There is no doubt in my mind that Mrs. Fields cookies are good. I've enjoyed cookies at other locations. The pleasant baking aroma drifts into the mall. Intent on increasing my daily steps, I hustle by and try to ignore the trays calling out to me. I've been successful for a long-long time. It was about 8pm and I gave in and had a cookie. I was only going to have a bite size one. The friendly young woman behind the counter sold be on the next size up. The regular size cookie with walnut and semi sweet chocolate chips had been on the cooling tray when they bagged it up. I could not wait to eat the it. So, I hurried to a bench and took a bite of the warm cookie. The dough was soft and warm; the chocolate chips had not hardened. I had really planned to only eat 1/2 of the cookie and save the rest. Of course that did not happen, it was gone in a couple of bites. Now, I have a major problem. Can I still walk in the mall and not give in and have a cookie? If they are not fresh out of the oven it will not be a problem. However, if I see them in the tray, I don't know if I can resist. I might need to reconsider my indoor walking routes. read more

This is a little shop inside the mall. I don't know if they sell other things besides cookies. My boys love these cookies and I mean love. I personally think they are a little pricey but doesn't stop us from buying. We usually get 30 mini cookies for $11 I think. My son also likes the icees here. They sell giant cookies. You can buy them instead of a birthday cake. My son wants one for his birthday. I've tasted the cookies they are ok to me but they must have something in them that my boys love. read more

I made a late night order on-line (for the Sun Valley Mall Mrs. Fields in Concord, CA) for a Birthday delivery the next day, 6/05/2021, for my son. The big 13" decorated cookie and 40 assorted nibblers. They not only got the order out and delivered on time, my son said he was notified of its arrival by text from Door Dash, and the big cookie was still warm from the oven! He was totally surprised. He loved the birthday cookie and all the yummy assorted nibblers I had picked and shared them with friends that night. Everything was packaged well, fresh, and decorated just like the pictures show. 5 Stars to the crew of Sun Valley Mrs. Fields (and Door Dash Delivery). It's cookies. Mrs. Fields cookies at that! Whoever can pass this place up must don't know the fulfillment these cookies give. I always get the nibblers so I can have a variety of flavors. My fav are chocolate chip and snicker doodle. If only they had raisin w/o any nuts, I'd get that too. Staff is friendly. They'll even heat up your cookies if you ask. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They have a way to order online and then have DoorDash deliver the item, I thought how great this was and was super excited. But it truly was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. The cookie cake was never delivered for the birthday party today. And the lady I spoke to at this store HUNG UP on me. I'm not sure whatever happened to customer service and the customer being right, but not only did my cookie cake not arrive, I was refused a refund, after DoorDash reimbursed this store, who I had paid. They asked for the cookie to be returned if I wanted a refund...the cookie I never received! I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and the lady told me that they don't work during the day. This was a very frustrating experience, to say the least. I will be sure to never buy anything from them and will discourage everyone I know to ever do business here. read more

It is difficult to mess up cookies; difficult but not impossible. Safe to say that MRS. FIELDS seldom, if ever, messes up cookies. The deals are always solid (i.e. buy 4 and get 1 "free") and the taste and quality...top notch. MRS. FIELDS is a chain and you can likely find one at a mall/shopping center near you. We are talking about cookies now so OF COURSE they are not healthy...but they ARE delicious :-) This location in the Sun Valley Mall is a testament to the good things that MRS. FIELDS COOKIES is about. Solid, friendly staff...and good cookies. When it comes to delicious cookies MRS. FIELDS is the Wolverine of the business...the best there is at what they do ;-) read more

So dissatisfied we ordered my 90 year old fathers Christmas gift in November online to be delivered December 15th from Mrs fields. $51 for the item and $31 for purolator ground. I spoke to my father today and he hasn't received his gift. I called customer service and was told she would call me back by 7pm tonight. It is now after 8 pm and no phone call. The other day I had a craving for oatmeal raisin cookies and what better place for them then Mrs Fields. I used to get nibblers for a deal all the time in downtown SF...sometimes with a cute plastic bucket or other container they had on special. With this store had no such specials and I spent $2.99 for 6 cookies! A rip off since I didn't get anything but the cookies. But I was in Sun Valley Mall the other day and espied a Mrs. Fields Cookie store and decided to see what they had to offer. Imagine my surprise when I saw.... Nibblers!!! Twenty for $5!! They even had a promotion where if you bought 40 you get 20 free (Doesn't count to buy 2 sets of 20). They even had some cute plastic buckets for nibblers but I declined on those. ($7.99/18 Nibblers and a Character Container..though they were cute....I don't need more clutter!) The cookies were warm, fresh, and full of yumminess. read more

