After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Note this is a local small business and sometimes they don't reply within the next few hours. For our family, we want to support local businesses and deal with a real person than a giant call center. This is one of the reasons we love Priority Maids as they're bigger than just a single person but still small enough where we get that personalized touch of service.

This resulted in her having to stay over what she originally estimated the work for, and she completed it despite having an appointment with her family that afternoon. I was very grateful because my place was a complete mess, and having just gotten back from a trip did not have the energy to finish it up. Her work is very detailed, she wiped down the walls without me even asking since she noticed that there was layer of powder from the fumigation. I requested that she vacuum each area twice which she gladly did.
