Update! I continue to go here and love it. The server Lin (idk how to spell it) has been our server everytime and she's a boss at her job! Moving out of town and will be sure to visit everytime i return, it truly is a gem. I get something new everytime I go and everytime I'm there I am in crisis because seriously there are so many good options. I love this place so much!! Visiting from out of town and they suggested we try it. We ordered the Pad Kee Maw with beef at a medium spice level and ordered some garlic edamame. The food was too good forgot to take a picture. They send the wrong food and when I called they said the driver will be back only in a hour. I drove to pick it up and used for a refund for the delivery and the rude lady said its not them its a thered party doing the delivery. When I got home I opened the food and again they made a mistake ans made the wrong food. When I called again the rude lady at they restaurant did not want to give me credit for it at all and was very rude. They will not see me again in this restaurant ever again. read more

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this hidden gem sooner. I've been here a few times already and each time I've had wonderful experiences. Apparently, it's pretty popular amongst the Thai community as they all have told me the dishes are quite authentic. I recently stopped by for take-out but have been here for dine-in during the pandemic and know that they have been abiding by guidelines and taking extra precautions. The place is small with very few tables to begin with. But the tables are spread out. And they don't allow take out customers to walk in more than the front entrance where they have a table set up to assist them. Hand sanitizers at the table along with sanitized pens box as well as a separate used pens box for signing. About the food... so I always get intimidated by the menu because I can't pronounce the dishes. I normally have my friends order whatever and I just eat. It really doesn't matter what they order because I haven't tried a dish I didn't like. But... with that said, at this point, there are a few staples that I do love there and now remembered the names. My recommendations are: Apps/salads: the fried pork ribs n garlic were bomb, moo-ping and sticky rice (pork belly skewers), papaya salad, Zabb chicken salad (considered an entree Bc it comes with rice also) Entrees: Pad Thai was solid. The shrimp/pineapple fried rice and special house fried rice were good. The crying tiger (sliced rib eye) was good too. But just make sure it's cooked right. Ours came out a little more cooked then we asked for. But the flavor was good. Dessert: I tried a few desserts. But I definitely loved the mango sticky rice. It's a strange concept to have rice for dessert and mango compared to other (more delectable) desserts but I highly recommend you try it. The combination was super yum. Really cool little hidden gem in the loggers run plaza. It has a big menu with way more dishes than the regular run of the mill Thai restaurant. The server was really helpful with describing the foods and recommending good dishes bc we were really satisfied with what we got. #1 recommendation is the boat noodle soup. Sen Thai Restaurant is located in West Boca Raton, Palmetto Park Rd. It is a hidden gem. I have taken home food from Sen and this was my first time eating inside. Sen has a good following. My friend and I enjoyed our dinners. We ordered Golden Bags; cheese filled dumplings, the filling was different than the normal Crab Rangoon. My friend ordered Lad Na with scallops and dried noodles. I ordered Boat Noodle soup. (The beef and meat balls were well done but the soup was only warm and I returned the soup as I didn't want it just reheated and I changed my order to Chicken Pad Thai which was hot and delicious. The server was very kind and she did not have a problem with the return of the soup to the kitchen. I would try this restaurant again. read more

