The ambience, and your facilities, the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, showers were all great. I was honestly disappointed by my massage. My masseuse Antoinette asked me which area I wanted her to focus on, and I said my shoulders. She asked if I worked on a computer (I said yes); then she tried to talk me into changing from my swedish massage to deep tissue massage for $10 more. I told her I didn't like deep tissue and she tried to convince me that "we're not going to put you in pain". After this, when she was selecting the massage oils, she also tried to upsell me on a more expensive oil option. And then when she finally worked on me, it felt like the pressure just wasn't strong enough, and the whole time I'm thinking it was because she wanted me to upgrade to a deep tissue. This is my happy place when I need a reset. Guests are able to use the facilities for the day with a treatment. We went the day after Valentine's for a couple massage. It was the first day in several months the full remodeled facility was open. I was expecting a vastly different experience due to how long the remodel took. It was clean and more minimalist decor than before. I preferred the round lounge chairs in the communal sanctuary, rather than the two couches that were pressed against the wall... like they were in time out in a dental office. The steam room was new, but eucalyptus smell was overpowering. I thought perhaps it was a cleaning chemical. After reading the description, this was the intended smell. The sauna was new and very nice. As far as the service went. It was average. We have never had massages that started at the feet. This is where a massage usually ends. It started at the feet and moved up the legs. Then from the shoulders to lower back. It felt like tension was left in the middle of the body rather than a head to toe flow. No work on the gluteus mussels. Customers are paying for the use of the facilities. If you are looking for an average massage, and a day of escape and relaxing at an exorbitant cost. Service Requested (and Experience) - 5/10 I'm trying to keep a positive attitude because I realize things tend to happen that are out of our control, but I came to the spa with my sisters for a girls day and we all booked 90 min deep tissue massages at the same exact time with a plan to enjoy the spa amenities afterward before heading to lunch. Our appointment time arrived and my sisters were escorted away for their massages. A bit of time passed as I was left wondering what was going on and when my therapist would arrive. About 15-20 mins past the time, I walked to the front desk where I was met by the manager who informed me that my therapist wouldn't be coming and that she was working to figure something out. More time passed and 38 mins past my original appointment time, the same manager walked back to let me know that they would be able to get me in at 9:30am but for a 60 min deep tissue. Talk about being disappointed; however I remained positive as she told me that they would comp my visit. I requested that they inform my sisters of the situation which they confirmed they would. Fast forward to the end of my massage, an hour after my original massage was supposed to end. I went to look for my sisters because I had not seen them and ran into the receptionist who apologized and offered me another complimentary sparkling wine. I asked her if the girls had come out yet and she replied yes but didn't offer any additional information so I assumed that they were in the lobby. I called and called to see where the girls were and went ahead and started getting dressed since we had lunch plans. I went on to my car and continued to call the girls and then something told me to go back into the spa to inquire where they were again and when I asked the same receptionist, she told me that they were in the sanctuary area but didn't mention it to me because she thought I had somewhere to go because I was getting dressed . The girls were told that I would be brought out to the sanctuary (which I was not) and had been waiting there the entire time- unable to enjoy the amenities. Quality - 7/10 With how unfortunate of a situation this was, my massage therapist tried making up for the mishap. She extended my massage time by a few mins. The massage was good and the pressure provided during my service offered some relief on some sore areas of my arms and legs. I came here for a much needed massage and facial for a spa day. This is my second time here and I can highly recommend them for any self care services. Booking is always easy online and they'll confirm by phone the day before. After checking in at the front desk I was given a quick tour of their rooms and where to wait for my massage therapist. They have lovely flavored water in each room and snacks offered were a bowl of fresh fruit, biscotti, dried fruit and nuts and chocolate covered almonds. The locker and changing rooms are immaculate and they offer very nice soaps and lotions. They have both individual gendered areas as well as a coed space with a nice outside area to lounge. I went with a 60 minute prenatal massage and requested deep tissue pressure and a 60 minute facial. Shout-out to Trevor, my massage was phenomenal and he was able to work out all the knots and tension I had despite the side lying position needed for prenatal massages. I left feeling very relaxed and pain free. For 60 minutes you get a full body massage even if you ask for specific areas to be worked on. This is great since sometimes I worry the therapist will skip over anything I don't specifically ask for. The facial was also incredible. I missed her name but my esthetician was great at explaining her treatment options and what she recommended for my skin and why. She was also very considerate in picking products safe for my skin. The facial was so relaxing I fell asleep during one point. The head and arms massage alone made it worth it. I'll definitely keep coming back. The prices are higher end but you get what you pay for. The service is always very courteous and the spa itself is for relaxing with their fresh flowers, decor and soft music. read more

