I've worked with Select Graphic & Printing on numerous occasions I've used them for my wedding invitations, rehearsal invitations, sticker labels, and regular labels. All of my products turned out better than expected. They also were done quickly once my orders were placed. I had some last minute chances and they were great with communications. They made everything very convenient for me. Especially how they can quickly send me an invoice to review and make the payments online. I am very very happy I went with them. Another thing I liked was that my wedding invitations did not look fobby like the other shops around the area. They were very respectful of what I wanted. They had samples of all their types of papers which made it extremely easy to pick something out. Discovered this little gem of a print shop a few years ago to print 1000 program booklets and now, we will not go anywhere else! Besides the excellent print quality and extremely reasonable prices, there are two additional reasons why I can give no less than a 5-star review for this place: THE WEBSITE. When you are up working weird hours to finish designing something that you want to just submit to print right away, you can do it right on the website. It's one of the easiest sites to navigate. Best of all, you can even download templates and step-by-step instructions on how to get your margins and paper sizing right. It also gives you tips about color, just about everything you need to ensure your design prints well. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not a professional graphic designer, but when you can't afford to pay for design services, you do what you can on your own. For a lot of my orders, I always seem to get something wrong. My margins are too small, my colors don't show up right, my images are cutting off. Instead of just printing what I submitted, they always take the time to call me to ask if I want to resubmit my design. There was a time when I resubmitted, and the color still didn't look right! This was when I was learning about RGB vs CMYK colors, so it was completely my fault, but Jennifer was so patient in explaining how I could fix it, and allowing me to resubmit multiple times until I got it right. She and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure the final product is as best it can be! After all these delays, my order still gets completed by the original promise date. Go somewhere else! Save your money and time! Reading positive reviews, I decided to go here for wedding invitations. Felt comfortable because the front desk service was polite and proceeded. After placing my order, there was a delay because my original paper/envelope selection wasn't avaliable so I had to choose another...not a big deal. I went here because they had samples of bilingual invites that looked decently modern and I needed bilingual invites. Mine were simple, nothing fancy, no design, just text. After delayed response from the designer, the first draft was nothing like what I asked for. Over two weeks, 70 emails later, constant phoning, two designers, extensive delay, poor response and very poor customer service, I got my invites. I provided a MS word doc, excel doc, and PDF. This should have been a piece of cake for anyone doing this. As I am putting these together, I am short four invites and the return envelopes are printed upside down. Unprofessional, incompetent, unorganized, and lazy work. read more

I like to support local businesses and I've used their service for flyers and business cards. This last experience was kind of messy. I ordered business cards and stickers for my grand opening and I specifically asked for these to be done on a certain date and they said they would be done before my grand opening. I ended up getting only my business cards for my grand opening. I had to wait the following week for my stickers. I called them and the receptionist said that they were ready for pick up. So I drove over there to pick it up and found out that it was not ready and was told that i could come back to pick up the stickers or the lady told me that they would drop it off. They didnt drop it off at the end of the day and I had to come the following day to pick up my stickers. When I received the stickers my logo was cut off at the corners. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I placed a small order for 5x7 invitations and first I pay a little extra to have them ready same day. 2 days later they don't have them ready so they refund me the same day charge. I then call and they tell me they'll have them ready by 5PM the following day. Again they don't. My wife shows up and they say they won't be ready till next week. Instead of taking the order and telling lies from the first place they could have easily said they weren't going to have them ready for a while. What they don't know is that even though it was a small personal order they lost a potential big client. I'm an art director for a well known award winning mmj company.