What a terrible experience all the way around...don't waste your time or $. Not only is a cookie cake a rip-off ($39.99 for a half sheet), the service is horrific. No discount applied, even though offered online, super rude upon pick-up and even charged for 1 "nibbler" which is normally about .75 cents. Better off ordering a customized cake from Katrina Roselle for that price and experience. read more

I love Mrs.Fields cookies & i buy them every chance I get, ( usually in Fairfield mall), but this is the second time ive come here and the "fresh made " cookies were hard. Maybe theyre being over cooked ? Maybe theyve been out too long ? I dont know but im not a fan. read more

I really like the sugar cookies here. I usually buy prepackaged cookies at supermarkets, but they are often stale. Fresh baked cookies are so much better. You can't get the selection of cookies that Mrs. Field's offers at a supermarket. read more

The cookies are good, and make great gifts, but the customer service is non-existent! I waited 49 minutes and was 3rd in line(20 min), then 2nd( 22 min), then was told I was first and to hold for an operator, who never came on the line in the 7 minutes I had left before my appointment! Had to hang up because of a Dr appointment. Are they too cheap to hire more operators! I called later and the recording said the wait was an hour and 40 minutes! Are they all eating cookies and drinking coffee while everyone is on hold?? read more

Now, maybe it is just me. I spent too much time around incredible bakers all of my life. But it seems to me that I can even buy cookies in a box from Safeways that taste better than anything I have had from here. I have only tried about six varieties. The place is clean, the service is fast. But frankly your first choices should be bakesales and girl scouts before you get here. They cost more than bake sales and about as much as girl scouts without the benefit to the community. And for flavor, I would go with a Milano any time before anything I've tried behind the counter here. This is not the See's Candy of the cookie world, that's for sure. But I'll bet there is one out there. read more

The workers here are pretty friendly. Their cookie cakes, cookies, and other sweets are delicious. The place is right by Cinnabon and McDonald's in the Sun Valley Mall. The desserts and pastries taste fresh and sweet, and they even sell fountain drinks if you are thirsty. The place is small, but it is clean and organized. Sometimes there are lines, but it is worth the wait. read more

We were warmly welcomed when we entered. The inside had an old fashioned vibe, with large black and white checkered floors and a few sofa fountains for making old fashioned ice cream sodas. They sell Mitchell's ice cream from San Francisco and offered a variety of flavors. They also had a lovely display of cookies, cinnamon rolls and muffin tops and a refrigerated case filled with delicious looking pies. The pies and goodies are made in house. The pies are what caught our eye. They came in a 3" bite size and a 5" size that would be perfect for sharing. The varieties of pies they offered were: Key Lime Pie, Banana Cream Pie, Chocolate Cream Pie, Pecan Pie, Dutch Apple and Mixed Berry. They also sell coffees, fountain drinks, sandwiches and salads. You can also get an ice cream sundae, floats, ice cream sodas and Italian sodas. Since we were having dinner next door, I asked if could buy the pieces and have them kept in their refrigerator until after we had our dinner. They had no problem with that. We decided to order the 5" Key Lime Pie, the 5" Banana Cream Pie and the 5" Mixed Berry Pie. We came back after dinner and they had our pies ready for us to eat. All three pies were amazing. They were so good. My favorite was the Key Lime Pie and my husband loved the Mixed Berry Pie. The Banana Cream Pie was delicious, as well, and had chunks of fresh banana in it. And it's not like I am looking for free service, I'm willing to pay, but I'm not willing to pay cake prices for icing on Styrofoam. Saying no, as a business is OK, I'm all for it. But customer service needs a serious rebranding. I have never had a good in person/over the phone experience. Their food speaks for itself, but the customer service skills really takes away the value of a local business that has been around for years. Guilty Pleasures makes cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies and other nicely presented baked goods as well. I spied pre-packaged mixes of mini treats that can be purchased as a nice hostess gift that contained macarons, meringues, and what looked like small pumpkin tarts.
