Korean chipotle-style bowls are fully customizable! You can get salad or rice bases and choose the toppings you would like. Some toppings are extra like marinated egg. For around $15-16 each, the serving size is pretty big and give A LOT of protein. However, some of the toppings (like the cucumber kimchi) seemed like they had gone bad or were very sour... A lot of seating area in the shared food court and you order on the touch screen.
for fast food, this stuff is incredible. highly recommend a stop for a quick bite or takeout -- this chicken is addicting as hell. my mouth and i were a little intimidated by the size of the chicken sandwich at first. but after attempting to flatten it down, i realized it didn't matter if i got sauce all over my mouth. nor did it matter if i got a bite of bun-less chicken. i quickly learned that any bite was a bite of heaven. something about the way it's fried is so damn good. it's not too heavy or greasy, so it feels like you can keep eating it forever and ever. and the sauce is just as amazing. the bulgogi burrito was also surprisingly good -- it's cheesier than other bulgogi burritos i've had, and it felt like comfort food. the only thing that was a miss was the fries, which were just average. but hey, you can't be great at absolutely everything. seoul bowl, you're still great overall!
Easy ordering through a tablet, with descriptions. Staff friendly to answer additional inquiries. I had the Spicy Pork Bowl. The bowl is compact, lots of color from the top. Food was warm when you open it. It had enough meat with an array of diced veggies around. It was filling and tasted really good. It had right amount of heat. Not bad for $15.
I created my own bowl! I believe I ordered a purple rice, with bulgogi as my protein and most of the pickled sides and salad. Everything was okay to me... I'm not too sure if I didn't combine the right foods together, but it is what it is. You have to order through the kiosk at the bar. There's limited interaction, unless you really get the workers attention. Everyone's in their own space, doing their own line of work so ambiance is okay. Seoul Bowl is one of the busier restaurants in the food court as a heads up!
Pretty good! Little more expensive that some other places that I have tired and were similar. Their meat choices were good. My go to is usually the spicy pork. I love their toppings especially the egg and I also especially love their sauces. They make it in front of you which was nice so I can see what is going in my food and they're quick with it. It's like a little food court so not really like a restaurant but there's seating around the place.

Ordered on the self-order pad and the cashier behind the counter was super nice and fast with my order. I'll be back to try their other treats when I'm in the mood for a good fried chicken!
During a visit to Bellevue Square, my family was craving lunch so we stopped at the food district. At Seoul Bowl we ordered the spicy pork bowl to share as well as food from a different vendor. Seoul Bowl caught our eye with its cute aesthetic and large menu. The Pork Bowl was delicious. I personally don't have a high tolerance for spice so I could barely eat more than five bites, but my parents loved the spice and thought the bowl was delicious. I am intolerant to kale so my mom picked that out of the bowl but she loved it and I thought the flavours went together perfectly for a filling, savoury dish. The food was ready promptly after we ordered and my parents were able to get cutlery for themselves and chopsticks for me. The food court area was clean and it was easy to find a table for the three of us. I'd definitely love to come back to Seoul Bowl, but maybe next time I'll try something a little less spicy.
Seoul Bowl definitely has an unassuming vibe--you'd figure it was just another quick-service spot that wasn't going to be too memorable. However, it turned out to be a real pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the variety of flavors they had to offer, from their bowls to their fried chicken. The ingredients were also fresh and delicious! The service was quick and the people were friendly. Only downside was, they didn't provide water, and asked me to go down to the coffee shop to take theirs. That part felt icky. But otherwise, I would come here again!
This place is decent. Good korean style fare but a little pricey for what you get. Bulgogi Rice Burrito (3): Flavor was good. Let's start with that. However I think they should rename it to Rice Burrito w/ bulgogi. It was mostly rice and other veggies with very little bulgogi. When I did get a bite of bulgogi it was fantastic though! Mandu (3): Not really crisped. Sauce topping was okay. I dipped them in the korean sauce which was good. The filling was decent but nothing super great about these either. They had a number of sauces that you can add for extra. I asked the guy what their spiciest sauce was. He said the hot sauce and the korean spicy was similar but gave the edge to the korean spicy sauce. So thats what I got. It was good. Somewhat like a gochujang/sriracha mix. Not that spicy. I may be back to try their wings.

