BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I stopped by this location on my way to my girlfriends place! This location has the Friendliest Attentive and Best Customer Service! Right when I walked in I was Greeted by not one but every Employee working and asked if I needed any help finding anything! Then after I got my purchase for my girlfriend they helped me put together a little Easter bag for her grandson as well and they did a Beautiful job with that as well! 4 days till Christmas, a line wrapped around the store and, they only have two people working behind the counter. This is the worst service I've ever seen at a see's candy in my life!!! Everyone in line is complaining to one another and they have yet to ask the other three women that are in the back unpacking boxes (the employees only door is open) to come help them out. read more

As soon as you enter the store you are greeted with a welcoming "hello"! When you are waited on they off you a free sample of one of their delicious candies, and yes you can ask for it to be one of your favorites! The candy is always fresh, and the assortment seems limitless. Did you know that ig you received a box as a gift and they are not your favorites, you can trade them on with no receipt! Also, if you you are lucky enough to have a gift card, you don't have to spend it all at once, you can come in again to use the remainder! Now you know the why they are always so busy! read more

I absolutely love the regular ladies that work here. The candy is nice, but I have to say that the customer service is what keeps me coming here. The ladies know me, my kids and my husband. If I ever need See's candy, I refuse to buy it anywhere other than in here because they all treat me so well. Even when my kids come in by themselves, they are still treated well. The ladies that work here are so nice! On big events or holidays they usually schedule enough people so the line moves pretty quickly. They're good about giving out samples, which of course, free and candy? -makes everyone happier. One of the worst run stores. It is 5 days before Christmas and only 3 people working the store. Not staffed accordingly. Wall to wall people and lines moving slower than molasses. No apologies for the long wait. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. This store doesn't deserve the business. read more

I love See's candies my favorites are chocolate raspberry truffle and Scotch kisses ( a customer I was talking to in line recommended that one) it is now one of my favorites. There is one of the best ladies that works there. She is ALWAYS so friendly and smiles. So welcoming. She also said you can put scotch kisses on top of a ham. Great idea. read more

I just got ripped off for $100.00 in gift cards from See's Candies. I purchased the gift cards so I could go online and order gifts for relatives. I purchased 4 $25.00 gift cards. I placed my orders separately as they had to go to 4 different addresses. I input the gift card numbers and security code, when there was a balance for the shipping, a few dollars, I entered the difference and used my debit card. Today looking at my bank statement I saw that the entire amounts were charged to my debit account, no gift card was used. Now I have 4 unused $25.00 See's gift cards and charges of over $100.00 to my debit card. I am a senior and have a hard time making ends meet as it is. See's Customer Service refused to do anything about it which shows that this whole deal is a rip-off. They very well could have sent me a check for the $100.00 in gift cards and cleared the gift cards so they could not be used. Instead they hung up on me. I thought this transaction would be quick and easy in gifting for the holiday's, instead it taught me an expensive lesson. read more

I love reading about how "lines wrapped around the door, going to find another sees" hahahaha I'm just saying, let's be real folks. We know it's Sees and we all know they're well known for their fabulous candy and chocolate of your impatient that's your problem, Moving on. This location is great! There is always the same little elderly woman who helps us, her name is escaping me at the moment, she always strikes up conversation while working and is able to chat with people even waiting in line. Obviously their chocolate is delicious. My wife's allergic to Red food dye (Sees uses natural items) but they have always let us see the book of ingredients just in case which is again good customer service. They're great at informing us of upcoming events and sales at this location. It's always clean and tidy when you come in. I love this sees and its employees. I was not impressed with the customer service at this location at all! My Son, and I were at Costco across the street, and decided we would like a little treat. We walked into the store, and saw a line winding around the back of the shop. There was one employee in the entire store, on a weekend! This store used to have an employee servicing the customers in the long line to hand pack their pound of candy, and also an employee manning a separate register for those of us who came in to just grab a candy bar or other pre-wrapped item. I was waiting over at the empty register for someone to ring me up for my candy bar, and being ignored when finally the only store employee looked up and said "You need to wait in line with everyone else I am the only one working today!" I put my purchase back because I refuse to wait in line for 2 hours for a candy bar. This is the second time I have come in here on a weekend, and they have chosen to only have 1 employee working there. I also remember the great customer service, and being greeted by friendly employees with free samples. Not anymore. If I am going to spend the kind of money Sees charges, then I would rather take my business elsewhere and be treated decently. read more
