The all you can eat concept drew me here hahah. it is hard to find a solid "all you can eat" restaurant that is not only worth the price & location but also worth the food. You come in, choose your selection (per person that is) of what menu food you want (ranging from $35 to $45) and you're set. Though you have small portions, you can choose more if need be until you're full. If you're ever in Seattle, try this gem out. You'll love it. The only minor thing i didn't like about this place is the hype of Wagyu beef. I ordered the menu with wagyu and when i ate from the wagyu menu, it was ok, it wasn't the best. I finally realized that wagyu comes in different tiers, ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the most delicious and of course more expensive (which i don't think they offer here). 5 also has the most fatty and delicious wagyu that just melts in your mouth. A solid option for KBBQ that's in Seattle proper and affordable is a rare find. This place runs well, has good meats, and good service. The "upper tier" of AYCE isn't too bad at $46, and in the 120 minute time limit you can really enjoy a wide selection of high quality meats. My favorites were the wagyu toro, rib finger meat, wagyu short rib, sliced lamb shoulder, beef belly, and the tiger prawns. I always get lots of kimchi and sliced radish to eat it with for varied texture/flavor. Sides are not as good as a standard Korean restaurant, but the standard items are there. Meat comes out quickly once you order, and the pace at which you are allowed to order is plenty, or at least it was for a party of 2. They come by to switch out the grill frequently, so even though there aren't vents right over the grill, it doesn't tend to get too smoky. This is definitely a grill it yourself place, so just be aware that this is not one of those kbbq places where staff tends to the grill. Dined here for dinner on 7/11/2026, awesome place with great food choices. Ordering can be tricky since there's a timer countdown until you can submit for another order, so make sure everyone puts in their order before you send it, if not they will have to wait. Food comes out fast and their selection of meats is pretty good! The workers are attentive at removing plates and changing the grill (something I don't prefer-I like my food with a little charred ends) but I asked them if they can leave it a little longer and they did. FIFA was happening and they had some wristbands and noisemakers to support FIFA, their fresh and cooked selections were good along with the self served ice cream. Would've gave them one more star, but the lack of maintenance for the soda machine, cold and hot food counter, and soft serve machine was lacking. Even so, our waiter John came to our table with a disrespectful, bad attitude toward my sister -- completely unprovoked. It really caught me off guard, since Korean restaurants are usually known for going above and beyond on hospitality. Then another server, Keren, handling our grill was careless -- she yanked the grill rack out without any warning, right in front of my 6-year-old, which felt unsafe and honestly a little reckless. Because of all this, I couldn't relax or enjoy the meal at all. The discomfort from the service sat with us the whole time, and it genuinely affected how the food tasted -- even good food is hard to enjoy when you feel unwelcome at your own table. To top it off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added for our group, regardless of how we were treated. I don't mind tipping well, but it should be earned, not assumed. This was supposed to be a special family outing, and instead it left a bad taste in every sense. I really hope management and ownership take this seriously and work on training staff -- this is not the experience people described to me. read more

It's a solid choice for all you can eat kbbq in Seattle. We love coming back because Groupon always has a deal, the price comes with the hot bar which has chicken wings, noodles, taro ball, and fried spring rolls, and they have a soft serve machine. I don't know what they do with the fried chicken wings at the hot bar but they are always so juicy and I love dipping it with the house chili sauce that is also at the hot bar. The cheapest option comes with kalbi on the menu which is great. They recently added more options on the menu such as kimchi soup and steamed egg which is great, but the soup was pretty salty. You also grab corn cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion from the bar to grill if you wish. If you love beer, they also have $1 refills. I only come here on the weekends and it gets pretty packed. They're also pretty understaffed so service can be slow. The waiting area has tea and snacks and they're often out of snacks. You order from a tablet once seated and sometimes I need to order the same thing multiple times before it gets to our table. The hot bar also runs out of things often when it's busy. The quality of the meat is average, nothing exceptional, but I've only ever gotten the cheapest option (option A). Aight so we were originally trying to get into happy lamb for a late xmas dinner, but the line was wayyyyyy too long so we "settled" for bellwether. But sheeeeeeit I'm glad we did! I've always seen/heard about this place but never had the opportunity to try it out. There are two different options for AYCE: "regular" vs "premium" (think wagyu options). We opted for the regular option A + AYCE beers, which were $8.99 for the first one and then $1.00 for each additional glass (fam I had 7!). Total per person after a 20% tip was around $55-70 depending on how much ya drank hahaha. Service was great! All the employees were super busy especially since it was a holiday... but they were all super kind and efficient. The quality of the meats was ok. Not the best, but also I've had worse elsewhere (but again, perhaps the premium option had better cuts, too). I believe we were limited to ordering 5 items with a 10minute lockout in between orders. This place is mad good. Very good price for all you can eat KBBQ, I believe it was around $30-35 per person. You order on a mini tablet at your table so you can easily order more once you are finished your first few portions and it comes around very quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a very nice vibe and great lighting. They also have a self serve sides bar where you can grab as much cheese corn, fish cake, kimchi, etc. as you want. The meat tastes very fresh and is seasoned very well. I come from a place where kbbq is a plenty. While visiting Seattle, I was craving kbbq and this was our best option in the downtown area. We opted for the option A tier. I was disappointed that the grill was just the normal grill not the grate with the square holes. Perhaps that comes with the higher tier meats. With any bbq place I like the beef belly, brisket and a little kalbi. The kalbi was real chewy and thick. I liked that there were toppings such as garlic, jalapeños and additional foods like fried chicken and noodles available for self serve. Also, soft serve ice cream for dessert you still have room. The server who helped us was really nice. She would come by often to check up on us and change out our grill. We ordered all of our meats on an iPad and items came out quickly. The banchans were alright. They lacked rice paper and more options overall. Drinks were really affordably priced. $8.99 for a Sapporo then $1 for each refill! A good AYCE KBBQ place if you're looking for one. We had their Option C ($46), which included every menu item, which had their Wagyu and Kalbijjim. I had both which I very much enjoyed! The wagyu was very flavorful. It might be a bit too oily for others. The Kalbijjim was also good. The meat was nicely tender and easy to take off the bone. It may be a bit too salty for others though. I tried their rice cakes, which I did not like. The sauce on it did not go well with it, and I feel like the rice cake could've been cooked more. I really enjoyed their corn cheese and I'd recommend that to anyone. The beef brisket was okay to me. The service was okay. For the food to come out, it took quite a bit of time, so it was frustrating here and there. There's no waiter since there's an order kiosk on each table which I actually like because you don't have to wave down someone to order things. The ambiance is a typical AYCE KBBQ restaurant. The smell of grilled meat the minute you walk into Bellwether makes your mouth water. The location is quite large so there's usually a table available as long as you have a party of 6 or less. Bellwether also has a yelp waitlist which you can join remotely so you don't have to wait too long at the restaurant. I really like that it's AYCE for $40 and they have some of my favorite cuts of meat like the marinated galbi, beef belly, and the rib finger. On top of that their food bar has some fun kbbq staples like corn cheese that you can put on your grill. Sometimes the staff is busy so it takes a while to place your order. Also, kitchen can be a little slow when bringing out food which is annoying since there is a 2 hour limit for dining AYCE.
