clean facility. read more

These guys are just wonderful! 1st appointment I scheduled a full groom for my long hair Dachshund, she came out happy as can be and gorgeous! I did a self bath for my great dane lab as he is a pup and is a lot to handle I was nervous to leave him with a groomer from past experience at a different groomer in Litchfield Park. As he is a large puppy and some people just can't handle such a large hyper dog (be easy on me he was in training still). As for the self bath easy and amazing! they provide all grooming supplies and I didn't know how to clean my pups ears so they showed me! also I was nervous to clip his nails myself as his nails are black and I didn't want to cut to far and they just stepped in and cut them for me! and he loved them! so 2nd appointment I made just for my great dane lab he luckily has calmed a bit more but I went and had him groomed. I was so nervous when I left as he is my giant baby and they reassured me he will be just fine. Not even an hour later they called me and said he was all done and he did wonderful and he is a big sweetheart. So now they will forever have my business! Thank you to the staff for being so patient and loving for my big pup! It means so much to have trust in dropping off your loved pet to groomers such as yourself. read more

Decided to book a grooming appointment here for my puppy based on a recommendation from a few people. My dog came out smelling wonderful & it seemed like he had a good time. :) He's a very rambunctious 7 month old labrador, so I was worried he would be too much to handle. We bring our dog about once a month to get a bath and his nails trimmed, they do a great job and always remember us and our beagle. I have never used the self-bath they offer, because our intent is to drop him off and have him spend the day there while we run around or have guest over. It is great that they let the dogs play with each other and he always comes home happy. Great staff and pricing is right about where you would find at other places, but they just seem happy to be there doing their job and we like the fact that they done kennel the dogs after the bath unless they dont play well with others. read more

My old Pomeranian has had enough of our current groomer, See Spot Clean in buckeye. I liked them alot and offered diy washing station. But getting his fur trimmed down so i had less shedding fluffs around was the main reason we got him groomed. Unfortunately last 3 times i took him, my senile dog has been a real pest for them to care for. He behaves if i am there. I need him to not have down time between bath and trim and have a muzzle for him. But he has injured duclaws getting his muzzle off. So he needed pushed through the process straight through done. Business owner was very willing to help make this better and assured it wouldnt happen again. It did even after it was noted on his card and repeated reminders everytime we went. Ialso am tired of waiting 3 plus hours for "straight thru" promise. Petco & petsmart i have same problems so i think drop off service places can work well butjust for non living service like cars not dogs who can self injury themselves. I am just at my wits end with them having drama and empty promises. Plus adding the vet costs to assure the duclaw would heal and then reclip his nails everytime See spot Clean. Like i said, i did really like them up (hence the fair review). But then my dogs duclaw issues and continued empty promises to watch and care better for our pet. Yes my dog is trouble and admit its mostly my dogs issue but See spot Clean was unable to accomodate and fix the problem. Mobile grooming has been a better fit for us.its $20 more than See Spot Clean but it has totally been a better fit and less hassle for us. Totally worth the money. I am glad that my husband and I found this place for pet grooming. See Spot Clean exceeded our standards of what good customer service is as well as performance. I have taken my boy Atreyu to well-known chain pet stores to get his grooming and the service and performance were okay, but this place went above and beyond. This was my girl Bella's first time, and we were worried that she would be too excited and bark a lot at the other dogs since she hasn't been around other dogs in a long time even though she gets along well with them. But as soon as we entered there, it was a warm and calm environment because neither of my babies were barking or excited. We got the bath and brush service done on them both and the work done on them was thorough. Usually when I took Atreyu to the other chain pet stores, they would always leave some hair on him and when they blow dried his hair, they did not brush his hair while it was getting dried. When we brought them home from See Spot Clean, they both smelled so good that their scents would linger in the rooms and hallway. At home, they were smiling, like literally smiling, and were so relaxed, similar to when I would come home relaxed after being in a spa. We don't know what else they did there at See Spot Clean, but whatever they did, keep up the great work. My husband and I never seen our dogs this happy before. Also, we noticed that the other dogs in the waiting area were very happy. They did not bark at us and they were smiling, as silly as it sounds. As far as prices, they were very reasonable, we found them to be cheaper than the ones we got charged at the chain pet stores. We also loved the complimentary bandanas on them. My long haired cat was getting a little stinky ifyouknowwhatImean .. and I knew all the groomers would be busy on a Saturday but it wasn't anything I could take care of by myself so I *had* to call around and beg. I think the lady I spoke with said her name was "Cara" but I'm not positive abt that. She was very nice though and accommodated us. She said she only had one feline groomer but that if all I needed was a quick sanitary/hygiene clip, they could fit her in. The groomer took her right back and I didn't even have time to turn on my phone before she was bringing her out again. Smelling much better! This used to be my favorite place to take my dogs to get groomed. Recently I made an appointment for 3 dogs to get groomed at the same time, this was made days in advance. When they called to confirm the appointments they stated the wrong time so we called back and said they misread it. I dropped off our dogs and they seemed to have everything together. After over 4 hours of waiting I called only to be told that the groomer was behind and only one of them had been groomed. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer as we live in the east valley now, so I went to pick up the dogs. Even though they didn't groom the others I still had to pay the outrageous fee of 35 each for 2 of the dogs for baths alone and the 47 grooming fee for the third dog. For 70, I could have gave them baths at home. The staff did not seem to understand that they should have called to provide an update on the wait time. I will not be returning here. read more

