Despite our profuse apologies for coming so close to closing time, they warmly welcomed us, offered us coffee, and took the time to help us. We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond. We appreciated his friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to educate us! From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We truly had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning as we continue making upgrades to our home. :)

In short, we were impressed by the quality of the service and, because we shopped around a bit, found the prices to be reasonable. AE remodeled our old, tired bathroom. Originally, we did not understand that we would be responsible for selecting the materials. But after that sunk in, we did our diligence with the helpful assistance of AE. Jenny was very informative and responsive. She answered our questions, both those that related directly to the bathroom but also those relating more generally to remodeling strategies that arose from our inexperience. What do you think of this material? What do you think about this type of sink in this space? What kind of shower design is best for this concern of mine. Etc. I can't recall an instance where Jenny did not immediately and helpfully respond to email or text. Jenny also proactively made good suggestions. The remodel went well. We really liked the result. We were delayed a bit by the city and permits. But Jenny and her team were always patient and committed. In one instance, the city inspector came back with some surprising feedback. But Jenny and her team with due dedication and versatility adeptly executed on the feedback and made the inspector happy. Anyway, it's been about a year after the remodel. A few small issues came up recently. I contacted Jenny and she sent her team to handle without hesitation. The follow through was very impressive. Jenny will be the first person we call when we're ready to remodel the other bathroom.

They Scratched hardware that we purchased and we had to purchase another set. We spent a week waiting for new shower cartridges because they didn't know what type we should get. I wish our project came with an actual project manager who would tell us what we needed to do and by when. We felt like we had to plan and purchase so many things on our own They stuck this sticky plastic all over our carpet to prevent stains but when it was removed left adhesive residue everywhere and now my carpet is ruined. When I asked how to fix they ignored me. I regret starting this project with them. After this post there is a response from the "business owner" stating they are sorry and then a lengthy set of excuses which equates to a false apology. Bottom line is 1) you scratched up the hardware we gave you 2) we bought all the HW ourselves and asked if we bought the right cartridge. You all said yes. Give the right answer else we waste time. 3) we rejected your attempt to fix the carpet issue because your team had already used a wipe on the carpet and it didn't work. And then you offered to dump vinegar all over to clean it. Of course I'm going to reject that. What other excuses would you like to provide? And tbh you should be concerned whether your customer feels disrespected not your own feelings on the manner which is of opinion. And by the way your contract that we all signed includes a 1 yr warranty. I hope to not use that but your response seems to imply you are going to abandon communications with us which is a legal breach in your own contract.

We were set on using Shiloh Malibu cabinets with a reeded design and built the entire kitchen around this focal point, which made the design process both complex and unconventional. Throughout the journey, Kailun created what felt like 20 different design iterations and cost estimates, helping us carefully evaluate every possibility. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of the Shiloh cabinets is outstanding. The natural wood tones give the kitchen a warm, organic feel that is anything but bland. The variation in the wood grain makes the space feel truly unique and custom. We decided to mix two different wood tones, which initially made us a little nervous, but the final outcome exceeded our expectations. The soft-close features are excellent, and the craftsmanship is evident throughout. We highly recommend Kailun and the team to anyone looking for a thoughtful design process, exceptional service, and beautiful, high-quality cabinetry.

We made the somewhat crazy decision to completely remodel two of our bathrooms while my wife was pregnant, right before the baby was due. We knew the timeline was tight, but Steve understood our situation completely and promised he'd do everything in his power to finish before the baby arrived. Over the course of the 2-month project, Steve was just incredible. He is extremely attentive, hands-on, and we saw him almost every single day checking on his team's progress. He made the whole renovation process so easy for us right from the start by providing a clear shopping list of all the materials and parts we needed. What really blew us away was how often Steve went above and beyond. He actually came tile shopping with us--not just once, but twice!--to make sure we got the exact right dimensions, sizes, and quantities. When the team discovered mold in our bathrooms (a homeowner's worst nightmare on a tight schedule), Steve took it in stride. He immediately helped coordinate a mold remediator to fix the issue, and incredibly, he found creative ways to not let our tight timeline slip at all. Ultimately, Steve and his team finished the project exactly on time, for a very fair price, and with outstanding quality. Our entire family loved working with Four Seasons. Our dog became best friends with Steve, and our 3-year-old now walks around saying he wants to be a "builder" when he grows up. If you need work done, look no further. Four Seasons Construction is the absolute best!

Steven consulted us on how to approach certain hurdles and found solutions, always with a positive demeanor. He was able to fit us into his schedule and completed everything on time and on budget. He was a clear communicator and really pleasant to work with. He returned to finish and finalize certain items that were backordered. He has a great relationship directly with the vendor shop that made it seamless for him to find solutions and fixes for our needs. During the design process the cabinet vendor designer made a few mistakes, but Steven was able to successfully work with them to find solutions for them that didn't harm the integrity of the overall work. I would definitely recommend working with him again in the future. He is honest, genuine, and he did an incredible job on installing our beautiful kitchen cabinetry.

