Feeling 1) amazing & 2) beautiful still, as the 1st time when I wrote my review. Still very attached to this establishment bc .... they will NEVER get rid of me... . I am here healthy & thriving. Super happy with their services. Quick changes.. I recently started experiencing dehydration from hormonal therapy shots I get monthly in Oncology (Breast Cancer Warrior here ‍) and as per usual, I had to figure it out on my own bc the medical system failed once again by dismissing female symptoms & concerns. I went directly to my Holistic center & here I am, BETTER than ever! brand new, problem solved!! leaving my medical team with dropped jaw of how AMAZEBALLZ I'm doing. They always ask what did you do? My husband and I have been coming here since the end of January, and our experience has been exceptional. I love this place! I have been working with my wellness since August of this year and it has helped me beyond words. They have provided me with so much knowledge and so many tools to be healthier with my body. I have currently gone from 159-145 lbs doing the detox with them alongside other services. The lymphatic massages are amazing as well. I feel so much better in energy, in clarity of mind and just overall. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and sweet and just always happy to help. This place is wonderful! It has become my go to spot for almost all things wellness! They're restored my face with their facials. I've been visiting them for the past 3 years and I'm never disappointed! I've done several of their services such as their MRT Nutrition & Detox, facials, laser hair removal, colonics, sudatonics, DMK Facial Therapy and Sauna. The staff is always so professional, knowledgeable and can help connect you with solutions and any recommendation to any products. Sometimes I leave with too many recommendations, but I always feel comfortable to just decline the products offered if i choose not to use them ge high is my only negative). Since visiting them for facials my cystic acne and hyperpigmentation drastically diminished and I barely wear foundation! The colonics are always wonderful (I prefer the open system)! I recommend looking out for when they have a sale which happens for about $99! I enjoyed the laser hair removal but due to not continuing the entire package I didn't get the full results, but still would go back to them for it. All in all, they're one of the only places where I can wholeheartedly trust them with my body! It makes a difference that it is Latina and women owned with women working at the establishment. As a black and Latina woman, I always feel heard and valued. Even when I've had a reaction to a product or a treatment I've been accommodated in some way to ensure I was satisfied. You also can't top the cute esthetics of the location. It's definitely a vibe! Lastly, I appreciate the accessibility to the owner, Indhira, who her and her family developed MWS. I rarely write reviews but felt I had to share my experience with MWS. I went in for a sudatonic and after I was wrapped and placed in the room, the therapist disappeared. I was sweating and thirsty and called out for help several times. I heard the voice of the owner yell back disrespectfully "in a minute". The owner never came to check on me. After 30-40 minutes of sweating with no water, the front desk attendant heard me and rushed to get me water. I respectfully asked for my refund for future sessions as I had purchased a package, this was in December. I recently reached out to try again and see if the company had changed and become more attentive to clients during the sudatonic session. I was hoping to have a positive experience. To my surprise, I received a nasty email from the owner saying that because of what happened in December (which was their mistake) I am no longer a good fit for their business. I share my experience because as an afro-latina many think that I don't understand Spanish. I not only had that bad experience during the sudatonic, but faced many instances of therapists speaking negatively about my body in Spanish. MWS is a place where therapists speak about you and your body outside the room and owners don't take responsibility for their mistakes. In addition, many of their services are temporary solutions and not longterm life-changes. read more

I don't recommend this business since my experience was not pleasant. The service was sub par and in requesting a refund for a mistake on their part which led to me not having adequate service they refunded only a minimal part of it. From other aspects it seems like maybe this place is not what it once was so I'd recommend looking somewhere else and doing your research. There are other better places. read more

Was recommended to this clinic by a friend, who warned me if I can tune out the sass and comments by the associates I should be fine. I wouldn't know about the quality of services offered however, even tho the front desk associate was friendly, as I never got my consultation. I was very happy with my cleaning but when it was time to check out and I mentioned the $99 special which I got a email and text about the special they refused to honor the $99 special telling me I didn't mention it when I book the appointment which I don't understand because if I mentioned it before paying I feel it should've been honored I've been to this location for times and was never told that you must mention any specials when your book your appointment the woman that was taken the money was very rude when explaining why I couldn't get the $99 special. read more

This palace of a wellness was one of the BEST THINGS that has been added to my life this far. This place is really good.. I've been having some digestive issues and they are putting me back on the right track. The nurses are knowledgeable and seem to really care for the well-being of their clients. So far I've had the ionic foot detox + colonics, and clean start 14 day detox.. The prices are super reasonable and comparable to other health centers, they also have packages that can save you a few dollars. My first encounter with Indhira and Violet was via Operation Cleanse. Operation Cleanse was life changing for me. After years of taking strong medication for migraines and constipation on a daily basis, by the end of the first week of the cleanse, I found I no longer needed either medication. I, along with the others, received daily support, which made the cleanse so much more easier and meaningful. Since I had such great, sustainable results from Operation Cleanse, I decided to try more of their services. I had my first colonic with Violet and the process so much more better than expected. After seeing Big Ang's experience on Mob Wives, needless to say I was scared, lol! My colonic was by far a better experience. I left feeling lighter, with no issues of gas, cramping or bloating. While I was there, I also tried the dry sauna for an hour. The sauna was also great, with no issues of feeling light-headed. During the hour, Violet, Judy and Joy checked in on me periodically and offered me water. The best part (besides feeling great afterwards of course), is there is an entertainment system in the sauna. So you could catch up on your Netflix shows, listen to some music via Pandora or Youtube. After receiving my services, Violet spent some time with me discussing nutrition and taking an holistic approach to beauty and health care. She even offered me help with improving my family's diet. I went to this place for three years and the therapists here are great. However, they have since hired people with no common sense at the front desk. I purchased a service via the app, and they would not honor the credit. I was promised they would "look into it" and a respose by end of business day. It never happened. They not only charged me the service three times, they never got back to me. I will not go here again, nor do I recommend anyone going either. read more

They were extremely unaccommodating. Crazy Bc if I don't show up to the appt they take 50% for me. If there staff doesn't they do absolutely nothing. While conveniently located on the newly renovated 125th street, the facility is very clean, the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with the needs of the customers.
