We were referred to SEI Inspections by a neighbor who had previously used them. Travis was extremely professional from beginning to end. His price was more than fair ($300 for our size house) and included thermal imaging to look for water leaks or insulation issues. He even flew his drone over the house to look for any roof problems. Let me start by saying that I had used another company for the first home, which was twice as much as SEI's total cost, and they were in and out of the inspection in about an hour or so. Travis is amazing . We used his services first time a few months ago while on a house hunt for our first home . We loved the house but deep inside I knew it needed a lot of work . I am very particular with whom I pick to do any work so I researched for hours and found Travis ( SEI) to be the best rated and booked the spot . I found him on Angie's list .The whole process of booking was easy my grandma could do . He arrived promptly after texting me to make sure he has the right address etc . He then began his inspection . I am not exactly intrigued by this kind of line of duty but I was mesmerized by his attention to the details . He noticed EVERYTHING that was wrong with the house . Every major and little thing that I couldn't possibly even think of . Then wait for it he user drone so he can take a better look and high definition pictures of the roof . He took his time making sure he looks at every inch of the home . My report was ready the next day . When I looked at the pictures and explanations and all they details again I decided to call him to go over the report to understand it more . 75 pages ! Wow . He explained all of it and why we would probably should consider looking elsewhere perhaps , because the house wasn't easy to fix and would require a lot of material and timely effort .