We were hoping for quicker service since it's a food court spot, but it took about 15 minutes to get our food, even with only one person ahead of us. I think the fried chicken took a bit longer to cook. We were looking for something quick before our movie, so the wait was a little longer than expected. Overall, it's a good place, and I'm excited to go back and try the bowl options!
Seoul Bowl is located in the Food Hall in Lincoln Square South. Order and pay via the touchscreen, and then wait for the food to be prepared. There were a few people ahead of me at lunchtime on a Saturday, and after a short wait, my fried chicken wings were ready. The menu says the fried chicken comes with fries and pickled radish, but they only included fries, so I asked for the radish at the counter. I'm not sure if they don't include it anymore, or just forgot. The chicken was freshly fried and crispy; the wings were really good. There is plenty of seating in the Lincoln South Food Hall, so you can easily find a place to sit and enjoy your food, as well as other food options such as pizza, sushi, burgers, tacos, and bubble tea in the hall. It's pretty clean and also has wifi. read more
This automatically gets a 4 star because of my toddler loves the cheese balls :) they were crunchy but soft and sweet. You basically self ordered on the tablet and then just wait for the food to come out. The cheeseball was advertised as 25% off made it more appealing so I got them to try. Who would have thought my kids devoured those. I also got the BBQ chicken burrito. It was huge and hearty. You can easily order one and share it between two people. It was on the sweeter side for me but other than that it was pretty good. I'm surprised they don't get much business here but it was pretty quiet. Hopefully they stixk around as they are the more affordable options in Lincoln square. read more

Great Korean rice bowl and fried chicken in dt Bellevue. The portion was huge, the 4 chicken tender meal can probably feed 2 ppl. It's clean and with many tables to sit and relax. The only thing is that the service is a bit slow, took over 20 min to get the orders. Unless you're in a rush, it's a great place for lunch. read more

Cute place that sells poke-like bowls but Korean style! Great portion sizes and options. Meat is cooked nicely and is very tender. Only complaint that it is on the pricier end closer to $20 per bowl. Service is fast and staff is friendly and helpful. read more

We stopped at Bellevue Square to walk around and grab lunch before heading home to Vancouver BC after work 2-week road trip. After all these years, there still isn't a decent food court in the shopping complex. The little food court at the Lincoln Square section of the shopping complex was the only food court we could find on the legend and we were not expecting much. After a very quick walk around of the vendors (there were less than a handful), we decided on Seoul Bowl. They did not have fried chicken so I ordered the fried tofu sandwich. I'm glad they did not have fried chicken. I could have fried chicken anywhere. The fried tofu sandwich was amazing. The crust was light and crunchy and the tofu itself was dense. The sauce was rich and tasty and the bun was soft. Every single bite was a delight. read more

Lots of seating in the shared food hall which was great. You order on a tablet which made things simple and quick. The only downside is there isn't much as far as descriptions as you add things so it is a bit of a shot in the dark. Service was quick after ordering. The bowl overall was good, the bulgogi was tender and flavorful. I think it is just a preference but the cold vs hot textures in the same bowl was an adjustment to me but flavor was there and I think that is just a me thing. read more

One of the best hidden gems you'll find to eat in downtown Bellevue. Great prices, solid food, and solid service. It's hard enough to find a match of taste, quality, and price since most of the restaurants nearby are pricy. However Seoul Bowl has everything you want. Their fried chicken is their #1 (in my opinion). It is SO good. It beats many fried chicken I've tried in neighboring cities. If you want something quick and easy to eat I'd go for the bowls. If u want it in a burrito format, go for that and you'd be surprised. I think a lot of that comes down to flavor and choice of sauces. Definitely recommend here for anyone near the area who are hungry yet don't know what to eat! read more

