I do not recommend this place as they failed to do what I asked. I took my dog (schnauzer) in for the first time. I explained to them I wanted to schnauzer cut, they shared that wouldn't be problem and they would let me know when he would be ready. When it was time to pick him up, he comes out running ALL of his fur was cut off except his little beard area. I asked them what happened as I was unaware they would be buzzing him completely, they shared they could not do the cut as he was to matted. Understandable, I had just got him and he was matted. However, this is something they should have 1. Let me know they could not do and 2. Let me know before taking the initiative to buzz him. I went back for a second time about 6 weeks later as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I explained to them my previous issue. They apologized and they shared they would let me know if they needed to buzz him again. I thanked her and specifically told her I want the schnauzer cut and told her and I did not want his eyelashes trimmed, she said that would not be a problem. When time comes to pick him up he was trimmed at the top (barely anything), and his eyelashes were cut off. Here we are 2 weeks later and he needs another haircut, again! On the bright side... his eyelashes are growing! I will not be returning to this location. read more

I took my boxer here to give him a bath. They put me in a high platform tub with about a 3" side wall. Needless to say I was soaked within the first few seconds. Also the tub was so high I had to lift him in it and out of it because it was too high for him to jump and they didn't offer a step stool. When my dog was in the tub his back was a little higher than my head so I had a hard time bathing him. I looked around at the other tubs but they were on the ground and with the same 3"side wall. Those didn't look much better. I am going to try to find a self service dog wash that has actual tubs so I don't have to wash my dog in my bathing suit. I also feel $20 was a little much for me washing my dog for 15 minutes. read more

I took my golden retriever there this past Sunday, the staff were friendly and the area was clean. Unfortunately I just was not satisfied with my dogs' grooming for the price. It was 74$ (10$ tip included) and to my notice, it looked like they only trimmed my dogs ears/feet. I let them know at drop off his butt hair was very long/crazy and we'd like it cut, it just looked like they brushed his fur out and did not actually trim it. See attached picture of his butt (taken as soon as we got home, it is long enough to still get in the way while he poops). This service was called the bath and touch-up service. Have you ever been refused service at a groomer? After being turned away from our usual groomer for over 10 years, I found myself in a predicament when I needed my dog's nails trimmed ASAP. I called around everywhere, but no one had any walk-ins available, no one answered, or they were just too busy. I was stuck until I found this company that called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail. They were very friendly over the phone, and their pricing for nails was reasonable, so I decided to give them a try. I drove a bit of a ways, but when I got there, I was impressed with how clean the inside was. We checked in and waited for the groomer to come. They understood my dog's needs and accommodated him. Usually, when he went to his old groomer, you could hear him screaming! But I literally heard no sounds at all! They took their time with him, and would you look at that, no harness, no muzzle, and he was amazing. I asked if he was welcome back, and they said absolutely! I gave this place one star and that's what it deserves. I'll start by saying that the staff was young and either high school or college girls. Which is totally fine and I understand not caring about your job when you make minimum wage, but this was just awful. We hadn't been there before and brought two dogs. No explanation of what to do and took forever to help us. We just stood there. We were given very watered down shampoo that I nearly had to use the whole bottle of. We weren't given any towels besides a tiny microfiber which I can only assume was for the dogs face. I asked for more towels and the employee on her cell phone told me to wheel over a little cart with a tiny blow drier to dry them (didn't give me more towels). We have two golden retrievers, so lots of fur. To get them from soaked to dry was impossible. The output of the drier was terrible and had no heat to it. After about an hour or so of total time there we called it quits. I just finished using my own personal bath towels and hair drier to finish the job at my own place, exactly the situation I was looking to avoid by coming here. I can't speak for there drop off and pick up grooming, but save yourself the time, money, and additional headache and don't use their self serve wash. You're better off doing it at home. read more

Last week I had See Spot Clean groom my small poodle, When my husband bought my poodle home she looked just the same as when I took her in. I immediately contacted them and try to tell me that is a poodle cut. I replied I asked you to cut her hair short, not to trim a bathe her I paid $65.00 and my poodle came home looking the same. Very affordable place, no time limit on how long you can use the sink and my dog was looking good when we left. Best of all I didn't have to dirty up my bathroom at home to do it. I had taken my dogs there a couple of years ago, but I stopped because my lab's nails being clipped too short and making him afraid to have them trimmed. Found a great place by Wal-Mart that they went to until the pandemic hit and they closed up. Sadly my two dogs were in dire straights to be groomed...I tried..but I'm no groomer, so I took them back today to be groomed. My cockapoo looks good, but my lab looks like he hasn't been brushed at all!! I showed the hair that I barely touched and was able to pull out on his hind end and legs. The girl behind the desk came and looked and did some brushing on him. Very disappointed it took over a month to get in and then the job was not done accurately for $130 + $ 20 tip. I wouldn't have tipped the person who had done Sonic the lab, but they have you pay BEFORE they bring the dogs out. read more