Unfortunately a fire occurred in the kitchen area in the main unit (#1) of a four-plex I own,…read morehowever luckily no one was hurt. I searched through Buildzoom to find a contractor to repair the Unit. Buildzoom sent 4 contractors to visit the site and provide estimates. After the evaluation process, I selected Tony Tran Construction. He was the only contractor to send a detailed estimate which accurately included every item that needed to be replaced/repaired. He clearly put in his time and was serious about the bid. I appreciated Tony's humble demeanor and great knowledge about construction. The City building department required a shared firewall with an adjacent apartment (#2) to be updated Fire Rate Drywall Code. Tony drew the plan himself and got it approved of the City of Cupertino. They had to remove the existing 1/2" drywall between Unit # 1 and # 2 and replace them with 5/8" fire rated drywall. In that process, Tony had to remove Kitchen Cabinets and Countertop and demolish the bathtub/shower enclosure. When I just reminded Tony that we wanted to replace the Bathtub with Kohler Cast Iron tub one day and the very next morning Tony delivered the tub to the job site. The demolition was done very fast. I asked Tony to remove the Kitchen Cabinets and save them to re-use later. The Old tile countertop was demolished. Tony installed 5/8" plywood as the underlayment for the Quart Countertop and he didn't charge any extra. The new Quartz Countertop with full backsplash was installed with precision, I hardly can notice the joint lines. I asked him to install a sink setter, and it was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the workmanship on the wall tiles that he made in the bathroom. The tiles and grout lines were perfectly straight. Tony asked his workers to apply compound on the bathroom walls to make them smooth before painting. The entire apartment was done beautifully, and I thank Tony for his commitment, thoroughness and attention to the details. Furthermore, the best part was all inspections passed the very first time. I am very happy working with Tony. His team is extremely efficient and gets everything done quickly and perfectly. An honest and hard-working team like Tony is hard to find. If you are looking for a contractor who can fulfill your tasks on time and on budget. Tony Tran is the one. I can't wait for him to repair Apartment # 1!

We were very happy with the rental income, and because the property had a nice-sized backyard, we decided to build an ADU to further increase its value and income potential. We searched through Yelp to find a contractor who could help us with everything from the design process to obtaining permits from the City of San Jose. We wanted a contractor who could turn our vision into reality without unnecessary headaches or complications--and that was not too much to ask. We interviewed three contractors before meeting Tony and ultimately selected him for our project. Trust and honesty are extremely important to our family. What immediately set Tony apart was his calm, professional manner and his honesty. From our first meeting, we felt that we could trust him. Tony operates a small company, which we really appreciated because he was our primary point of contact throughout the project. We never had to go through a receptionist, manager, or superintendent just to get answers to our questions. Tony brought in his designer, Jimmy Dinh, to help us develop the ADU layout. He also immediately submitted an application to PG&E for a new 100-amp electrical panel. Tony explained that obtaining power from PG&E was one of the most critical parts of the project--and his experience proved to be absolutely right. Tony also handled the inspection scheduling. As we learned, San Jose has many construction projects but not enough inspectors, and the normal waiting period for an inspection can be three to four weeks. Tony scheduled our inspections well in advance, which helped us avoid unnecessary delays. Once Tony obtained the permit from the City of San Jose, his team began the foundation footings the very next day. One thing we particularly appreciated was that his crew worked six days a week and stayed with our project until it was completed. We never experienced the frustration of having workers constantly leave our project to work somewhere else. Working with Tony and his team was truly a pleasure. We never had arguments or major problems, and there was always a positive atmosphere throughout the construction process. Ben, Tony's partner and superintendent, supervised the entire project. His knowledge and experience in construction were exceptional. We always felt that our project was in very capable hands. Communication was another one of Tony's greatest strengths. Whenever we had a question or concern, Tony responded to our calls or text messages promptly. We felt very fortunate to have selected him as our contractor. He genuinely cares about his customers and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied. Tony even accompanied our family when we went shopping for materials. He patiently helped us select everything from kitchen cabinets and shower panels to the bathroom vanity, toilets, vinyl flooring, interior doors, sliding glass doors, and floor tiles. He personally guided us toward quality choices and helped us take advantage of his contractor discounts, which saved us money. When the project was completed, our family was extremely happy with the results. The new ADU exceeded our expectations. We love everything about it--from the beautiful kitchen and backsplash to the bathrooms, flooring, doors, and painting. The finished unit is beautiful, comfortable, and functional, and we are very proud of our new rental property. Even more importantly, our tenants absolutely love the ADU. They enjoyed living there so much that they decided to extend their lease for another six months. They told us they never expected to find a brand-new rental that was so beautiful and comfortable. We would like to sincerely thank Tony and his entire team for all the hard work, care, professionalism, and personal attention they put into our project. If you are considering building an ADU or taking on a major construction project, we would not hesitate to recommend Tony Tran Construction. We are very happy that we chose Tony, and we would gladly work with him again. Thank you very much, Tony, for everything you and your team did for our family. Sincerely, Thomas & Marie, David & Jennifer
