I recently switched dentists after my mom had recommended I see Dr Mariano. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how professional and nice everyone is here. From the front desk person to the assistants to Dr Mariano herself, everyone was fantastic! I came in for a basic cleaning since I was overdue for one, but also got X-rays and teeth scans, as well as a few recommendations on what I should take care of for the next visit. Dr Mariano pointed out that I had 2 tiny cavities that she said she would be able to take care of on my next visit which was nice, plus it was cool to be able to see it from the teeth scans that her assistants had done to give me a better idea of why and where the cavities were forming. Another thing I really like about this dentist office is that they're really good about reminding you about your next appointment, and they don't overbook, so you know you're getting quality care and attention. Came here for a standard dental cleaning. As a new patient, they did X-rays and scan as well. Everything was covered by insurance (they checked beforehand to ensure it was covered). I appreciated the fact that they kept checking on my comfort and were very gentle. Dr. Mariano did notice that I had early stage gum disease and said that I might need a deep cleaning next time if I didn't keep up with flossing. I appreciated that she didn't try to upsell me, and gave me guidance instead. It's a small office but very clean. My appointment started on time and I was in and out in an hour 15. Came to this dentist clinic for a couple years. Every single visit the dentist was trying to sell any type of service. According to her, I didn't have health issues regarding my teeth. Still, she kept pushing me to either get braces or do whitening or something else. Just came out of my new dentist appointment. It seems I have an infection and my root canal is leaking. My husband was told today he has a 50% chance of loosing a tooth because the previous dentist didn't fill the root canal properly. New dentist was shocked no one identified this before. After many a painful (to my wallet, my mouth, and my sensitive spirit) visit to other dentists, I can say without hesitation that this place is the best. The staff is friendly and remembers everyone by name. They have a clean and well maintained facility. And really the topper is that they truly care. Yes, it is a business, and they do need to make money, but time and time again they have saved me money by going the cheaper route - while at the same time giving me top quality care. They simply do not gouge you. Or do work that does not need to be done to get an extra buck. They care, they are friendly, they won't rip you off, and you will come out with a smile because you feel good when you leave. I didn't know what I was missing out on until I had Dr. Mariano give me a check up, cleaning and cavity fillings. It's evident that my last Dentist didn't have enough instinct that a cavity she updated and filled had in fact a much deeper problem which affected the tooth right next to it. Dr. Mariano was able to identify it, and rather than just fill it - actually truly fixed the root of the problem. (Pardon the pun!) The bad taste and breath I experienced for so long now taken care of. She and her staff have great chemistry, and I as a patient I was able to reap the reward. From the time I enter, to then start/finish my treatment - they are on point, precise, and confirming that I feel good about each appointment. Dr. Mariano definitely has a PRECISE & GENTLE HANDS almost as if she does know how far or when as my experience of her treatment was effortless on my part as a patient -during and after.
