I'm not sure how this so called place of "Business " is still running. Every single time I go in here, there is not one employee who has a clue what they are doing, let alone any respect or manners for any of the customers.The "Assistant manager" could not even tell me the name of the manager, as I was just wondering so when I come in next time I could have a conversation with him and knew who to ask for. The most ironic part,if it's even true is the owners name is written right here on yelp under the info category where it says "from this business". It's sad the employees are not even trained to know what to do or what information there aloud to relay to customers and it's a smoke shop, should be relatively easy and if not, respect should be a common sense thing. read more

Extremely disrespectful and two weeks ago was threatened to have police called on my son for absolutely nothing most likely because she was a female and wanted as much power as she could possibly acquire.(Claimed she was a manager which I think is an absolute lie.) whole family was one of our best customers she also took a picture of all my sons debit card numbers, expiration date and cvv along with his personal information such as his address his date of birth and everything that comes on a Identification Card. WARNING! Stay away from this place. I walked in, grabbed a couple of cigars, and walked up to the counter. Never said a word to anyone. The nut case behind the counter told me he was refusing me service and to "get out of his store." I said OK and left. Went to another store to get what I needed. Not sure what is wrong with this guy but from what I am reading and hearing it is only a matter of time before this place is on the news for no good reasons. read more

Customer service is ridiculously horrible. 3rd time in this business and trying to get help or knowledge on rigs to piece together is like pulling teeth. Worker/workers on their cell phones planted behind the counter. Verbal communication goes a LONG way with customers if u own a business. Too many smoke shops around to not get good customer service. This dude is a d!@k. Walked in to buy some incense he walked up and told me "I could not buy anything in this store". I was like what? He said get out, leave now. Ok? He then stepped closer and closer pounding his fist into his hand. Not sure if he is unmediated or just doing shady business with the other guy at the counter? Would never walk into this place again. I frequent this shop a ton normally at night. I went during the day the last two days and had the same guy push me out of the store refusing service the moment I went inside. No reason. He started calling me slurs even though I'm white and kept punching his hands together as if he wanted to fight. You could tell either he was heavily on drugs or having a mental break. Completely odd and out of character for the store. There was nothing that prompted this and for your safety don't even waste your time. There are a ton of other shops you won't be potentially hurt and harassed at. The way he was yelling at other customers I saw when I arrived was Absolutely unhinged. I thought that maybe they were fighting, but after he did the same thing to me I can confirm it is 100% unprovoked. Avoid this place and its horrible owner. read more

Employee was an absolute jerk! Aggressively yelled at me for grabbing something behind the counter, which has been their policy from day one. He was standing right next to me when I did, considering he was standing over me awkwardly from the moment that I walked in the door. When I asked if he could help me, he proceeded to continue to yell at me, going so far as to use a radial slur and threaten me physically. I immediately walked out. Needless to say, they won't get my business again. Too bad, considering I've spent hundreds of dollars with them over the past year alone. Good luck keeping your doors open while treating customers like convicts. read more

My husband and I have been there multiple times. Its next to where we live and the closest one, so we really were hoping that this would be a good business. First transaction, the sold us an item that looked like it had been used previously to us taking it out of the box. Came back and told them, and they reassured us it wasn't used, despite the obvious evidence that it had been used. Fast forward, we tried giving this place another try, and yesterday my husband went back again for a battery that takes cartridges. We used it for what it could have been 2 hours, no less. And it stopped working. We then tried charging it and seeing if we could detect the problem, but we couldn't. So like any customer, we took it back. They held me there for a while checking to see if it was "user error," and once they figured out the actual battery was broken, what I had told them, they replied with, "Sorry but we don't do any exchanges." DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD ME SOMETHING BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH! Shame on the business and their operations. I mean, you can tell that the two that were there, (smoking Hooka in the front like they were customers themselves, if I may add), do not care whatsoever about their job and the customers that walk through there. Asked for one of their names so that I can try and let their boss know, but they laughed and said, "Make it up." WOW I left the broken battery there and simply walked away. I will never spend another dollar there again, and I advice you do the same. There are plenty more smoke shops with better product and better customer service. read more

Garbage water pipes that don't filter thru water as they should, manager acted like he would be helpful the first time but wouldn't honor the replacement value of the original piece and gave us one $10 cheaper. The replacement promptly broke within 2 days just from removing the glass bowl it broke the garbage chinese pipe instantly. The owner swears he will make us whole but every time we go in the GARBAGE employees on site do nothing. The one Lady never seems to be doing anything but eating. We do not need a garbage business like this taking money for hardworking Americans by selling them chinese garbage bought in bulk off the internet. We deserve better than this CLOWN. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. Find anywhere else. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but after the horrendous treatment I experienced, I felt compelled to write something up. I have been coming to this smoke shop for almost a year as I live a block over and frequently stop on my way home from work. I have spent a lot of money there over this time and have never really had any issues as far as service until today 06/24/24 at 5:30pm. The staff has never been exactly friendly but thought I was a friendly and low key customer regardless- I just buy my stuff and leave due to the convenience of location. I walked in the door and was not greeted but demanded by the man working to leave the store immediately and he was refusing to provide me service. I thought this was super out of character for this place and asked why maybe they had mixed something up, he responded with "Because I feel like it, get out." He was very aggressive and unreasonable and started to approach me in a very angry manner for no reason and forced me out of the store. I didn't argue back- I was just very confused. Please rethink your choices when coming here- it's not worth it in regards to selection OR value, not to mention the customer service severely lacking on top of it. It was the location being close to my house that kept me coming back- but there's far better places to spend your hard earned money. read more

I go in to drop off a resume and as soon as I walk in a guy on a ladder off to the left starts screaming and shouting at me to "get the F*** out". I've never been here before and that's the first impression I get? Pretty happy I didn't drop off my resume looking back on it.
