I want to be fair with this review, so I'm going to lay out exactly what happened and let you decide for yourself. The Good: Zed runs a no-nonsense operation. No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership. read more

I bought a 2016.5 Tesla Model S from this family owned business and would rate their service a 10 of 10. The owner ran a Lexus dealer for years before opening up his own dealership with his sons. They sold various luxury brands until they decided to focus exclusively on previously owned Tesla's. Great for us as customers as I had previous spent hours scouring the web looking for lease returns. The Tesla website had some cars but you have to put down a deposit sight unseen and then hope it looks like the pictures. Forget that. Call me old fashioned, but I want to talk to a person face to face and see, touch & feel the car. They just flipped me the keys and said take it for a spin, that easy. Their service was excellent and they were very patient with all my EV questions. Go here first and you won't regret it. I had researched Teslas on consumer reports, watched tons of youbtube videos and they are all true..this car rocks. This is a revolutionary car and a much more reasonable value vs buying new. Let me start by saying the guys are really great and if my car didn't have problems it would've been an ideal experience. They helped me with the cost and were very accommodating.. My issue isn't with them at all... It's the "As-is"... They did great sending me an ev convertor and communicated with me to help and i'm grateful. That said I bought the car a little over a week ago and what was completely my fault is that i trusted the reviews and trusted they THROUGHLY INSPECTED THE CAR!..." When i called them to tell them my window was broken they told me to look online (which is what i would say because it didn't seem like a big issue and apparently is a first for them) I did everything online and its definitely the motor... Keep in mind i haven't rolled down the windows or tested it before i bought it because i ASSUMED they would... When i let them know they apologized and said "as is"... there is nothing they can do (which is never true)... if i take it to tesla its going to cost me over 700! and that's coming from someone who works for tesla... while i can buy the part for about 100-150 dollars i have to figure out how to do it!... Keep in mind i just bought my car and it was the first time i rolled down my windows... I assumed they throughly inspected the car!... Small issue is that the driver side spring is squeaking or something like crazy!... while i understand that is normal down the line... I've never had that for a car I just bought!... So i need to have someone check the bushings or whatever THAT could be... I just find it really unfair that i just bought the car and i have normal little issues that should've been fixed before I BOUGHT IT... That part i'm really disappointed... It's gonna end up costing me more money i didn't know i had to spend a week into owning something i truly love... It's a beautiful car... Small note to buyers with any used car you buy... Make sure you throughly inspect the car and have a "checklist" before you buy and if you want to know my experience its six 2 six 367 six 5 six 2... Jordan I wrestled for a couple days even to do a yelp review (they take work and I rarely do them) because like i said they are great! if it wasn't for their "As-is" and just the normal help you would receive from pretty much any dealer that sells cars with their Yelp reviews...
