    Mint and chip 1 scoop

Can't go wrong with haagen- dazs! I got 1 scoop of mint n chip and it was good! This location is located inside of broadway plaza next to Victoria secrets and across from Starbucks . The staff was friendly and patient, this ice cream shop is a cute and small storefront. Perfect treat!

Amazing! They have…read moresuch unique flavors. There were many to choose from, and I'm so glad I overheard the other customers ahead of us saying that the vanilla salted almond toffee flavor was what they are known for. We ended up getting that flavor as one of our two. For our second flavor of two scoops, we ended up getting the marshmallow neapolitan. -Vanilla salted almond toffee: I can see what the other customers meant for "this is what they're known for." I love that the almond is candied/carmelized with toffee. It gives it a roasty flavor, which gives the flavor so much depth. The almond also gives a bit of crunch/texture, which makes this flavor so unique. -Marshmallow neapolitan: I'm not typically someone who likes marshmallows or goes for neapolitan, as I don't like super sweet and I don't like mixing flavors. You can definitely taste all 3 flavors--vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. The marshmallow doesn't make the ice cream as sweet as I would have thought, it really just adds the marshmallow texture. The ice cream is very thick and creamy. It doesn't melt too fast to meld all the flavors together (which I don't really like), and I really appreciate that the ice cream holds together so well! The gentleman helping us was very patient in letting us try several flavors. The shop had a more old time feel. There is a bench to sit on to eat for a bit, but no tables. Overall, I would totally come back to try their unique flavors!

My best friend and I were craving ice cream and this was her first time at Lottie's Creamery. We…read moresampled several mouth watering flavors and both decided on the dark chocolate and she kept raving about how creamy and smooth their ice cream is! The staff are kind and patient, and I appreciate their organized system of moving the customer over to the checkout counter to make room for customers to sample, ask questions from the staff, and more where the ice cream, wall menu, and entrance are located. The small seating bench area by the window gives a feel of many old school creameries I have fond memories of when I was a kid. The line that I've seen out the door many times here is a testimony to Lottie's Creamery's popularity and top of the line ice cream and desserts!

I will rate the ice cream all the stars...customer service was ok. I came pretty much at opening…read moretime, 11am. I ordered a small mocha almond fudge on a cone. That came out to 6$ at first then I saw on their menu at the register that the cone could be dipped with chocolate, she said it's $1.25 extra, then I noticed peanuts could be added to the chocolate dip, she said another 1.25, total came to 8 ish, I tipped a $1 so I say at a round off I spent 10 next time I'm not getting all the extra for the cone. The size of a small cone is very generous and very reasonable for the 6$ price. Very spacious inside but it is pretty much an order then go. There was a standing table but I suggest know that you will just be getting your treat and heading out. Street parking at parking lots available I was grabbing food across the street from them where I parked. Definitely ice cream that solves everything, get yourself this treat!!

It's about…read morethe incredible service I received at around 9:30 PM on a Wednesday, when the staff had clearly had a long day and the store was just about to close. Cold Stone Creamery happened to be the only place still open until 10 PM, and I urgently needed a cake with a candle. It genuinely felt like a make-or-break moment. Not only did I get the cake and the candle, but the employee helping me asked what the occasion was. After hearing the story, he offered to add a custom message to the cake, even though I hadn't asked for it. That small gesture meant so much and made the person receiving the cake incredibly happy. It was the kind of service that absolutely deserved a great tip. Thank you for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don't know the employee's name, but he was working the evening shift on June 23, 2026, and was a tall guy. I truly hope the managers recognize and appreciate employees like him, they make all the difference.

Gee, I didn't have a great experience at Cold Stone last night which is really sad because how can…read moreyou not have a good experience at an ice cream shop? Well, let me tell you how. The gal that worked there just didn't seem like she liked her job that much. She didn't smile then when she took my order for my ice cream, which was going to be coffee ice cream with three toppings in it, she barely mixed it together! She flipped it over once and then stuffed it in the cup leaving so much topping (that I was paying extra for!!) on the counter! So I said politely, "you're gonna give me that topping right" and she was like " oh ok" and then she like smushed it on the top like I was at a yogurt shop or something!!! But she STILL left stuff on the cold stone counter. I'm paying for those toppings!!! I want every last one of them. Im paying extra for each topping plus there's hardly any extra topping given so you're getting a lot of extra money from me!! I don't know. Then she had the nerve to say when I was about to pay " the screens gonna ask you some questions " . Why would I give her a tip? I'm getting so sick of these tips anyway. I'm like-- enough already! I'm coming into the store to get ice cream that's your job. Why am I paying you to do your job? Especially when you're ripping me off and not giving me my proper number of turns to fold the topping into the ice cream and then leaving my toppings on the counter! I was just really disappointed and I think I'll just go to Coco swirl across the street from now on because if I'm gonna have my ice cream with the topping on top, I might as well put my own topping on my yogurt. I was just looking at the pictures and was reminded that it didn't even seem like I was given a full medium serving of ice cream because as you can see it was low and then the toppings are on top such a bad experience.

Today I had the opportunity and I was amaze to see how many orders the gentleman did and how fast it was done, the crepes were delicious! Multiple times I drive to this location, they have been closed even when store hours say other wise. There was no signage regarding the closure which left myself and others confused and upset. I don't live super close so having to drive down there just to realize the store is closed is such a let down. Portions have also gotten smaller while prices increase. I understand inflation is a thing, but paying THAT much for a crepe that's about the size of my hand is not preferred. Currently on the look out for a new crepe shop. Hopefully this place gets it together because as mentioned, crepes here are great, but I no longer see myself supporting this business if these issues are ongoing.
