BBQ Chicken Bowl and Organic Fried Tofu Bowl

Korean chipotle-style bowls are fully customizable! You can get salad or rice bases and choose the toppings you would like. Some toppings are extra like marinated egg. For around $15-16 each, the serving size is pretty big and give A LOT of protein. However, some of the toppings (like the cucumber kimchi) seemed like they had gone bad or were very sour... A lot of seating area in the shared food court and you order on the touch screen.

for fast food, this stuff is incredible. highly recommend a stop for a quick bite or takeout -- this chicken is addicting as hell. my mouth and i were a little intimidated by the size of the chicken sandwich at first. but after attempting to flatten it down, i realized it didn't matter if i got sauce all over my mouth. nor did it matter if i got a bite of bun-less chicken. i quickly learned that any bite was a bite of heaven. something about the way it's fried is so damn good. it's not too heavy or greasy, so it feels like you can keep eating it forever and ever. and the sauce is just as amazing. the bulgogi burrito was also surprisingly good -- it's cheesier than other bulgogi burritos i've had, and it felt like comfort food. the only thing that was a miss was the fries, which were just average. but hey, you can't be great at absolutely everything. seoul bowl, you're still great overall!

Easy ordering through a tablet, with descriptions. Staff friendly to answer additional inquiries. I had the Spicy Pork Bowl. The bowl is compact, lots of color from the top. Food was warm when you open it. It had enough meat with an array of diced veggies around. It was filling and tasted really good. It had right amount of heat. Not bad for $15.

I created my own bowl! I believe I ordered a purple rice, with bulgogi as my protein and most of the pickled sides and salad. Everything was okay to me... I'm not too sure if I didn't combine the right foods together, but it is what it is. You have to order through the kiosk at the bar. There's limited interaction, unless you really get the workers attention. Everyone's in their own space, doing their own line of work so ambiance is okay. Seoul Bowl is one of the busier restaurants in the food court as a heads up!

Pretty good! Little more expensive that some other places that I have tired and were similar. Their meat choices were good. My go to is usually the spicy pork. I love their toppings especially the egg and I also especially love their sauces. They make it in front of you which was nice so I can see what is going in my food and they're quick with it. It's like a little food court so not really like a restaurant but there's seating around the place.

this review is just for the fries, which I got as a snack to-go, and they were made hot and tasted acceptable. Ordered on the self-order pad and the cashier behind the counter was super nice and fast with my order. I'll be back to try their other treats when I'm in the mood for a good fried chicken!

Quick and friendly staff, crispy fried chicken, tasty dipping sauce, great place to share something to eat while at the mall. 100% would come back again!

During a visit to Bellevue Square, my family was craving lunch so we stopped at the food district. At Seoul Bowl we ordered the spicy pork bowl to share as well as food from a different vendor. Seoul Bowl caught our eye with its cute aesthetic and large menu. The Pork Bowl was delicious. I personally don't have a high tolerance for spice so I could barely eat more than five bites, but my parents loved the spice and thought the bowl was delicious. I am intolerant to kale so my mom picked that out of the bowl but she loved it and I thought the flavours went together perfectly for a filling, savoury dish. The food was ready promptly after we ordered and my parents were able to get cutlery for themselves and chopsticks for me. The food court area was clean and it was easy to find a table for the three of us. I'd definitely love to come back to Seoul Bowl, but maybe next time I'll try something a little less spicy.

Seoul Bowl definitely has an unassuming vibe--you'd figure it was just another quick-service spot that wasn't going to be too memorable. However, it turned out to be a real pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the variety of flavors they had to offer, from their bowls to their fried chicken. The ingredients were also fresh and delicious! The service was quick and the people were friendly. Only downside was, they didn't provide water, and asked me to go down to the coffee shop to take theirs. That part felt icky. But otherwise, I would come here again!

    Bulgogi Rice Burrito

This place is decent. Good korean style fare but a little pricey for what you get. Bulgogi Rice Burrito (3): Flavor was good. Let's start with that. However I think they should rename it to Rice Burrito w/ bulgogi. It was mostly rice and other veggies with very little bulgogi. When I did get a bite of bulgogi it was fantastic though! Mandu (3): Not really crisped. Sauce topping was okay. I dipped them in the korean sauce which was good. The filling was decent but nothing super great about these either. They had a number of sauces that you can add for extra. I asked the guy what their spiciest sauce was. He said the hot sauce and the korean spicy was similar but gave the edge to the korean spicy sauce. So thats what I got. It was good. Somewhat like a gochujang/sriracha mix. Not that spicy. I may be back to try their wings.

This is located in a food court in Lincoln Square South, which has a nice ambiance and isn't too busy. The spicy pork burrito was huge and full of flavor, though it did have a bit too much rice, so some bites were mostly rice. The Sweet and Spicy Wings were fantastic--hot, crunchy, and super tasty, just like they were made to order. We were hoping for quicker service since it's a food court spot, but it took about 15 minutes to get our food, even with only one person ahead of us. I think the fried chicken took a bit longer to cook. We were looking for something quick before our movie, so the wait was a little longer than expected. Overall, it's a good place, and I'm excited to go back and try the bowl options!

Cute place that sells poke-like bowls but Korean style! Great portion sizes and options. Meat is cooked nicely and is very tender. Only complaint that it is on the pricier end closer to $20 per bowl. Service is fast and staff is friendly and helpful.

Second time visit here. Rice bowl is good

My family and I often come in for lunch; we're big fans of the lunch sets where you can choose 3 meats, salad, and miso soup for about $20! Our personal favorites were the sweet soy toro beef and the spicy pork. I think compared to other people's experiences, I thought the staff were kind, attentive, and really improved our experience this time around! They told us how long to grill the meat for, what sauces they thought paired best with each cut, and even fixed our grill when it wasn't working properly. I was already a big fan of gyu kaku cause of their food, but the staff here were an added bonus as well. We'll definitely be coming back!

We waited over 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, which already set a bad tone for the night. On top of that, when we politely asked a server about a dish that never arrived, his response was extremely rude. He told us, "We know what we're doing," instead of offering an apology or solution. To make matters worse, we noticed cockroaches on the walls, which is completely unacceptable and very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Between the long wait times, poor customer service, and serious cleanliness issues, this is not a place I would recommend. We expected much better.

My family and I came for an early Father's Day dinner, and our wait didn't take very long. My family and I opted for the normal dinner set, which was priced at $51. This is definitely on the pricier end for meals, but it comes with a huge variety of meat and sides that you normally can't get at other korean bbq restaurants. I'm a pretty simple guy, so my favorites were definitely the beef brisket, short rib, and spicy pork belly. These meats were well-marinated, with a delicious flavor that we kept reordering! I definitely wanted to try the other meats, like the green tea pork belly or marinated pineapple steak, but those initial meats were just too good. They had many different sides as well - I loved having corn cheese slowly cooking on the grill so we could dip the meat into it. Their cucumber kimchi and steamed egg were highlights as well. I do however wish they had more variety of banchan like other kbbq restaurants (potato salad, fish cake, braised potato, etc), but the ones they had were good. There were a few sides I would skip out on in the future; the tofu soup was a bit bland in my opinion, and the fried chicken, dumpings, and japchae were overall fine. Definitely stick with the meats here! For a busy Father's Day, service was great. Despite the restaurant being very busy, there was always someone frequently checking in on our table, and whenever we ordered, the meats would come out within a minute. Definitely appreciated how fast and attentive everyone was.