I'm not sure if this is technically a school but there were many younger people "working" when I took my dog in. There was a lot of talk amongst them about shifts they were working, getting off that day, and no one had any type of uniform on so I wasn't sure who was actually working and who was just hanging out. The girls who ended up helping me were fairly nice. Unfortunately, the service I received for my dog wasn't at the level I am accustomed to. I would be more than willing to accept this if they are a school and individuals are still learning their trade but I would expect more professionalism and better grooming if they are not. read more

The WORST groomer/business I have ever used for my dogs. If you have a dog with bad anxiety, don't go here. The will convince you to groom him and the stop when the job is half done. I even held my dog the entire time. Tried to charge me full price ($85) when they were the ones that said they could do it. After cutting i'm of his hair she had me take him off the table and then pulled him towards the bath and because she kept tugging on him he jumped up and scratched her with his nails. Then said I was done putting my dog through hell. They fought with me about paying full price until I told them I refused to pay and after several conversations and finally talking to the owner who is also no help I paid $40 after being threatened to have the cops called on me. Yorky also was given a bath and they tried to tell me that she had already been shaved when I saw her in the cage when I was back with my other dog to try to get more money out of me. And they finally brought her out to me they had shaved her body without my permission and left the rest of her body unshaved. This total experience of hell cost me $91 and still have to have them groomed. The receptionist were the innocent ones, my frustration is not with them, it's with the groomer and the owner! Also noticed two other dogs i've been brought out that had not been shaved professionally as they had patches of hair that were definitely noticeable. My dog usually is very nice but the last couple of times I brought her she was shaking immediately when I was going to give her over and the last time even tried biting the lady. I was wondering why she did that but I feel as if they may be mistreating her here or something because she comes back sad and never as energetic until a couple days later... Horrible horrible horrible!!! If I could give no stars I would. I took my 40 pound goldendoodle here. First off I asked to please keep her curls! I work really hard to brush out her hair and make sure it doesnt get matted. I THOUGHT they understood what I asked for. I waited over 4 hours and still no call if my dog was ready. I had to call and ask. It has NEVER taken this long for my doodle to be groomed. When I finally went to pick her up the lady up front charged me before bringing out my dog. It was $100 to get my dog "groomed" I also have never paid this much! Ive taken my doodle to extravagant fancy groomers and paid at most $80. When they brought out my dog she was basically shaved completely down. I was soooo upset! I paid $100 for my dog to be shaved down, no curls, and she spent 4 hours there! I was so disappointment! They didnt seem to care about how the service turned out, all they did was offer 20% off next visit. which was pointless because I would never take my dog back to a place that just did a horrible job, charged an insane rate, and kept my dog there far too long! A few of my doodle friends had appointments there and after seeing how the left my dog they all cancelled their appointments thank goodness. If you have a doodle, save your money and your dog from this awful and rip off service! read more

Love this place. My puppers looks so cute when she leaves here. But what I really love is they don't lock up the dogs while they wait or they're done. Very disappointed. Have been taking our mini poodle here his whole life until recently when we were forced to take him to the EMERGENCY ROOM after his grooming here. They sliced the ends of BOTH his ears while grooming him and when asked why or how they blamed his fur type?This has never happened, ever!! Seems like they have new staff and are careless. Our baby Simon was on antibiotics and pain killers because it hurt him so bad. He was forced to have a cone on with severe itching. The least this place could do is pay our expenses after all the times we've spent our money trusting them with our fur family member, we didn't even get a refund for the actual grooming. It's ridiculous. These photos are graphic but real. His poor ears were infected this place will no longer get our family's business. We have referred many people here. No more!!!! read more

See Spot Clean is great, they really do a good job for us...we take our cat there for a "lion cut" about once a year, and our dog occasionally for a nail trim. The cat's cut always looks really cute and professionally done. I've gotta give them kudos, this has to be a tough job for them, seeing as the cat's fur is usually terribly matted by the time I finally take him in. And he's not the cuddly, tolerant kind of kitty...he's a big, angry kitty. With claws. (I've been assured by the company that they never use tranquilizers under any circumstance, but I actually did ask at one point because of the fact that the cat is always super relaxed and happy by the time I pick him up...a complete 180 degree turnaround from when I drop him off. But hey, I'm not complaining!) We pay $50 + tip for the cat's wash and haircut. We do make an appointment ahead of time for this. Our dog is funny about his feet and won't let us touch them at all, so we take him to See Spot Clean for a quick nail trim once in a while. We pay $5 + tip, which is well worth it, because it takes them about 30 seconds and they have no problems getting it done. We usually just drop in without an appointment for this, or call a few minutes ahead of time to be sure they're not too busy. Everyone has been super nice, in our experience. Maybe slightly preoccupied at times, but I think that's because the people who work the front desk also do grooming. They seem to all really care about animals. I've also found that they're exceptionally good about answering the phone when I call, even during their off-hours, or returning my call right away if/when I leave a message. The only "negatives" that come to mind are the fact that they're not open on Mondays (though they will still answer the phone and schedule an appointment for another day) and the place smells pretty strongly of animal urine. Maybe that's to be expected, I've just never been to any other groomers to compare. They let the dogs hang out together in a blocked off open area (indoors), so that might be something to be aware of. And on our last visit, I didn't realize it until we got home but the rug we had inside the cat carrier had been removed and there was an old, raggedy towel in its place. Kind of a bummer, we probably could've called and made the switch back, but it wasn't worth the effort at the time. I totally would recommend See Spot Clean, we'll continue to go there as long as we have animal grooming needs. In fact, it's about that time of year again...here kitty kitty... read more