I have to say usually I go to Wag N Wash to use their self service dog wash. Today I did not feel like driving the extra 40 min to get to Wag N Wash, so I decided to give this place a shot. I walked in and the place was so hot, clearly the A/C was not on and the doors were not open. The young girl at the front desk asked if I was there for the Self Service and I said yes. She then said the tubs where in the back; did not bother to get up or anything. I then told her that this was my first time here and am unfamiliar. She then got up and walked me over to the tubs, told me to use the one closest to the wall and that the blow dryer was on the floor. I then had to ask for the towels and conditioner. (thank god I brought my own shampoo and ear cleaner). Instead of grabbing me a towel she just points to a rack with some towels. When I first walked in I should have just walked back out and drove to Wag N Wash but for some reason I stayed. This place is one of the dirtiest places I have ever stepped into. The place was covered in dog hair, I know it is a dog groomer but come on this place probably has not been swept since it opened. It was also covered in dirt and dust. The tub I was instructed to use was covered in dog hair and mud. The box that had the brushes that I could have used were wet and again covered in dog hair ( can you see the running theme). The cotton balls that were also available to use were as well covered in dog hair. No way I was going to use the brushes or cotton balls on my dog. I used their conditioner and after pouring it my dog had black hair on her ( my dog is all white). THERE WAS DOG HAIR IN THE CONDITIONER THEY GAVE ME. After rinsing my dog off I dragged the blow dryer to the tub to dry my dog. I finally finished and went up to pay the $15 for the self service. What a waste of money. I should have just gone to Wag N Wash and drove the extra 40 mins. For $16 I would have been able to get their premium dog wash. Which includes: clean facility, clean equipment, friendly staff, shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, cologne, and clean brushes. Wag N Wash is WAY BETTER than See Spot Clean, which is not so clean. Warning to all, do not come here. Do not bring your dog for the self service or the groomers. I could only imagine what the back of this place looks like if the front is so filthy. Worst dog grooming place I have been too. I should have just walked out as soon as I got there but I do like to try and support local business. This local business is the worst. read more

This place is wonderful...great service, friendly staff and attentive owner. My dogs love it there and always look great. I love that they go above and beyond as well as offering self-service, which is great for the budget conscious client. Please go and try this place, you will not regret it. Please ignore the bad reviews, they are not true...this place is clean and a great place for your pups. My dogs are my kids and I would not take them anywhere else. Beside, also remember that dogs can get sick ANYWHERE...the dog park, the groomers and even a quick trip to Petsmart. I took my dog here for a self wash and brought my coupon so it only cost 12 dollars. The tubs are rubber so they aren't loud and scary. I also really like the sprayer. It's like a garden hose one but the water is warm and has great pressure. When I got the soap I wasn't too thrilled with the smell ( smelled like sweethearts!) the conditioner smelled better though. I also like how they give you stuff to clean their ears. I didn't dry my dog with the dryers because he freaks out but the towels did fine. When I got home HE SMELLED SO GOOD!! And three weeks later after rolling in grass swimming multiple times and being outside HE STILL SMELLS GREAT!!! Omg I can't even believe it. He usually smells after a week TOPS at other places. I will definitely be returning!! I also like how the groomed dogs aren't kept in cages but are in a pen :) I seriously love this place! read more

If there was a quarter of a star, I'm not sure I would have given them that much. This place is filthy dirty, equipment is not maintained and when mentioned all you get is lip from a smart mouthed young man. The floors are slippery when wet, the drains rusted and the towels are a mess, I don't even use towels in that condition as rags. I always question groomers that hide behind closed doors, if the self wash is filthy what does the closed grooming area look like? I own two beautiful large dogs that are bathed and groomed on a regular basis, I felt like I needed to rebath my dogs after we left just to get the smell and dirt off of them from the dirt in the shop. We had to wait to pay because the girl was on her cell phone, what! My opinion, don't go and if you do be very afraid of the germs your dog and yourself might pick up. I was a professional groomer for years with my own shop, it was always clean, smelled wonderfully clean and I never hid from my clients while grooming. read more
