Bulgolgi bowl with 4 toppings, comes with 3 free and additional are extra.
    Just I.

Got a bulgolgi bowl, we just did really like it very much. The bulgolgi didn't really taste like bulgolgi we are used to which kind of messed up the whole bowl for us. Customer service was really good though.

This Korean based restaurant replaced the bakery that used to be here. They have fried chicken, fried chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, burritos, and bowls. There are a multitude of sides tha consist of japchae, white rice, mandu, kimchi, and sweet cakes. Not cheap, but decently priced in my opinion-- especially for korean food. (Cost): $20.98 + tip (Location): It's inside the Tacoma Mall Food court between Mix Poke Bowl & Charley's, so there is plenty of parking. It can get very busy during prime hours. (Service): They have self-serve machines, which I really like. I don't know if they take cash, but they do take Apple Pay. The female e with glasses and black hair was nice, as she let me know that she could let me sample. (Food): Bulgogi Bowl (5/5)-- You get 3 toppings free of charge, with $.50+ charged for extra. I got onion flakes, kimchi, corn, jalapeno, and rice. It was AMAZING! The flavors burst inside my mouth, and it literally lifted the mood I was in. I didn't want to stop eating it despite being really full. And the bowl is pretty hefty so you'll likely have enough for later. 8.45 fl oz Milkis Peach Can (5/5)-- I've seen this in Asian stores but never had it until now. Very good-- almost like a peach flavored cream soda. Only 130 calories. I must say that you can get a full pack at a better price, but that's not a big deal. Rice Cake Noodles (5/5)-- Very good! Deceptively filling though, so be careful to eat in moderation. Had a slight spicy-sweet sauce on it.

Located inside of the Tacoma Mall food court, Seoul Bowl has an amazing selection of classic korean meals with a modern twist. You can either order directly from someone or order on a touch screen at the front of the store, and eat inside of the food court. Seoul bowl offers quick and easy rice/salad style bowls with marinated bulgogi beef, spicy pork, chicken or tofu. You choose your own toppings from a large list of items. There is also a Burrito option where you can essentially have the bowl in a burrito, and it doesn't take away from the amazing flavors. My favorite items outside of their classic bowls and burritos was the Fried Chicken (comes with fries and a fountain drink!) and the sweet and spicy rice cakes with added sausages. The fried chicken, even without any dipped sauces, was so flavorful and crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. My friends and I also ordered a few additional dipping sauces, and our favorite had to be the yum yum and chili chili sauces. Super friendly staff and very quick quality service

Spicy Pork with roasted corn, kimchi cucumbers, pickle jalapeño, soy egg and a rice base. I had not a grain of rice left in the bowl.

The flavors are out of this world!! The staff super friendly asking if I had questions or after getting food asking if I needed anything else! It's in the food court of the Tacoma Mall so some patience may be needed. You just walk up and order from the kiosk. The flavors in this food make you wish they had a street side walk up or drive up, to say I will be retuning is an understatement!!!

This place is really good! Never seen this restaurant before, it's located in the Tacoma mall. Food is delicious and ordering is very simple on their touch screen system. Choose from a base of japchae noodles, rice or salad I think. We both tried bulgogi meat but there was a spicy pork option that looked yummy too. Added some sides and sauces to top it and there you have it! My only small complaint was the drink cups were really small, like child size small and there was a little too much sauce for me, I think it would've been better with a rice base (I opted for the noodles). We also tried their bulgogi fries which was yummy as well. Wish we could go back and try their chicken sandwich it looked so good! We also noticed there was a lot of people in the food court getting from this place, everyone must know it's good!

I wasn't expecting to find one of my new favorite Korean spots inside the Tacoma Mall food court but Seoul Bowl delivers. The pork bulgogi bowl was loaded with flavor - tender meat and fresh veggies, - a perfect combination. Super satisfying. But the real surprise? The Korean Fried Chicken wings and strips. Hands down the best fried chicken I've had in Tacoma. Crispy, juicy, and perfect thin batter. The dipping sauces were addictive: Sweet & Spicy and Korean Hot sauce. Wow! It's the perfect combo of comfort food and bold Korean flavors. The staff were super friendly and you could tell they care about the food and the people they serve. If you're at the mall--or even just in the area--make a detour to Seoul Bowl. Whether you're into rice bowls or just want to crush some amazing fried chicken and fries, this place delivers.

Let's gooo! About time Seoul Bowl comes down south. I had my first bulgogi bowl once when I was in Seattle, after I found out this spot opened up I had to come through. I got myself my usual bulgogi bowl and tried the fried chicken. The bowl was just as solid as I remember but the friend chicken may have stole the show. I have legit been here multiple times now and have ordered through DoorDash when I don't want to make the drive to the mall. 10/10 highly recommend

    Bulgogi bowl..it was absolutely amazing!!!!!

Amazing!!! One of the best bulgogi bowls I have ever had! The service was great and was very clean

I've had Seoul Bowl in Seattle before, so I was excited to hear that they have a Tacoma location now. Food was good but to be honest it's missing a bit more flavor! I don't know how much it is in person, but my bowl was around $19 on uber eats (I ordered all the toppings) and when it arrived my bowl was barely halfway full. Maybe they're still figuring things out so I'll give them another try soon.

These are the tiny bones that I almost choked on after every bite

I don't know what the people preparing the pork are thinking by leaving tiny bones in the protein.

I dined at the mall and got the spicy pork bowl. I was almost halfway finished with my bowl and found a piece of hair in my bowl. I asked for a refund but the employee said she wasn't authorized to give me a refund and she said she'd call her boss and they'll reach out tomorrow. Well I don't have time to come back to the mall to get a refund and didn't want to deal with waiting for a refund I may not even get so I asked for another bowl. They also said they don't have a working phone number yet.. well I came home and found another piece of hair in my bowl... very gross, lost my appetite. they need to do better and be cleanly. I understand hair can get in food sometimes, but this happened twice. I'll never be going back there and am still awaiting my refund!

I recently had the chance to check out the new Seoul Bowl in the Tacoma Mall food court, and I was seriously impressed. If you're a fan of bold Korean flavors or just looking for something new and satisfying, this place is definitely worth a visit. The first thing I noticed was how clean and modern the setup is - ordering is super easy with their touch-screen kiosks, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I went with a custom bowl with the spicy pork, rice, kimchi, pickled radish, and their signature yangnyeom sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor - the pork was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the toppings were fresh and crisp. They also serve Korean fried chicken, which I saw a lot of people ordering. I tried the spicy version on the side, and it was incredible - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in that sweet-spicy glaze that keeps you coming back for more. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the variety lets you really customize your meal to your taste. Whether you're into meat, veggies, or looking for a plant-based option, there's something here for everyone. Highly recommend giving Seoul Bowl a try next time you're at Tacoma Mall. It's flavorful, fast, and a welcome change from typical mall food. I'll definitely be back!

There were only a few tables inside but almost half of them were already occupied with several customers. I was quickly seated for a table of 1. I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I did hear other customers comment at their tables that the food here is good. There's a few ajummas working here, so service was straightforward. I ordered the kalbi dolsot bibimbap, which seemed inexpensive and came with some complementary sides, and they were nice enough to cut my kalbi into bite-sized pieces for me. I would say, if I can finish my food in one sitting at a restaurant, I am either really hungry, satisfied, or both. In this case, it was both! This is my first dolsot bibimbap after moving to Washington recently, and I am glad it did not disappoint.