Surrounded by picturesque mountain views, this spa is the perfect location to spend a day pampering yourself or celebrating a special occasion. Most recently, I enjoyed a spa day, a birthday gift from my husband. It was an incredibly relaxing and peaceful experience. I enjoyed a 90-minute Swedish massage, although the pressure was slightly more firm than I had hoped. Additionally, I loved relaxing in the cozy relaxation area and private outdoor courtyard and using the amenities, such as the sauna and steam room. Complimentary champagne, tea, and light snacks are also provided for you. My only comment about Sense is that they should offer more of an extensive menu for food besides the complementary light snacks available. Great facilities, the front staff was nice, but a few things that (for this price point) did not live up to Rosewood's reputation: First, my 90 minute Swedish massage wasn't a Swedish massage. It was a strange acupressure, almost Thai massage where the masseuse would hold a pressure point for 30 seconds. Ended up cutting the massage a little short. Second, he seemed very inexperienced. For a full minute towards the end, was walking around and opening/closing drawers trying to figure out where the eye masks were. The eye mask then fell off at some point afterwards onto the floor, and he picked it up and put it back on my face. So I just took it off. Great steam room, sauna, and showers. There were people cleaning up constantly. But that massage was the reason I came in the first place, and it was beyond disappointing. When I shared what happened, the manager did give a discount as a token of apology, but I still paid way more than I should have for a massage I didn't sign up for. read more

I had an experience in July 2023 that ruined my opinion of the Spa. Every treatment professional has been incredible. The bad treatment we received from a member of the front desk staff left a dark cloud over a nice experience. The front desk worker was female with very long nails and dark hair. Very very long nails. She checked us in and was basically pleasant although not happy. She sped through her routine speech about locker rooms so fast and inarticulately that she had to repeat it. She said "you know the locker room, right?" In a tone telling us don't ask questions. She was not welcoming at all. When we went to check out, she said to us without looking up "Can I help you?" In a very angry ungracious inhospitable unfriendly tone. We were taken aback at the rudeness and felt anger radiating from her. I looked at the other woman working the front desk and she did not look up or acknowledge. She checked us in, we were the only people in the spa, and she seemed like we were inconveniencing her. We spent a lot to us money for two treatments. Her treatment of us was so off putting and rude my friend and I looked at each other and wanted to get out asap. I think I messed up my tip because of that and feel bad for the treatment professional. Makes me want to go elsewhere. Makes me sad not only for us but for how she must be treating others. Had a wonderful experience here, starting with a pre-appointment sauna and steam and then indulging in our 90-minute body treatments. The treatment started with a really lovely foot scrub/wash, which was pleasantly all done while laying on the luxurious bed. The dry brush was a nice touch. Then the main portion and last part was a full body massage that was glorious and really worked out some tight spots while still being very relaxing and enjoyable. Seriously did not want to leave. I went to Sense today for an afternoon of pampering. Being a mom is tough, and I needed a few hours to myself to relax. I had high expectations for the spa, considering the prices and location. I've been to Rosewood several times to dine at the restaurant, but this was my first time going to their spa. If you haven't been before, make sure you park at the opposite end of the self-parking lot. I parked here and walked to the lobby, then realized I needed to get back in my car and park closer to Sense. I really liked how there was so much natural light throughout. Whenever I go to spas, I find them too dark. Sense had lots of windows and sunlight to brighten the space. All of the amenities were clean, well-maintained, and fairly new looking. You should definitely set aside a few hours to get your money's worth. Get to the spa early, lounge around in your robe, get a massage, and then continue to enjoy the jacuzzi/steam/sauna/showers. I appreciated the complimentary glass of champagne, but I would have liked to see a few more beverages and snacks available. There was spa water, tea, dried cranberries, and almonds. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or a few more drinks to choose from. Overall, I may prefer going to Burke Williams because I feel like it's a better value. But I'm glad I tried Sense for something new! Make sure you get Spafinder giftcards at Costco ($80 for $100) before coming. read more