My favorite Thai restaurant in Florida! If you're looking for authentic, home cooked Thai food then Sen is an absolute must. You have to try the Khao soi, it's as good as the real thing from Chiang Mai (I swear!) The Nam Sod is out of this world... Different from the American Thai restaurants. You won't be disappointed. I came here after I brought my kids to Lalaland next door. After checking out the menu I already felt like I hit the jackpot. I'm always in a hunt for good Thai restaurants. Their menu was so easy to read and wasn't overwhelming at all compared to other restaurants that put so many mediocre items in the menu "booklet" which weakens the focus on their specialties. I ordered fireballs on stick for my appetizer and Boat noodles with pork for lunch. The fireballs were amazing. The fish balls were my favorite and the sauce was really good. The boat noodles was definitely something to come back multiple times for. It was unfortunate that they don't serve the crispy pork belly during lunch but the regular pork with the pork rinds were as good as I imagine the pork belly would be. For dessert, I ordered the mango with sticky rice. Don't leave without ordering this because you'll definitely miss out on a good dish. One thing I noticed though is that there was only one person working as a server for lunch. The place was busy and there were definitely take out orders handed out nonstop. This is a great little place for tasty Thai food. Their noodles are always cooked well and the flavors stand out. One of my favorite dishes is their Mango and Sweet Sticky Rice desert. You can only get is for a few months in the late spring ans early summer when the fresh mangoes are available. They use perfectly ripe and non-stringy mangoes. The contrast of the cold mangoes and warm sticky rice with a sweet coconut syrup is wonderful. Sometimes my daughter and I just stop in for desert. read more

Does not look too impressive from outside, however we were impressed. Due to the pandemic we are only going to places that are quiet and not very populated so appreciated that they were not crowded. Since moving to Florida, I have struggled to find decent Thai food. Not that I've tried all places, but those that I have given a shot, have left me disappointed. I'm in Central Fl, but have family in South Fl and was itching for some asian food. I Yelped and found this place - had it delivered (Delivery Dudes) for me and my mom... and YAYYY I have found some good Thai! Granted I have to drive 3 hours to get it, but at least now I know where to order from when I head down there! What we had: Green curry fried rice w/ pork: This was my FAVORITE of the 3 dishes we ordered. It reminded me of Singapore mai fun noodles but in rice form. The rice was flavorful, not greasy or heavy. My only 'issue' was the pork. It wasn't roast pork or anything - I think next time I'd just do chicken. Would love if they offered a shrimp option. Still, hands down my fave! Pad See Ew w/ Shrimp: So, this is what I really wanted to have! I've noticed that in all the other Thai spots I've tried in Orlando, they don't use the wide rice noodles I'm used to from NYC Thai restaurants. Sen does and I appreciate that! That being said, this dish was good...but, I have had better Pad See Ew. I loved the other dishes though so much, that I'm not mad that I didn't LOOOVE the Pad See Ew. We drove by this place and decided to give it a try. We ordered Massaman curry (top) and Boat noodles (bottom), they both tasted amazing and very well seasoned. Major disappointment. We called here around 6:15 and they said 30 minutes until our food was done. We went shopping and dragged our feet as much as we could to give extra time. I showed up at 7:05 and was told the good wasn't done yet. Supposedly still waiting on rice. I went back to my car and waited another 25 minutes before the woman came to the window and indicated to me to come back because the food was ready. There were three other people waiting outside, two unfortunate souls that had just ordered, and one who apparently had ordered before me and had gotten so fed up that he chose to go to the Wendy's drive through instead of wait there any longer. By far the best Thai food in the area. We really enjoyed it, so much better than the Not-Thai and Sushi place that was there before. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, and given time, I expect the food will get better with age. I really want to support this place and want it to be around a long time, but I hate B/S reviews, so here goes... The Service was really friendly and informative. The reason for 4* and not 5* was the price to value ratio. Whereas the food is better than average, good, it's not Great (yet) and the portions are Lunch size really. My Rule Book tells me I need at least one of those two for it to earn 5*s from me. We will certainly be back, hopefully I will get to give it 5* next time. read more

The best Thai! I grew up in a area with some of the best Thai restaurants (DC area) and since moving to FL over ten years ago - finding really good Thai food is impossible. Everywhere locally sells a mixture of Asian- Thai, Japanese, Chinese... a real Thai restaurant focuses just on Thai (in my onion). It just makes it more authentic!! Anyway everything we've tried has been delicious but I especially love the Pad Kee mow and their Tom yum shrimp soup!! They also have great customer service which can be hard to find these days!
