I selected the items I wanted and after every item I picked she was pushy and judgmental, constantly asking if I'm done and who the item I'm purchasing is for. That aside when the time came to purchase my items she refused to honor the sale promotion. She had the audacity to state that I was already getting a good deal and there was no way she was going to apply the promotion. I told her I confirmed with the owners twice at this point and they said that the promotion would be honored. The worker gave attitude and stated the owners aren't at the store and there wasn't anything she could do. She then had me call the owner myself in front of her to prove to the worker that the owner truly did say the promotion will be honored. At this point im just surprised I stayed and took this blatant disrespect but I was trying to be respectful which this worker clearly knew nothing about. After getting the owner on the phone, she finally told the worker she will be honoring the promotion. The worker did not like that and took the phone to the back office to have a private conversation (after she forced me to talk in front of her) and then came back and handed me the phone. The owner told me that they will NOT be honoring the promotion. If you couldn't honor it, why did you waste my time and your time? I could have just ordered it online...which I ended up doing. This was just a huge disappointment and I will never be coming back. Disgraceful.

On one of the visits I was there intending to buy 3 scoops and I asked if I can get the free waffle cone. The employee said "No" and that was all they said. I asked why wouldn't I be able to take advantage of the offer and they said "it's only when you buy 2 scoops". I'm literally buying an extra scoop which cost more than the 2 scoops and I can't have the cone? WOW! hence that I was going to be buying 2 orders of the 3 scoops. I told them never mind and walked out. On another visit after that I went in and attempted to give this location another chance. I asked for my 2 scoops in a cup and asked to take up the offer of the free cone. The employee said "you won't be able to" and I asked why? I'm already purchasing 2 scoops!? They said that the scoops had to be in the cone. I find that reason to be extremely stupid. I explained to the employee that I was stopping by after work and the reason that I wanted the 2 scoops in the cup and the cone on the side was because I was going to put the ice cream in my fridge and eat it later. I was only getting it now because I was tired from the day and once I got home I didn't want to drive back out. It was info that I didn't need to tell them but I wanted to explain my thought process behind it. They still said no so I ended up purchase my own cone because I didn't want to get into it any further. Today I went in again thinking that maybe my visit would be good. I asked for two scoops and told them that I would be requesting that they can put the scoops on the cone but if I can have them put the cone upside down in a cup. The person said I still wouldn't be getting the cone for free. At this point I told them "I don't want it" and walked out. I rather walk out than say unpleasant things... I don't know what the deal is with this dumb policy. If you are advertising a free cone with a 2 scoop purchase then give me the damn cone, it shouldn't matter to you how I enjoy it! I'm already fulfilling the requirement. To the owner who I hope reads this... Maybe you should consider chatting with the team and ask them to not be so condescending for starters when enforcing a "rule". Maybe change that sign to say "with purchase of 2 scoops or more" or "2-3 scoops". Like you literally can be upselling an additional scoop(s). Until then I decided to boycott and no longer go into this location. I rather take my business somewhere else or just go purchase ice cream at the store.