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. From check in to check out: Yelp tips help because no one from the Spa tells you where to park and the address has many areas. It is all the way around driving towards the back. I had a gift card for a 90 min massage. About 300 plus tip. The masseuse was amazing and had me snoring in minutes. Paying attention to my sore areas and treating other areas I didnt even know were affected. We started very punctual and same with the ending. She was always soft spoken and calm. My friend and I used the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. They have everything for showering. No need the bring just your bathing suit and clothes. They have complimentary dries fruit packets and nuts as well as tea and cucumber water throughout. Come early and enjoy all these amenities. Why did we ding them 1 star?? Because my friend booked our appointments and the facial she chose was $250, yet upon check out she was charged $350 and no one told us about that price increase. The receptionist just said that was the price. They were lucky she could pay it but that may not always be the same situation. Then we got call on the way home from the Spa saying they were sorry and that they are having trouble with the website but yet offered nothing for the mistake. Have visited this spa a few times over the years. A few weeks ago, I got a wonderful pedicure, but when checking out returned the product I was sold after my facial months before. I explained that the very expensive product gave me a rash that took over a month to heal. The receptionist said they would give the product bottle to management and pass along my message. We arrived after having brunch at Madera onsite at the Rosewood and were in good spirits, only to be met by the one of the receptionists - the female presenting one - who had the attitude of a sullen teenager and who I had to suffer through a brief tour of the facilities with. She totally killed the vibe from brunch. My friend simultaneously checked in with the male presenting receptionist who was super warm and friendly. My massage was with Elena and she was wonderful! Great service and attitude and technique. I fell asleep during the massage. The facility was clean and well maintained, although I found the hot tube, steam and sauna facilities to be on the smaller side. 1 star off for the unpleasant receptionist (I spoke to the manager at check out and she didn't seem to care) and 1 star off for the price which was high given the facilities. read more

I've only had the luxury of visiting this spa once. If I had to describe my experience in one word I'd say (California) decadent. I know two words - don't come at me. The facilities were impeccably kept and oh so relaxing. The spa water hit the spot while we waited for our services in the private hot tub. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage. There were several aromatherapy essential oils to choose from which I thought was a nice touch. My therapist used just enough pressure to get some of those computer neck knots out but did so in a way that wasn't painful. Magic touch for real. Normally I wouldn't give a spa like this 5 stars. It is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are generally nice, but I dare say it seems boldly overpriced to me. Generally the quality of massage I've received is good, but not miles beyond what you can get at other places for much less. The bathrooms are never quite as clean and well stocked as one would like. The private pilates studio has no window coverings, so we are constantly trying to hang up jackets or find creative ways of keeping the sun out of my eyes during the workout. However, having said that, I'm giving it five stars because of the exercise instructors/coaches. Sandy, Traci (not sure I'm spelling her name right), and Morgan are really energetic and fun. My step mother has Alzheimer's and the amount of care and compassion and dedication they have given as she progresses on her path is phenomenal. It is one thing to be a good exercise instructor for healthy well-abled bodies, but to be able to shift and accommodate people with very special and every changing needs is outstanding. I'm so grateful for Morgan particularly, who's class I attend fairly regularly. As my step mother's abilities decline Morgan is able to help her move and guide her in the exercises while still being very positive and using language and cues to help her feel empowered, all while having a whole lot of fun *and* making sure I get a good workout! I know these workouts won't be possible forever, but because of the amazing fitness staff, we have been able to participate in them far longer than we would have ever imagined. read more

