So what's strange is the fact this "demo" from Belle Femme Spa was taking place in this Spa location and the only thing they were doing was aggressively selling their Introstem facial Hydrolift serum and Jupiter "medical" home device. We were shopping in old town San Diego on vacation on 5/31/2023 and I saw something about "facials!" I thought I'd treat my 20 year old daughter to a facial and asked if this is an offering. HUUUUUUUUUGE MISTAKE #1!!!! Total LIE! No facials like advertised at this place whatsoever. The card they gave me showed bellefemmespasdDOTcom A woman with an accent by the supposed name of "Magen" told me she wanted to personally show me something. She preceded to ask me if I have ever heard of "Introstem" stem cell products and went to town wiping all my freshly applied makeup off and applying this eye "treatment" serum (Introstem Hydrolift" that literally BURNED like a B) and she says "Oh no, it's not supposed to be painful, it's just tingling!" I'm here to tell you it's NOT just "tingling," it's literal BURNING! It did freeze my wrinkles for approximately an hour! She told me it will last for a full week and that the bottle will last for 3 years once weekly! NOT TRUE! They KNOW it only works temporarily I believe and aggressively sell it to you quickly because they know this (so they get you in and out since there are conveniently no refunds). She then told me it's on a one time special pricing today only because of the "convention" (normally I would have to pay $1,900 for it... mmmkay... NOT TRUE I would find out 30 mins after the fact). She was so aggressive and shark like. I did notice a result and pulled out my cc because I literally felt like there was no way out... SHAME ON ME! I also told her I have a laser therapy membership with skin laundry that I've been happy with so far and it has helped my adult acne significantly. She arrogantly kept condescendingly saying "oh, so you like spending all that money every time you go in? Because what they don't tell you is you will ALWAYS have to get laser treatments for the rest of your life to maintain!" I was like "uuuh, I'm doing it for my recent acne scarring and quite frankly I'm looking at about 6 total Tixel treatments to take care of it. I've had two so far and have already noticed a huge improvement." She was not happy with the answer! But it gets even better! She wasn't satisfied with the $323 sale! NOPE ! She literally acted like it was chump change and said that the real power is in the red light/blue light therapy, not this "cheap" amount of money I just spent and said "my husband is rich and I don't get commissions. I just do this for fun!" LOLOL! Ok, suuuuuure, and I was born last night at 9pm! Give me a break! She proceeded to take me aggressively to the back room and "qualify" me to purchase a $7,200 NASA Home Red and Blue light Device called "Jupiter!" She aggressively tried to "show me my incredible results" and frankly there were no noticeable differences in my skin. I said "why don't you do the other side to even it out and see if there's a difference" and she just glazed over the question getting more aggressive saying "so we're going to say it's for the rosacea NOT the wrinkles so that you're qualified to get the medical discount." I said "how much is the machine?" She kept alluding the answer to the question and finally said "today only you're going to pay $7,200 and you'll actually pay less because of the financing!" Lol My poor daughter finally came in and she had no idea what had just taken place. Then the woman had the NERVE to start telling me how the machine is going to start helping her acne and I basically "need" it so bad for so many reasons. I said "I already have a red, blue, yellow and green light therapy machine that has worked well" and she started getting agitated that I wasn't falling for the ridiculous sales pitch (if you can even call it a pitch... more like a devouring). M She said, "Go find your husband right now so we can get you qualified because I'm only here for 10 more mins and that's it, no more deal!" She said that like 3 times... I literally felt like I was escaping being kidnapped afterwards and my poor daughter said "oh mom I think she was just passionate about her job!"
