I went to get my eyebrows shaped at Saphora in the Jcpenney my first time there needless to say that I will never go there again, nor will I advice anyone who does not wants their eyebrows ruined go there. After explaining to the girl how I let them grow for months. I told her how I didn't want them thin at all!!! she goes and chops the fist one off!!!! I saw my husband's face so I asked for the mirror I was almost in tears. when she was done I walked out off there with two different eyebrows, so sad so upset and almost in tears. on top of that I paid $25.00 had some person who didn't care to listen to a single word I said. This place is a disgrace. It being small isn't the problem. The problem is that everything is dirty, unorganized and usually there's ONE person working there who doesn't know anything about anything. Also - the staff is usually wearing a dirty smock. I've worked at MAC and know that sometimes you can product on your clothing. But these smocks look like they haven't been cleaned ... Well ever. So in view of the foregoing, I have seen all people from all walks of life sit in her chair of beauty! I finally had a chance to see Angelina because I knew...I really needed so expert advice. RUDE EMPLOYEES! Both times i been here in the search for a foundation, it has been a complete nightmare. I have very sensitive skin so i want to make sure beforehand to test any foundation i use. They act like you are horrible for requesting a sample. Most employees seem like they feel superior to other customers like working in sephora was above any other retailers. He was able to tell me what skin type I really was and color match me with these cool tool they have there and shared many tips on how I can control my oils and what not. I usually don't like walking in to Sephora. It's almost always crowded and there's not enough people on the floor to help with questions. Yesterday I was at Sephora and it was busy all the people on the floor were helping customers. I was looking at some concealers and Sandrah, who was helping another customer asked if I had any questions and she'd be with me in a mi it's. 1. It was nice to be acknowledged after being there for 10 minutes. 2. She started helping me the second she was done with the previous customer. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what I've tried. Long story short, the two products I wanted they were out of stock, she gave me samples for them until they get a new shipment in. There was a very rude employee by the name of Yvonne who gave my tia attitude and terrible customer service. Sephora is a great store it has almost every great beauty brand and in different sizes which is nice (i.e. travel size or larger portions) sometimes they are out of products which is understandable but it happens frequently so thats why I only gave it 4 out of 5.