I LOVE this place. My best girlfriends and I spent a weekend at the Rosewood Inn for two of their birthdays a few years ago and I've returned a couple of times since then. If you need some time to destress and treat yourself, Sense is a great place! They have great amenities such as a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a relaxation area. I had a disappointing experience at this spa over the summer which was meant to be a special birthday treat for my mom. First off, we were not informed of ongoing construction. When I dropped off my mom for her spa day that was when we learned of the spa closure. We had to search the entire property for the new location which was in a small hotel room. The reception area was stuffy with an old smell and distracting music . The makeshift outdoor lounge was overlooked by gardeners and leaf blowers, adding to the overall lack of tranquility. To make matters worse, the front desk receptionist was unwelcoming and had a noticeably bad attitude. Now that I think of it, she might have been the same receptionist we encountered last year when I came in for a spa day with girlfriends. I tried to keep an uplifting attitude for my mom, but I was so upset that this was the experience we were greeted with on her special day. My mom said her massage was good but I wasn't convinced by the look on her face when I picked her up. She also mentioned she was not allowed to shower which was upsetting because they told us at check-in that all the rooms have their own bathroom and she'd be able to shower after her massage. When I came to pick up my mom and pay before she came out, the small reception area was chaotic. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to this time since my colleague recently shared her similar experience with me which I'll let her share if she chooses to. I added a pity star for their effort for trying to stay open during construction, but their temporary setup is definitely a sad one. A day of relaxation completely ruined by a chipped tooth from the biscotti they served! While my massage therapist was good, (as they should be for the price of the services) the overall experience was totally lacking. Aside from damaging my tooth, their facility was surprisingly disappointing. On the women's side, they have a small outdoor area with a few couches that look into nothing, no view, just a wall. Oh, and you can hear the nice hum of cars passing on the freeway. They also have the tiniest jacuzzi that makes it feel crowded if there's more than one person in there. To make things worse, clothing is optional here so if there's someone in there sporting their birthday suit (and you know it's always going to be THAT person that should def be covered up), then they end up claiming that intimate space all to themselves. Sense has extensive menu of massages, facials, body and detox treatments as well as the finishing touches such as manicures and pedicures - If you are in the market to do so, could make a full day at the spa and be pampered from head to toe. Be advised - Sense is not the place you go for your monthly massage - It is a bit pricey - But well worth it for a special occasion. The website will give you an in depth description of each and every service - However, I'd suggest calling to book your appointment as the "Book Treatment" option is not very user friendly. In my eyes, the Customer Service is almost just as important as the actual treatment itself. From the moment the Spa Receptionist answered the phone to take my reservation, to the greeting I received the second I walked in the door, to my Spa Technician, to my checkout process at the end - Each and every team member that I came across was nothing short of friendly, welcoming and treated me with the utmost respect. A+ on the Customer Service side! Let's cut to the day of your visit. Once you check in, you will be given a rundown of where everything is located (i.e.: the changing area, the steam and sauna, the relaxation area, etc) and escorted directly to the mens and/or women's changing area. You are able to choose your own code in order to utilize the lockers - You will want to have a place to store your belongings while you are enjoying your treatments. After changing into a robe and slippers you will make your way to the relaxation area and wait for your Spa Technician to come and grab you. **Side Note - Since it was a special occasion, I received a complimentary glass of Champagne (BIG bonus in my book). I was then escorted into my treatment room - The lights are dimmed, the sound of relaxing meditation music fills the room and the calming smell of lavender fills the air - The perfect space for relaxation. My technician was beyond incredible - Just the right amount of pressure and knew that I wanted to zone out (so very minimal chit chat - Just checking in to be sure that the pressure was ok). After an amazing 90-minute Hot Stone Massage, I opted to relax in the lounge for a few minutes before hitting the steam and sauna. Tip - Be sure to use the essential oil infused spray provided for the steam and sauna - The eucalyptus is the way to go! After such a wonderfully relaxing day, I was sure to purchase a gift certificate for my husband so that he could relax and unwind as well. Prior to booking any spa service (not just here at Sense Spa, but anywhere) - Be sure that you check out the Etiquette and Policies (as many spas have strict cancellation policies and spa behavior guidelines). Extremely poor service. I had 10am massage appt. Got a text less than two days before the appt asking if I could take the 8am slot on the same day instead, and they would offer a 30% discount. I replied 2hrs later (as it was a weekday and I was in meetings) and said I will keep my original 10am time, to which I got a curt text (no apology whatsoever) reply saying the 10am slot is no longer available and that they would offer a 50% discount to move my slot to 8am on the same day or another day. I have frequented the rosewood sense spa (now asaya) for 10+ years. This is supposed to be a luxury spa establishment but their service recently is worse than the airlines, offering vouchers for last minute cancellations and schedule hiccups without explanation or apology. Their service and quality of massages/therapists have gone way down in the last couple years, while the prices keeps going up. I would avoid this place entirely. read more

