At my most recent appointment, I was unfortunately about 20 minutes late. I did call ahead to let them know, and I completely understand that being late impacts scheduling. I take full responsibility for that and truly respect everyone's time. That said, when I arrived, I felt that my wax specialist's demeanor was noticeably rushed and cold compared to my past visits. She let me know she wouldn't be able to complete all of the services due to my lateness, which I understood. I was then passed to another specialist who ended up being great and very kind. What stood out to me was the difference in energy...during my service things felt tense and short, yet I could hear her being very giddy and talkative with her next client. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially since I already felt bad about being late. I've had many good experiences here over the years, so this was just an unfortunate first negative one. I believe in accountability, but I also value professionalism and kindness, even when things don't go perfectly. I hope this was just an off day.

I love how easy it is to wake up in the morning, put on blush and lipgloss and head to work. No eyeliner or mascara needed. No eyeshadow. The lashes are enough! Sharay is a sweetie! She took her time to explain to me the types of looks she could achieve with my eye shape. I was booked for an hour and half to two hours and she spent three hours and 15 minutes on me because I have so many natural lashes and she wanted to make sure she filled each one. She gets her lashes done here and swears by them (and hers look great). I was sort of nervous, I just wanted natural looking lashes, I didn't want to "Look" like I had fake lashes on. I discussed what I wanted with Sharay and she went to work. I got a full set (takes about 2 hours). The result is long lush curled lashes. For older woman the curl of the lash gives your eye a much needed lift. I felt I could go out without wearing any makeup most days. I LOVE not having to wear mascara...and better yet not wake up with raccoon eyes even when you have washed your face. My lashes lasted a Long time. Even through my beach vacation - well over a a month after I'd gotten my set. I was in the water constantly for 5 days. I'll be going back, it's worth the $.
