Deborah is amazing! She filled my order with such a wonderful smile! Made my day! The store is well stocked and sparkly clean! They have the best candy in my opinion!

Although I'm a big lover of chocolate, I don't come to See's Candies too often. But when the birthdays and holidays start rolling in, this is my go-to place for gifts. Because who doesn't love a delicious box of chocolates?! I've been to this See's location in Walnut Creek quite a few times over the years, and what I can say is that the employees are always helpful. I've always received excellent service here. I stopped by last December to purchase some chocolates for my mom for Christmas. She's obsessed with the milk chocolate pecan buds, so I had to spoil her and purchase a customized box of them. It was really busy when I walked in as it was just a few weeks before Christmas. Although it was busy, the ladies who were working that day were on it. They cleared the line pretty quickly which was great. I love that they do complimentary gift wrapping. Lord knows that I'm a horrible gift wrapper, and this saves me so much time and embarrassment. They still offer samples even during COVID, but I'm not sure if you're allowed to actually taste them while you're inside of the store. They threw in a few samples for me which I super appreciated. During the holidays, they often have special deals and promotions going on which are always fun to take advantage of. This store in particular always appears to be bright and clean. Even though I only stop here a few times or less during the year, it's always nice to know that I'll receive great service from the staff in Walnut Creek.

I always enjoyed the nostalgia of every See's Candies shop. Many of the big chain department stores always try to "rebrand" or "redesign" their stores by taking away or completely changing there products, but Sees know wheres it at , its the candies that bring everyone in! Store Itself: Located by the North side of Nordstrom and has a large size guiding your way to chocolates! I Haven't been in to this Sees location in particular, but this store is clean, bright, and smells like delicious chocolate! Products are all well stocked and in order. Lots to choose from. Service: Little slow. But its the holidays so thats expectable. Store associates are kind and responsive and help you pick out your custom candy boxes or anything else you need. Prices: Gone way up... just like every thing now a-days. Small custom box about 10 pieces about $16 bucks... expensive. Overall: A convenient place to pick up gifts as well as all your favorites that Sees has to offer.

    Butterscotch lollipop is my favorite.

You can never go wrong with See's candies. We came in to buy a few chocolates and butterscotch lollipops, as we were getting ready to pay the nice lady working the counter said "it free lollipop day" so yours are free. It was four of us and we all got a free lollipop and some free samples. She was really awesome, you can tell she enjoys her job :)

Huge fan of See's Candy! Always a nice experience visiting all the ladies working are always so sweet and nice and kind letting me know about the new limited chocolates in letting me try as many samples as I desire. Hands down my favorite quality and tasting of chocolates out there. Always love picking up some chocolates during the holiday seasons for Christmas stuffers.

Sees candy never disappoints. My favorite are the classic nuts and chews. I also love the caramel marshmallow twist. You can buy candy already boxed or customize. The staff is always very helpful and work pretty fast. I always love the complementary candy while being helped!

This location was quick with service but not the usual extra friendly staff I encounter. One of my go to chocolate stores. I live next to one, so I'm quite the addict :) I had to ask for my sample & reiterate my order.

This is a family-owned chocolate shop that specialized in Leonidas Belgian chocolates and other European treats. Not to mention, coffee beverages and hot chocolate on the menu. I ordered a variety of chocolates. They charge by weight, but I prefer customizing to my desired selections rather than getting a mystery box. I got a handful of chocolate almonds (covered in dark, milk, and blonde chocolate), noir de noir (dark chocolate ganache), wild animal chocolates (I wanted the koala with chocolate mousse, but they were out so I settled for the monkey and unicorn instead), leonidas milk chocolate bark made with salted almonds, hazelnuts, and pecans (sweeter than expected), marron noisette (dark chocolate filled with coffee flavored praline), and the staff, possibly the shop owner, threw in a pumpkin bon bon (made with pumpkin spice) for free. As a chocolate lover, belgian chocolates aren't exactly my fave. However Leonidas Love & Chocolate Shop offers a nice assortment of chocolatey confections and adorable creations like animal-shaped goodies, which is great for gift giving or just to treat yourself.

The hygiene alone should be enough to make anyone turn around and walk out. The employee working the front repeatedly coughed into his hands, rubbed his nose, sneezed, then immediately went back to handling customers' utensils, napkins, and food-related items without washing or sanitizing his hands. It happened over and over again. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Basic food safety should never be optional. Then came the bill. Three items. One tiny crepe, one madeleine, and one quiche. Nearly $50. I actually thought there had been a mistake. The crepe was embarrassingly small, and the chicken inside was some of the worst I've had. It was dry, stringy, chewy, and tasted incredibly cheap. There was absolutely nothing fresh or high quality about it. The portions were tiny, the quality was poor, and the prices were completely disconnected from reality. My husband was born and raised in France, and we've spent plenty of time eating at cafés and bakeries there. This isn't even remotely comparable. It's an overpriced imitation that relies on the idea of being French instead of delivering food that's actually worth eating. If you're going to charge premium prices, then deliver premium quality, proper food safety, and an experience that justifies it. This place failed on every one of those fronts. We won't be back, and I genuinely can't understand why this place has the reputation it does.