Went for a hot stone and facial. Left with a complex and COVID. Truly, I'll look back at my experience and laugh at the audacity of it all, but for the purposes of needing to get this off my chest... 1. The quality and sizing of their robes are terrible for a "luxury" spa. Taken to a locker, I was told "if the robe inside doesn't fit, you can look in the other open lockers for another size." Wait, what? I have to search for a robe? Okay, that's a first... all robes in lockers were a size M or L. I polity asked the front desk for a larger size. They had to go into a back room to get me an XL, which was snug and not what anyone wants from a spa experience. (As a reference point, I wear a woman's size XL, 16-18). But okay... your robes run small. I ask again, can I get a bigger one? Even a men's robe? Front desk says, "we gave you an XL, that IS a men's size." At this point, I'm deep breathing to prevent myself from going off. They end up giving me a "members" robe which was LUXURIOUS and lovely and completely different than the worn, small, scratchy ones the lowly customers paying a small fortune seem to get here. 2. Off to my Hot Stone, which should be called--- the Stone. The masseuse explains their "crock pot" (Yes, you heard that right) is on the fritz. Some stones are warm, some are not, but none were hot. All in all, this was a very good massage apart from the tepid stones. 3. I booked these appointments back to back, but was told my facial would start in 90 minutes. Hmmmm. Well, with my kindle in hand, I made the most of the wait and did enjoy the near empty facilities. The outdoor hot tub was a great feature on a beautiful day and the quiet relaxation room was a nice place to pass the time. 4. On to the facial---an hour long marketing experience. This included pushing a 3oz tube of sunscreen that costs $75. I'm good. I'm really good. I enjoyed the 15 minute speech about products at the end, which left me in a blissful (NOT) spa high. 5. Check-Out proved interesting as well. You will be asked to verbally say how much you want to tip. I had to ask the person to tell me what each service costs, as I was only told the total. Looking back, I'm curious if gratuity was already included. At the time, I asked them to e-mail me a receipt, which they said they would. The numbers just don't add up for me... I had a $310 gift certificate, but still paid over $400 out of pocket. It's been 10+ days and no email. I called to request this an hour ago and they said they would send it, so we'll see... 6. The icing on the cake---after coming to this spa on May 28, I tested positive for Covid on June 1. I did not have any other exposure. I wore my mask in the lounge and between services, but had it off for the luke-warm stone massage (the woman there did not wear a mask) and the facial (the woman there didn't have it on for her marketing speeches pre and post, but put one on for the actual service). While we can never be certain, and it's a gamble I elected to take, I suspect this is where I caught Covid. I love a great spa day, but unfortunately this place didn't live up. After changing, they put me in a couples room, alone, and put my wife in a shoebox-sized single room. My friend and I booked a 60 minute Swedish message. The locker room was clean organized nice. The message was fine. The issue is, there are no food or drinks in the spa, there is a tiny little hot tub in the patio that fits two people. So, we spent $300 each, for an hour massage, and there was nothing to do beyond the massage unlike at other expensive day spas. There is no access any longer to the gym or pool which they used to offer, and you can no longer order food or drinks to the spa patios. It's taken awhile to write this review. Only now that I am sitting here, tensely with my shoulders up to my ears, daydreaming of a return to Sense do I finally pen my thoughts. The Rosewood Hotel itself is a hidden gem. A trip to an almost Tahoe-esque landscaped escape. I can't believe I've gotten off the freeway for years and never knew about it until we investigated places for a birthday massage. From the second we walked in (yes, the spa is quite a walk from the lobby), we were waited on hand, foot, and chandelier...okay just threw that last term in there! But, you know what I mean! This place is luxurious. Relaxation encompassed in one place. Before and after your services, you are free to use the sauna, hot tub, and all the locker room amenities...although locker room makes it sound like an old sports gym and this is anything but! Catering to every single need, you can sip cooling grapefruit water and munch on antioxidant filled dark chocolate reading a magazine. The experience itself is worth it. Okay now to the massage. Honestly, it wasn't the best massage ever. Weirdly enough, my school wellness center, which is more of a sports massage, is the only one I can say has truly gotten out every kink. But, the massage therapist was very cognizant of making sure I was comfortable and providing a relaxing experience. So it was