I'm so happy Lincoln Square's food hall is back open, with new eats placing what was here before, and with more coming. Seoul Bowl is one of the eateries that's made a place here, which I've liked since its sole food truck days. Seoul Bowl is a build-your-own-bowl concept, offering Korean goodies, and also features fried chicken and kimchi fries. My partner and I came here on a Thursday evening and the place wasn't too busy. You order at one of the two touch screens where you can pay, and wait for your order to be called. We both chose to build our own bowl. And since we came during its promotional opening where they offered a buy one, get one bowl half off, we asked employees about this as we were charged full price for both bowls. The employee mentioned that the touch screen doesn't work for that promotion, but did not offer some sort of refund or another way to allow us to use the promotion. Dumb. When our order was called, one of the bowls was the wrong order, so they had to remake my partner's bowl, which he ordered extra beef bulgogi on his. Although he paid extra for more protein, he mentioned that there was not enough protein, so would not pay for this again, especially since the promotion was not applied. Overall, my bowl was fine, but must say that the toppings were each a small portion, especially compared to how much sauce they drizzle on. They also forgot some of the toppings on mine, which was lame. Another complaint was how burnt the purple rice was, so the texture of it wasn't evenly soft throughout the bowl. I'm hoping that with its new opening, they're working out their kinks and honoring the promotion that was posted! I'd like to try the KFC some time, so hope to have a better experience here. read more

Always love coming to Seoul Bowl when I'm at the Bellevue mall, or even at lunch when it's a weekday. I usually go for a classic bowl, this time ordered the tofu bowl with both rice and japchae. Veggies are fresh and flavorful! Can't wait to try the fried chicken and fried tofu sandwiches next time! read more

I am surprised how much I loved my bowl! Lots of choices for base, protein, toppings, and sauces. I had the spicy pork - delicious. I picked the purple rice base (white rice with a touch of black rice) and selected most of the toppings, including kimchi, corn, pickled radish, kale, and more. I mixed two sauces, yum yum and spicy. It was fresh, delicious, and hearty. My other had the BBQ chicken as his bowl's protein and thought it was great. I understand they use fresh ingredients and make the components themselves. I also hear the fried chicken is really good and worth trying. They have several locations. And hopefully, they are all as good as this one. I can't wait to go back! read more
I've tried Seoul Bowl once at an older location that had closed down. So, I happy to see it open up here so that I can try ot again. We got the Bulgogi Kimchi Fries, a Seoulritto, and a Build Your Own Bowl. We enjoyed everything. We already couldn't wait to come back to try more food. read more

2.8 stars for this place. Ordered kids chicken strips and fries, spicy rice cakes. Rice cakes we're solid. However when it's came to the kids meal. They use dark meat for their chicken strips. It didn't look appetizing. My child likes fries so they ate the French fries. I tried a piece of fry and it taste stale and not fresh. My kid gave me a mystery fry and upon further inspection, I saw a curled up piece of hair. Loss all appetite and stopped my child from finishing. Base on my experience, unfortunately I will not be returning. read more
Seoul Bowl is located on the top floor of Lincoln Sqaure near the elevators. Convenient location! Easy ordering via a touch screen and plenty seating around the vicinity. The food was just okay, similar to a "chipotle" style concept of making your own bibimbap. I liked all of the options you can add but some of the toppings were just okay and didn't seem very fresh. Overall good spot for a quick meal. Next time would love to try their fried chicken! read more

Seoul Bowl recently opened up in Lincoln Square in Bellevue. I ordered the Cheddar and Yogurt Sauced Korean Fried Chicken, Sweet and Spicy Tteokbokki and Bulgogi Beef Bowl. The KFC was flavorful with a good amount of cheddar dust and sauce. However, the Bulgogi Beef Bowl was middle of the road. The beef was chopped to shreds and had a soft jerky like texture. Overall, I would only go back for the KFC. read more