I take my pup here every other month or so and do self wash. For $15 you get to use their lifted tubs, brushes, blow drier, towels...all the stuff you need but none of the mess at home. No chasing your wet dog around the house, no trying to get.fur out of your drain and towels, for us it is the perfect solution! The owner is great and treats her dog as a family member so she has high standards for her employees. All the groomers I have met are amazing and great with animals (they always come out and love on my dog when we're there). As a former groomer, I have have to say the ladies there know what they are doing and clearly enjoy their jobs which means a safer, happier and better experience for your pet! This was our first time using the self service bath stalls and the staff made it so easy for us! I wish I got the name of the young lady who helped us. She quickly clipped our dog's nails and expressed our dog's anal glands. We used their shampoo and conditioner but also brought our own soaps just in case. We loved the doggy conditioner! Won't be back. Lot of "staff" standing around talking when the place was not clean. I was not happy that they don't clean out the self wash tubs well before the next dog gets in. There was soooo much hair from the previous dog all over the place and none of the staff seemed to think it needed to be cleaned up. It was on the brushes and towels and floor and walls. We have been to other self washes and never ever seen one as dirty. I don't expect perfection but it was nasty and no one was cleaning it. Also, the shampoo they gave me for my dog was watered down. A lot. If I had known that was going to be the case I would have brought my own. I do not recommend this place. I will keep looking for a better self service dog wash. read more

I had taken our Yorki Poo to this groomer twice before our last visit which will be our last. The last two visits were great but I was put off by a couple of things on our last visit. First, when we arrived to pick up our puppy the staff was unable to find him and had to look around a bit. They finally found him in the bathroom with the door closed on him and the lights off which I found to be unprofessional. A kennel is fine but not basically locked in a dark bathroom. Secondly, after we left our puppy was not his normal self. He was very un-energetic and out of it. The next morning he began having diarrhea that lasted almost a week and also some vomiting. The vet could not pinpoint exactly what it was but after 10 days of antibiotics he is back to his normal self. I do not know exactly what happened but the fact that he was locked in a bathroom, and became very ill immediately after visiting this groomer has made me never want to bring him back. read more

I'm never posted on Yelp for here before because I never felt I needed to you however, lately I've been seeing a lot of one stars I just want to say that that is not represent this establishment. I understand that not everyone has the best experience every single time. We've been coming here now for five years we have an 8 pound miniature schnauzer and I've always been an outstanding. Does it always smell the best? No, it's full of dogs that Pee and poop and go there because they stink that's why we bring our dogs there because we don't like the way they smell at home. However I must say that they do an outstanding job trying their best to keep it clean and smelling good I mean Come on they even sell their own coffee. Has our dog always come back every single time look in the exact same way? No has she gotten Arash before on her belly from razor burn yes but that's because she was so mad it up from us camping for three weeks that it was probably really hard do I possess the skills to take care of my dogs grooming needs on a monthly basis? No that's why I go. If I've ever had a problem and I brought one of my concerns to their attention they've always done their best to make sure that I was satisfied before I left or the next time. And that's because the owner makes it her priority to make sure that every dog is taken care of. That's where we go. read more

See Spot Clean is the best in the area for sure! They are very friendly, helpful, do a great job, and the prices are very good (in my opinion!) We bring our Pomeranians here, and they are definitely a tough breed to take care of. They are terrified of going to get groomed, but that would happen no matter where we took them ;) I'm just glad I know they are getting taken care of here--I don't have to worry about them at all! The grooming options are great here, and I especially love the different levels: just a regular grooming, a grooming + trim, or a grooming + full haircut. Many other places don't really specify this up front, or you have to request it specifically... but Pomeranians should not have full haircuts/be shaved because their fur never grows back the same. Obviously, their fur is a very important characteristic of the breed, so I was so glad to see the option for just a trim of the sanitary areas, feet, etc. (Where we used to take them did this for us too, but we had to specifically ask ourselves every time--it wasn't a listed option. We always had to mention it several times just in case, because my mom took her sheltie there once and asked for just a slight trim and they shaved her down completely...) So, overall, See Spot Clean is incredible. They listen to you as a customer, they make sure your pets are taken care of, you get what you ask and pay for, and the prices are GREAT!!! I even love the bandannas they put on your pets after grooming... even though our pups rip them off ASAP :) Hey, at least it looked cute while it lasted. read more

Everyone is friendly and making an appointment is easy. It is always quick getting my dog in once we have arrived. She is always a little scared when we get there so I'm glad we aren't stuck waiting a long time to be helped. I assume they give the dogs water while they are there but my dog always comes home very thirsty and will drink tons of water. It could be she pants a lot if she is nervous? My dogs always looks great and has a cute handkerchief on when we leave. Definitely recommend them! read more