good, relaxing and tension relieving, but not the best massage ever. Since the S.O. and I were in dire need of a getaway... we decided that a hike (didn't know it was going to be that grueling...) and a nice couple's massage would suffice for now... and indeed it was! We came here 30 mins from our scheduled appointment but they were nice enough to accommodate us still. We walked in all stinky (it was hot day with lots of dust in our skin...) and they allowed us to take a shower first (for their own sake I think...) Ambiance and setting: wow. It was really serene and a nice spa feel. The women lounge section was clean and had all the amenities for every woman's needs. The shower was awesome ... raindrops! I had to take a moment to absorb all of what I accomplished that day and the shower allowed me to relax and mentally prepare myself to enjoy the massage. I was told to meet the S.O. at the coed lounge. Water, tea and little snacks was available for its patrons. I met our masseuses and told me to relax and they pointed out that I got sunburned. I finally met the S.O. (he was lost...in his own translation) and we went to the couple's suite at the back. OMG. The room itself was awesome! I wished we had more time to actually use the room amenities but that's next time. I forgot the name of my masseuse but she was fixed all my quirks in my back, shoulders, neck and especially my legs. She did an amazing job massaging my feet! She asked a couple of times if the pressure was ok and indeed it was. The sunburned section was addressed gently... my calves... was in heaven! Overall, the S.O. and I came out of that massage in "aloha" mode indeed! Definitely a nice place to spend "quiet" time with your significant other... definitely not cheap but well worth it -- your body will thank you for it... but your wallet won't! Valet parking only, not a lot of spa snacks it's a small amount of nuts, tea and water no fruit bowl like at other similar luxury spas. There is steam and sauna and outdoor hot soak. The showers were not cleaned, usually after each use they restock with clean towels and it didn't happen. I had to find my own towels. Kind of slit to do for $300 massage. Overall experience of this spa is probably more closer to a 4 than a 3. Positive: staff was courteous and offered tea at check in. Bubbles upon arrival for the birthday girl and guest. the coed lounge was nice because it allows a couple to cuddle. The masseuse was good. The couple's room was beautiful. Negative: the whirlpool in the ladies lounge did not work and we were not informed. The shower drain was stuck and the water was clogged, the basic Cobb salad costed $30 total even though it shows $19 on the menu. Toiletries were not complete. We had a couples massage for $215 for 90 mins each. At the end of our treatment, we wanted to use the tub in the room and we were informed that we had to book it. Wasnt our couples massage "booking" the room? If not, why didn't they ask us if we were interested during the reservation process? That created a very anti- climatic experience. Will I return? I've been coming here for a few months now to see Yen. When I lived in Chicago I went to the same woman every two weeks for 5 years. She was impeccable and my no chip manicures lasted 2+ weeks looking like I had just gotten them done, my no chip pedicures lasted a month also looking brand new the whole time. When I moved to San Francisco then Palo Alto I went to probably 20 different salons and spas and was always disappointed. I have HIGH standards for my nails. As close to the cuticle as possible, grows out looking freshly painted, doesn't chip, nothing that I have to pick at or off due to a messy job... And the list goes on and on. Yen literally Pat's attention to each nail and I have zero complaints. Definitely more expensive than a cheap walk-in salon but you get what you pay for. She's my new go to and I'm thrilled I found her! read more

My first experience was very pleasant. I had the hot stone massage. After the massage, I lounged in the co-ed space w/ my bf and snacked on fresh fruit, dried fruits, and had tea in our robes. After I was done, somehow I forgot to put my slippers on and walked into the ladies lounge. on the path to the ladies lounge, I stepped on a shard of glass and started bleeding. Keep in mind it totally hurt as I bear weight on my toes. I sat down and picked the glass shard from my big toe and showed them. The front desk offered a discount given the experience. In respects to the massage, it was divine! The second experience was pleasant as well. Joy was my masseuse and worked the stones very well. Just let her know if the rocks are too hot and she'll cool it down a little bit. Like bowl of noodles... I came out all wiggly. For a 1 hour massage, try to come 1 hr in advanced to relax muscles in the jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. When you're done, make sure you have time plenty of time to enjoy the ambiance. Women's facilities: For the women's area, they have private changing rooms with doors, private bathroom area, private zen-like shower stalls, 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 women's only whirlpool Jacuzzi, changing room/locker area. They also have 2 make up areas and provide spray on deodorant, make up remove, curling iron, hair dryer, hair bands, cotton balls, hair spray, body spray, magnifying mirror, etc. Lounge area: There's women only lounge are, men only lounge are and co-ed lounge areas.
