The estimate for the repair was about 1.3k, which felt reasonable considering the inspection and labor they did on the car. Kai met me out front, looked over everything, and was incredibly straightforward. He went through the damage one by one, explained what would actually be involved in fixing each thing, gave me fair estimates, and basically told me it probably wasn't worth spending the money to chase every cosmetic issue unless I really wanted the car pristine. No upselling at all. Then he figured out that the creaking was just the door rubbing against a panel. He spent a few minutes pulling the panel back into place, completely fixed the problem on the spot, and then refused to take the $200 I offered him. I was kind of blown away. Did service and then two more different error codes. 16 days later turned out the wire connecting sensor also needed to be replaced. Told it was major corrosion. I find it of that major corrosion wasn't seen when bumper was first removed...or even when replacing dead sensor. The second area of concern was how light the communication. It felt like only time there was movement on completing service was when I called or texted. This is the second time I used this company, but this experience didn't feel like consistent with past service.
