I did a full face wax with Rosemary. Before starting the procedure, she told me there would be a risk of breaking out for a few days, and I said ok. I never had an issue waxing before and knew the risks. When the process was complete, I got up and looked in the mirror and my face had small bumps/hives. I asked Rosemary what they were and she said I'm having an allergic reaction, and recommended that I take Benadryl before waxing my face again.... I thought, OK, this is temporary. 3 days later and the hives have disappeared but my face has tiny acne bumps all over and it is ITCHY as hell. I don't know how long this will last for but it's not worth the money I paid. I wish Rosemary told me that I was having an allergic reaction WHILE she was waxing my face. I only found out after I looked in the mirror and had to ask what that was. She also missed a lot of the micro-hairs on my upper lip (and I usually thread my face which does a much better job of removing fine hairs). She is a really kind and sweet person but my sensitive skin did not react well to her products and waxing and I ruined a perfectly fine face for a painfully itchy acne-prone one. Rosemary is very nice and if I was rating on personality and the salon itself this reviews would've been 5 stars That said, the lash lift was an incredibly painful experience. Chemicals got in my eyes at the beginning and rosemary kept reassuring me that these chemicals are designed for your eyes and the burning is okay.. over the course of the half hour treatment my eyes burned mildly to uncontrollably, I was very verbal about this and was repeatedly told burning is normal, that the chemicals burning my eyes were fine. To clarify this wasn't the fumes burning my eyes, or the smell, this was chemical in my eyes.. towards the end of the treatment I couldn't stop squinting that only worked to get MORE chemicals in my eyes I have researched since and everything says to IMMEDIATELY FLUSH when chemicals are in the eyes and was really bad for me. Once I left I flushed my eyes 4 times and the burning stopped within 24 hours I am not upset that accidents happen and something got in my eye, I am upset that I spent 30 minutes with damaging chemicals in my eyes and was told to ignore it I probably stayed when I should have walked out since rosemary was very reassuring and sweet so I felt like maybe she was right about the chemicals leaking in my eyes being okay The icing on the cake is the procedure damaged my eyelashes and are bending back into my eyes (round instead of curled). To be fair rosemary did offer to fix this but I'm terrified of getting these chemicals in my eyes again so I will just wait it out... my eyelashes are broken and damaged from the process Do yourself a favor and just get lash extensions, less painful and less damaging and a whole lot better results Update 3 weeks later Most of my eyelashes are broken and destroyed Worst beauty treatment.. ever read more

I found this place on yelp because it was close to my job and needed to get my brows done asap. I texted Rosemary an hour before I wanted to come in and she was so accommodating and said I could! She fit me in last minute and that is hard to find. I'm so happy I came to her because my brows look great and she took her time making sure they did.
