This place was a very disappointing experience. I've been going to nail salons for years and decided to try this one for the first time. During my initial visit, an employee at the front told me there was an additional $10 charge because I am a man. I politely explained that I had never encountered that policy before. She then told me she was new and that the information she gave me was incorrect. Unfortunately, I decided to give the salon another chance. On my second visit, I requested a manicure and pedicure, just as I had done before. About 30 minutes into the appointment, I noticed that only one technician was working on my pedicure and no one had started my manicure. When I asked about it, I was told that having two technicians work on both services at the same time would cost an additional $10. The technician then asked why I was in such a rush. Then she poked my toe and ask if it hurt. To make matters worse, the same employee who previously claimed she was new and had been mistaken was there and backed up the explanation. Apparently, if you want both services done simultaneously, you must specifically request two technicians when you check in and pay an extra fee. This policy was never clearly explained during either visit. The inconsistent information, unexpected charges, and poor customer service left a very negative impression. I will not be returning nor should you. read more

She was so ruff and careless it kept on bleeding and she never apologized to me for the incident. This salon is just so so not going back never will I recommend this place. WARNING do not get a French tip manicure at this place. My nails started peeling 3 days after I got them done. I went back to get them re done and was told that it was normal for my nails to peel because I didn't get the gel manicure. I've had enough French tip manicures to know this is not true, they should last at least 2 weeks. After having a heated debate with the manager, she offered to redo them only to have them peel again 3 days later. It's not that I wouldn't pay more for better outcome but I don't like gel on my nails. My feeling is that they're not using quality materials here. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The quality is terrible. The service is way below standards. It took me weeks to grow a good healthy length on my nails and she just cut them down to stubs and didn't ask!For $25 you get a manicure that consists of no massage, no cleaning under the nails, no cleanup at all- Basically a polish change with no top coat and rude service. The towels are old and with creepy stuff stuck to them and such a horrible vibe inside- it feels like the customers are scared to speak up and bullied - this place is barf. read more

I am so disappointed in this salon especially after I went back to address the issues I had with my manicure and pedicure. I have never gone back to a nail spa to complain about service but at the high price of service I didn't expect to leave with the results I had. I almost felt guilty about complaining but wanted to show them what I believed to be poor quality. My pedicure was ok for the most part but there was little to no shaping on the smaller toes and the paint extended onto my cuticle. No clean up at all. My gel-x had started lifting and cracking the day after I left and they looked like the glue on nails you buy at the drug store. So I went back 2 days later and showed them my fingers and toes. I was told that my toes "weren't that bad." I asked if I could still get them fixed and they said I could come in the next evening. I pointed out the paint on the cuticles and asked her to shape the nails more. The chrome was also coming off. She then just address the one toe that had the messed up chrome and didn't really improve the shape. She didn't clean up the other toes or shape them. At this point I was convinced it would be a waste of my breath and time to have her fix it again as I was under the impression they really didn't think anything was wrong. Now for the gel-x it was mostly just drilling down the lifted and cracked pieces and going over them again with the UV gel. I thought they would see that some of the nails just needed to be redone but no, they did a quick job and I was in and out. As you can see there's not much difference between the before and after. I really wish I could just get my money back so I can get my nails done again somewhere else. read more

I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want people to know about this absolute GEM of a nail salon. Came in for a last minute dip manicure on a Saturday and got right in with Linda. I had such a great experience, she slayed my nails and was super meticulous removing my old dip in order to preserve my natural nail. I've come to this salon several times since I moved to this area in March. I was here last week to get a fill and pedicure but broke a nail. I showed up early afternoon yesterday but they were busy so I was given an appointment for 5:30pm instead. I didn't mind coming back at all. I come back as scheduled, only to be asked if I could come back a 3rd time at 6:30pm to get it fixed. This place clearly doesn't value their clients nor your time. I had already driven here twice and now was being asked to come back a 3rd time on the same day? This is not acceptable! Why couldn't they call me to tell me this instead? They left me stranded with a broken nail. If you're not honoring appointments, you shouldn't be scheduling them. Needless to say, all the other places I went to were busy because it was so late in the day they couldn't take me. Never coming back to this place! It a shame because I really like their pedicures (aka Kim Lee), but even the girl that did my nail fill had a bit of an attitude, was on her phone etc. Very disconnected! I went to Teco Nails at the end of November. I asked for Gel but I was coaxed into getting powder dipped instead. I was told powder dipped would be more gentle on my nails when the time came to take them off. That was a big fat lie. it's January, I haven't been able to remove them as easily as I've done with the gel ones and my nails look worse than they did after taking off the gel nails. Second time trying this salon, first time was just a nail removal but this time around I got a full set with Travis and he did such an amazing job. He's so graceful and when I asked him if he can file my nails a little more narrow he was so nice and said "thank you for letting me know" The salon itself has really good vibes, it's clean and they are very welcoming. This place is amazing. I've made two separate appointments, both same day and they were able to accommodate me both times. First time I had index finger removed for surgery and they didn't even charge me!! So I made sure to tip. Second time I broke a nail and they took me in. I really wanted to love this place as it is super close to my house and very convenient to get to. The place is very clean, polite girl by the front to greet you. I guess having an appointment is recommended however I got lucky and didn't have to wait. I got assigned to Tiffany. She seemed nice and cheerful at first. I was surprised that they used drills to remove your current gel, I always had it filed/ buffed down then they would apply the acetone. Using the drill is faster for them but it really destroys your nails. I sat for couple minutes with acetone while choosing my color. She then came and dug in with cuticle pusher to remove any remaining gel polish before continuing with the drill again, it really was uncomfortable. After that I had a bowl with cold water waiting to soak my cuticles. Not comfortable at all. She then continued to push my cuticles back and started cutting them, twisting the hell out of my thumbs, I'm flexible but not to that extreme. I told her 3 times I wanted a little trim, she said she will do it later and she will file them. After filing she proceeded with the gel, I guess I wasn't getting a trim... no big deal I thought. Then after each coat I would have my hands under the light, it looked like a very worn out light machine to which it wasn't drying my nails properly. Tiffany proceeded to apply a second coat to which it took off the first coat. She was getting frustrated with me that I am not keeping them in properly! She kept pushing my hand under, there was no where for me to push my fingers to as I was touching the end of it. It was really annoying, she was getting annoyed with me, not professional at all. Instead of giving more time to dry she proceeded with next coat. So my nails after 5 days have blemishes, the color looks like it's vanishing. She also put so much too clear coat that I had to scrape under the nails for couple days as it felt uncomfortable. She did do a nice design without me asking, nice touch, I appreciate it, extra star for that. Unfortunately I will not be back, I wanted to love this place but I felt like this was rushed and very unprofessional to get annoyed with a customer over your faulty tools. read more
